The floor in the room was quite dirty. Walking in your bare feet is not recommended. They will be black. Other people’s hair was also still around the floor. Otherwise the bedding was clean and the amenities are OK. Pet friendly which is a bonus.

The rooms weren’t clean! Staff gave me a dirty room!! I had to go down to the office and ask for another room! I asked again if I could have a room on the lower floor! Staff said no!! Put me in another room on the upper floor!

The staff were horrible I had asked, for a room on the bottom for medical reasons! Not able to climb stairs! Staff put me on the upper floor!
I had a hard time!

Breakfast was really good and the staff were amazing and helpful and friendly!

There was good parking!!

Breakfast was really good! The staff at Breakfast was amazing

Clean room but was disappointed in the scruffy furniture. Coffee table had a big gouge in the wood, and the bedside table had the top drawer missing. Just a gaping hole. When I pay that much money for a room I expect it to look nice inside.

Room was clean and fairly recently updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area is indoors and not ventilated so very humid and hot. It's within 75 feet of a busy railroad track so expect alot of train noise. Luckily we were exhausted and the A/C unit helped drown out the noise. The included breakfast was great, a real breakfast not continental. Walking distance to a Starbucks and a couple of restaurants.

It was a mixed experience. When we arrived it was clearly understaffed as one lady at the desk was managing all of us, including a youth hockey team and a fairly rude customer. However, despite that, she handled it like a champ! I was very impressed with her service. We also ended up being checked into a room that had not been cleaned (housekeeping neglect, which I gathered may be a common occurrence). But, when I brought this up with the lady up front she was very apologetic and moved us into the next room and also gave us a discount for the trouble.

In summary, it was a good stay, and the property and amenities were fine. It seems that the staffing schedule could use a couple more people for help, and that the housekeeping needs to pick up their socks, but the service we did receive was spectacular! She fixed and adjusted every inconvenience we did face, at her own expense and inconvenience, despite it being the mistakes of others.

All said and done, it ended up being a good stay.

P.s. The breakfast was good and I loved the waffles!

The staff were all so nice. We arrived close to 9pm and the clerk was still very welcoming. The breakfast helper was also very very friendly. We booked through expedia for a great price and were so delighted to find out breakfast was included! The breakfast room is very nice, not an after thought. The breakfast had waffles, scrambled eggs, pork sausages, 2 kinds of cold cereal, yogurt, english muffins, toast, a small selection of fruit and all the fixins like pb and jam and ketchup. The location was easy to find and quick to get back on the highway. We would definitely stay here again. They do the Best Western name proud!
