Property quality nd conditions was too old especially the swimming pool floor tiles are broken which may cause the injury to the users.

They charged extra on the consumables above their rates mentioned in the room rate card. The pools required maintenance. Had to call room service every time for even basic toiletries as they were not already kept in the room. Breakfast was good, however the options were limited.

This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes.
On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper
Thanks guys for making my late arrival as easy as possible.

The property was well situated as the beach was only 10 mins away. There were plenty of food places and shopping near by. The hotel staff were so attentive and so pleasant. The moment you walked in the lobby reception checked us in so swiftly and explained what amenities were available at the property.
Breakfast was lovely, loads of choices and you can even ask for things that are not on the menu.

Very friendly and helpful staff - keen to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Excellent breakfast buffet and chef on hand for special cooked items. Friendly atmosphere at this boutique hotel and good sized pool (not heated). Great base to explore beaches and local markets.

Overall nice experience....hotel is close to beach, which is quite convenient for Morning and evening beach walks. Only problem is that hotel does not have any car parking...you have to park outside on the road.

OK, BUT DEFINITELY NOT 4 STARS!

The hotel is comfortable, and kept VERY clean, but other than swim in the pool, it has nothing to offer.
The wifi does work well, but you must be OUTSIDE your room to connect to it!
The buffet breakfast is VERY boring,....ALWAYS the same EVERY day. Food is good, but NO variety with the exception of 1 item each day!
The restaurant menu is very good, but only has 3 or 4 selections that are meat. The taste of the food however, is OUTSTANDING. And you get ample portions!
My BIGGEST complaint,....at check out time, I requested a copy of the bill,...and was REFUSED! Their excuse was I had booked through a company, and they ONLY give printouts IF you book directly with them! THIS is NOT an acceptable way to treat a guest!
The beach is about a 5-10 min. walk. Clean, but absolutely NO shade!

Good location. 5-7 min walk to beach and main square. Try not to get rooms at the end because it was noisy and windows above headboard. Get rooms at the back. Pool area is not that big but adequate. Otherwise great hotel.

Not that great!!

Suite rooms as compared to pictures on website are not that great. Also, the rates are high. You can find similar stay at cheaper cost in Goa. My suite room booked had an issue with the sound bar / woofer and also the phone to contact internally. Overall would rate 3/5.

Our stay at casa goa was fantastic, their stay was nice and helpfull and the room was in good condition. the best part about the room was the shower and the bed, both of them were Heaven and the pool side view was also good, was a little disappointed with the hotel WiFi as it was extremely slow but fine for using a messaging app

Great stay!! In our group of 4 we each had an excellent massage. Great service, VERY friendly staff and super helpful front desk. We could charge everything to our room and pay with a credit card at the end. Very helpful in the rupee crisis which is when we stayed! Loved it

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant one. We were happy with excellent service, spacious rooms, sumptuous buffet breakfast, in-house restaurant and proximity of hotel to beach and shopping streets. My daughter enjoyed playing in the kid's pool. Staff were courteous and prompt. Definitely recommend.

It was a satisfactory stay. The hotel overall in comparison to others located in the area was superb. The hotel itself would benefit from having detailed do's and don'ts since they have two different properties (one for deluxe rooms and the other for suites/villas). Also, having a variety in terms of the tours offered would be great, the one company that was available wasn't very great.

Warm and friendly place to stay

The staff were excellent and friendly. They were especially attentive toward our kids (ages 4 & 6) and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The location is about a 5-10 walk from the beach and there were always taxis on hand to take us anywhere. The prices at the hotel were very good and the food was tasty and safe. So it's a great place to stay for the money.

Clean and comfortable hotel with all amenities, and close to the beach. I liked how all rooms had a balcony and faced the pool. Guests were mainly Foreigners and/ families. Was quite , peaceful and safe

Hotel staff were vet responsive to any issues that occurred. I was also able to get a late check out.

Highly Recommended Hotel

Cannot fault this hotel in the slightest. Stayed in one of the villas which was beautiful, the pool area was very quiet which was great to relax after a busy week sightseeing in other parts of India. Beach is only a few minutes walk away, which is nice for a little change from the pool.
The staff at Casa De Goa were wonderful, they could not have done enough for us, the butlers attended to our every need and the reception staff were also very helpful when we needed them. Definitley worth paying the little bit extra if you can for one of the villas, they were spotlessly clean and very spacious and contemporary. Goa is great value for money for any western tourist so spending the little bit extra before you go is worthwhile.

Our family, me, my hubby and 2 kids, had stayed at this place end June-start July 2015 and i have to stay it was blissfully amazing. Kids had the most fun in the pool, the staff is most courteous and kid friendly, food is good, the location is awesome-est. nearby beaches, markets, eating joints, pubs everything you need is easily located. we have been to Goa before but this was the first time with kids but still it felt like a vacation here, hassle free, laid back, privacy....just perfect. hi to the staff there, hope you guys remember us.....ill be coming back again.

We stayed at the Casa De Goa for 4 nights during the peak season (Dec 26 to Dec 30) last week. The resort is located close to the Calangute beach (10 min walk). It is well maintained and the staff were very courteous. The food at the resort is good. The breakfast menu gets repeated every other day and that can be improved. The only point that wasnt upto expectation was the parking. The resort does not have a designated parking and the car had to be parked on the road, which gets very dusty.
If you have an option, opt for the rooms on the first floor as you get a little more privacy.

Nice boutique hotel which is located only five minutes walking distance away from the beach. The poolside rooms were nice. The pool was a good size. The food was amazing with variety of food and drinks on the menu. I would definitely stay there again.

My Family from Australia, loved our stay the hotel. The staff couldn't do more for you. The pool was enjoyable and our rooms were very comfortable. There was a good variety at the breakfast buffet.You could really unwind after a busy day in Goa, or stay and be treated like a king around the pool!

No parking is available.so dont go with your own vehicle.you hv to ask for newspaper otherwise they will not give it you.minibar was empty.nothing was there.the kitchen closes at 1030.no choise for food after that.breakfast was poor.

Excellent boutique hotel with hospitable staff.

A true gem of a hotel set in the midst of Calangute yet far enough away from the noise and chaos of the crowds. Its a great boutique hotel with a good breakfast spread, courteous staff and comfortable rooms. Short walk to the beach and the main road which serves well since there are enough of restaurants nearby to try out. Will be returning!

Lovely boutique hotel

We spent two nights here after a hotel in a much quieter area, so it was a welcome change as the hotel is just off the main street and 15 minutes from the busy beach front.
The breakfast was nice although there isnt a great deal of seating so benefits the early risers. The lunch we had was also nice and the prices are really cheap.
The pool area was also very nice with a large pool and plenty of greenery.
We also had a massage treatment in the spa which was amazing, and unbelievable value for money. The only negative was the really noisy aircon unit in our room, but in May it was too hot not to have on at night. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

We've been to this place couple of days back, What impressed me is the staff. How friendly, informative and quick react.

We got some technical problem in the deluxe room late night, when I reported to reception they reacted quickly and accommodated us in Villa room immediately as no other deluxe rooms are available. Food was tasty, rooms were clean and pool was good.

I definitely recommend this resort.

All in all a fabulous holiday, great hotel and staff. I'll be back as Arnie would say.

Nice hotel - with a few bugs

Two friends and I spent nearly two weeks over the Christmas and New Year holidays at Casa De Goa. The hotel is lovely and the included breakfast excellent. Our villa was clean and it was nice having two tvs one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. They have all the lights and tv hooked up to ipad technology so you use the ipad to turn on and off lights, tv, everything. This is a problem. We called the hotel 9 times during our stay because something or other did not work, twice they came in to fix the problems with ladders, multiple people. I think they should just use regular switches and skip the fancy ipad technology since it is scattershot. We really appreciated John, a staff member who helped us find things such as electric cord adapters and other useful items, and I appreciated the daily paper. We had manicures at the hotel which I highly recommend, the lady working there was terrific! The staff at the counter for checkin and out were very abrupt and they need to relax a bit more. Otherwise it was a great visit and if we return to Goa we might stay there again, but maybe not if they still have that blasted ipad technology.

perfect place to stay in Goa

Excellent location. Although we were in the party centre of Goa, Casa de Goa was located in a quitter area. So it was an ideal place to stay - not far from the parties but quiet enough. The staff were very courteous and our room was prepared as we wanted it. The food was good (although a bit on the expensive side).The resort is great for a getaway with a group of friends or as a romantic trip. It definitely exceeded our expectations! Definitely open to staying there again and will gladly recommend to anyone!

Good location but many issues at the hotel

Stayed recently and experienced the hotel. Good location which is near to the action without being in the action (read noise and hustle). Hotel good feel and set a nice protoguese house wIth a botique feel.

Average service and inconsistencies marred the otherwise good hotel. Bad housekeeping, below par linen quality, mediocre breakfast bufffet with no attention to detail + taste or choice and slow service in all hotel operating areas made our stay not so memorable. Best part was the very comfortable bed.

It's not a good hotel to stay

Food is pathetic, worst can't express how it is and the way they are treating customers are like animals and beggars. They are not cooperative and they don't know how to treat the customers.

I stayed in Decoroco later which is like a heaven on earth in terms of all categories.

Food, stay and hospitality in every aspect Decoroco is 1000 times better.

Cass De Goa is waste hotel to stay.

First & Last time

Very bad experience at their SPA
Booked an appointment went 15minutes early waited another 10 minutes no one there. Went to hotel front desk to cancel. Staff showed no remorse. Carefree attitude.
Beware there are Taxi stand outside hotel who with the connivance with the hotel staff don't allow outside Taxi. U can guess WHY???
Prawns served in the restaurant are hard to detect in the plate.
Never again am I gonna stay at this place. (Also lousy pool eenvironment)

Nice Stay

We had a pleasant stay and were pleasantly surprised at how nicely the hotel was done up. The hotel staff were friendly at all times and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
The food at the hotel was the weak link with a reasonable breakfast spread and ordinary room service (quality of food). The hotel is close to Calangute beach and a car/bike rental close by. The prices for food though are very reasonable and delivery prompt. House keeping was efficient and were quick to respond to all our needs including extra blankets and pillows with a smile.
Overall we had a great stay at the hotel largely thanks to the staff and partly due to the location.

price is too high as per of resort..
food is very costly at restaruarent and room service.they charge you for ice also ..resort is in silent street were there are no street light.
compliementery breakfast is ok.
compliementery mineral water is ok half litre bottles so were less for 2 persons.bathtub in room is for one person person, couple together cant enjoy in bathtub.I suggest rate should be revised by them.

Great hotel for families

Great hotel, very central, everything nearby but very quiet. Great pool, lovely staff, kids had a great time. We had 2 children in one room and it was a bit squashed but spent most of our time outside anyway. Loved the breakfasts - very good dosas and omelettes. Kids ate well here too. Would highly recommend to other families.

Pros:
Hotel's condition was good.
Location of the hotel is good.
Cleanliness of the room was good.
Clean swimming pool.
Easy access to a clean beach which is away from the crowd.
The breakfast was good.

Cons:
The staff was not consistent, though they were polite when they spoke. Some times they don't clean the room even when I switched on the \"Clean my room\" indicator.
The staff in charge of the mini bar keeps on ringing the door bell when you are not answering the door.
There was a staff who rang the door bell at the wrong room (which happened to be my room) at 5:30AM.

Over all the hotel was good but the staff needs to be trained well and they should be consistent.

Enjoybale Stay at Casa De Goa.

Casa De Goa gives you comfort that is most required for you of the heat and chaos of Goa. Staff and ambience make it more meaningful. However food quality could be better and also eating their in the hotel is expensive affair and not to our expectation of taste, however the curteous staff make it plattetable and when given feedback they positively receive and compensate you in a way one is pleased. Rooms on First Floor have more privacy than the ones on the ground floor.
