2nd time staying here when visiting Pattaya its far enough from walking street so that you can rest and the rooms are big and spacious. The only thing is the hard beds lol but everything from staff to breakfast in the morning helpful and they make sure to help.

I went to the hotel and asked for early check in for my friend a few days before he was due to arrive and they wanted an extra 1500 baht (£35) and refused to budge on the price. The receptionist and the manager were also very unfriendly and did not say hello back when I greeted them because they were to busy.

You can easily get a room for the night for that price ie the Boutique and Bravo City Hotel across the road with a better service, breakfasts and over a hundred rooms which cost around 1000 baht (£22) per night. When my friend arrived he was charged 750 baht. It would seem the Asana hotel just makes up the price to suit their moods.

My suggestion is to book elsewhere as this hotel will also charge for late check outs and etc unlike the Boutique and Bravo City Hotel where I stayed that lets all my parties check out 2 hours later without any issues with a gym, pool and free beach towels.

The place is would be nice for a couple, easy to find dinner place, close to walking-street, just only An elderly man staff stared at me and my husband with an unfriendly and disrespectful gaze. Even though I am a customer who comes to stay at the hotel. But the two female employees are very cute. Both service and speaking are good.

Like the spacious room and spacious toilet with bathtub. Location is good if you spend the night near the main pubs as it walking distance. Price is a little high considering the room, amenities and bedlinen is quite basic, similar to a 3-star hotel. We do get a bit irritated when the staff kept calling to chase us out exactly at 12 noon, even though the whole hotel is empty. At a more upmarket hotel, we could easily request for a slightly later checkout at 1pm.

Good deal in low season.

Just a kilometer away from walking street or Soi LK Metro makes this comfortable hotel a good base to explore the gogo bars of Pattaya. Nice staff, clean rooms with fridge, and good location.

Didn't like they only five u one key and you can't keep air conditioning on while making short or long outings.
Breakfast was not great selection and quality was low.
No small face towels available.
Only one sheet on two small beds pulled together to make a big bed.

Good stay at Asana hotel.

We found the hotel to be quiet at night with little noise from local nightlife.We foung a very good seafood restaurant nearby. There is a local market next door 3 times a week.Not too far a walk to get to the beach at Pattaya, a short walk then a cheap shared taxi gets you to Jomtien beach. Would happily stay at the hotel again.Breakfast is not brilliant but is okay.Good wifi.

It's a bit expensive, but I liked it in general.

I felt like it's a bit expensive for the room, but I would say I'm satisfied overall. The only part (other than the price for the room quality) I would like to point out is that, there were quite many ants in the room. Still, the room was clean, and I had no big issue during my stay. Their breakfast was good, but I wish they had an option without the breakfast, so that the price could be cheaper.

Comfortable Hotel in Pattaya

The Asana is a very nice hotel with modern spacious rooms and is well equipped. There is even a mini kitchen. I liked the large bed and large bathroom. The breakfast had a variety of foods, although the coffee wasn't that great.
I was not pleased upon check in that a deposit was required--the room was paid for with a credit card--why is an additional deposit necessary? There should be a clear explanation. Also, a reason I booked the hotel was because there is supposed to be a pool, but it was under construction. The staff could be friendlier and more helpful.

Excellent choice for Pattaya Hotel. Clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. The location sits quietly behind a busy area close to many amenities. Breakfast provided however is just ok. Wifi was good but annoyingly required repeated Login whenever your device is closed. Overall an excellent hotel!

My favorite hotel in Pattaya

It was an excellent value and the hotel was new. Location very close to the major attractions and shopping. My friend said the breakfast wasn't that good and so I passed on that.I will be returning after a four day stay in Bangkok for another six days in this hotel..

施設は新しく清潔ですが、スタッフが少な過ぎてホスピタリティが全く感じられません。ホテルスタッフとすれ違っても知らんふり。朝食会場でも挨拶等はありませ。そもそも朝食会場自体が閑散としています。驚きました。
また、Expediaではバスアメニティ有りとなっていましたが、部屋になかったのてフロントにお願いしたらポカンとしてました。口コミでもフロントの対応が悪いと書かれていましたが、やっぱりなという感じです。
各部屋にパスタブがあり、新しく綺麗なホテルなのに残念です。これではお客さんが離れて行きます。今後の改善に期待します。

Top hotel op een toplocatie met zeer vriendelijke staff en personeel. Kamers zijn ruim en proper en worden elke dag gekuist met vervanging van lakens en handdoeken.
Enkel het ontbijt kon wat beter met aanvulling van kaas, charcuterie en youchurt bijvoorbeeld!

저녁도착으로 2박 예약했습니다
일단 좋은점은 걸어서 워킹스트릿 및 부아카오 쉽게 접근 가능하고 호텔 앞에 야시장 열려서 싸게 음식 및 과일을 먹을수 있습니다 룸 또한 괜찮으며 저녁에 푹 쉴수 있습니다 화장실 또한 크게 만들어져서 맘에 듭니다 단점은 호텔 헬스장 수영장이 없어서 많이 아쉽고 조식은 밖에서 사먹는게 좋습니다 ^^;

ウォーキングストリートからも近いので便利。
ホテルは築浅のため部屋もそこそこ広く綺麗。フロントの対応も良かった。ただ、部屋にあるテーブルが汚れていたのが残念。
清掃時は、もう少し入念にチェックしてもらいたい。

とても良いホテルです。ジュニアスイートに泊まりましたが、とにかく綺麗です。ウォーキングストリートも近いですし、コンビニや食べる所も近くにあります。

施設自体の感想ではないのですが、
パタヤという土地を満喫するのであれば絶好の立地だと思います。
ホテル裏手には屋根付きの屋台群、朝は大変な賑わいを見せます。様々な小さなレストランが近隣多数、スーパーマーケット、マック、ドミノピザに加えコンビニもすぐ近くに2店舗。
WSまで徒歩１０分圏内、セカンドストリートにも近いため、ショッピングモールやマッサージ店にもアクセスしやすいです。
深夜も露店タイプの屋台が多数近隣に出没。かといって騒音もあまり聞こえず眠りやすいです。
次回もぜひ利用したいです。

何処に出掛けるにも便利な場所です。
今回初めてスワンナプーム空港へのバス乗り場までバイタクを使いましたが、10分80Bで到着しました。
バスタブに落ちている髪の毛など、少し気になるところもありましたが、このクラスのホテルの中では快適な方だと思います。

2泊だったのでそこまで深い評価はないが、場所、スタッフ、設備に関しては全く問題ない。
バスタブ、スリッパあり。一応アメニティはあるが、持参を奨める。
朝食も無難にまとまっている。味も良い。
宿泊の際はソイブアッカオ入口まで歩き、角のカオマンガイをおすすめします。昔から人気の店で、カオマンガイと言えば通じます。
ホテルはパタヤタイから少し奥なので喧騒もなく静かです。ボーダーは5500円かな。

このホテルは3回目ですが、以前からどの部屋も出入り口のドアの閉まりが悪い！そのせいか？今回の部屋はカードキーの反応が悪く、結局、別の部屋にかわることになり、時間のロスがあった。
