The are great but the WiFi didn’t work fo me and the rooms are basic but good. If you on a budget then it’s a great place to stay but felt remote and the area wasn’t very interesting. You’ll do a lot of walking here to reach points of interest. Perhaps it’s better in the high season.

This hotel was pretty run down. The tv was so small. Ot was far to walk to the main area feom this hotel. It rained really hard and the rain came in the window and got all over the floor. There is no pool except the rainwater pool in the room. Inasked for an extra pillow and was told ,\"We don'tdo that.\" It seems a very basic request for a hotel to be denied an extra pillow. Spend the extra xouple bucks and go somewhere better.

First few days in Chiang Mai
Great big windows... our room looked out at another building and some small local shacks. The staff there was pleasant, and they speak enough english to get you checked in and checked out. The room was clean, but the smell of fragrant cleaning chemicals mixed with a general muskyness was a bit much for my girlfriend's sensitive nose. Opening the windows to air out the room helped some.

In the central but far from the mean street
Staff are horrible. They are busy with their computers all the time, and when asked questions they never respond appropriately. The hotel is kinda in central chaingmai but had to walk a mile to get the taxi from the main street.
