Location is great, convenient for both Kata and Karon beach. Staff were fantastic, easy to contact in advance for room requests and gave us a great room in the area we requested. Some people struggle with the steep hill to get to the hotel from the town, but we see it as useful exercise! There is also an electric bus that drops guests off at the reception of the sister ‘Blossom’ hotel which was great as you could then walk downhill to the Peach hotel.

Terrible experience. The hotel laundry service lost my clothes and mixed my shirts up with someone else’s, then refused to reimburse me or take responsibility. Completely unacceptable.

The location is decent, but that’s the only positive. The resort itself is old, poorly maintained, and not suitable for older guests or anyone with accessibility needs.

Would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

I've stayed here many times before and its always been excellent. This time i booked a villa but there was construction so it wasnt available. They moved us to a different sister- hotel near by to a room that was quite nice, but not the villa i booked. It was a good compromise, and I dont like to complain, but i was really looking forward to that villa.

The entrance and pool area looks good. The breakfast is set up everyday but the food is open and there eere flies and nets all over the food ...i couldn't eat anything. There is no elevator pass the 2nd floor terrible experience with climbing the stairs. The hotel is on a big steep hills just terrible for people with limitations or the elderly. I would not book with this hotel oh and keep your deposit receipt to get your 100 returned. I almost lost my money even though they kept account of me paying them.

We were in the lower building which was still under construction. The room itself was nice, but the elevator rarely worked and the stairs were a construction site. During room cleaning, the halls was filled with dirty towels and sheets. You had to step around piles of dirty laundry to reach your room. View of construction sight and some noise from construction as well.

Yes it’s up a hill. But you’re only walking up it once or twice a day. There is another way up, longer but not as steep. Via the sister hotel.
Hotel itself- brilliant. Has everything you and what it doesn’t have is made by the staff.
Yes it’s very quiet, beds super comfortable, air conditioning great.
There was two staff in the restaurant but I didn’t get there names. The gentleman staff began with a P. He was so helpful. The staff are always so happy, and they remember you and what you order.
Perfect location. Not too close and not too far. Perfect for Kata, Karon and Patong beach.

Resort is nice, 3 pools was a bonus. It is set on a hill but that wasn’t an issue. AC was super strong and room was cleaned everyday. Very central and definitely would go back and stay. It was a cheap place to stay for $50pn and rooms were very spacious.

Peach Hill and its adjacent sister property (you can use either restaurant or pools and corresponding short walk access to Kata Beach and Karon Beach). For busy west coastal Phuket, both of these beaches are bit less busy (especially Kata), but give you short taxi access to Phuket City (and it’s ocean activities) or busy/popular Patong Beach.
It seems like Peach Blossom may be a bit newer and nicer, but our room on the Peach Hill property was great and had all the amenities most folks on holiday would want. If walking distance to a nice beach and a moderate amount of shops/restaurants is what you are looking for, I definitely would recommend this property, If you are looking for a super quite/exlusive/private beach experience, I am sure there are some pricey option. But for the money, this was a great deal.
We really appreciated help with booking some activities (where our own efforts were not working out).

Too many stairs and no lifts

The resort is located on a very large hill (the name gives it away) and it’s quite a steep walk up and down to get into town (nothing else on the hill but another hotel so no choice for food).

This hill would be bareable if you could then use an elevator to your hotel room. Alas, I was staying on the 4th floor in a building that had no lift. Not very 4 star and I was unaware of this at the time of booking (in fact I requested a ground floor room).

The aircon was awful. After the big hill and 4 flights of stairs, I loved walking into a sweat box and towel drying myself multiple times.

Big queen bed was very comfortable, shower was awful. Changed temperature by itself and had zero water pressure making it hard to wash hair/body.

Multiple pools to choose from, stable solid breakfast and cheap room service/cocktails.

Overall nice but the no lift + bad shower + bad aircon makes it hard to justify the price. Preferred my very very cheap hostels…

The pools were lovely but unfortunately some of the loungers were broken and there were a few sections of tiling that were broken or repaired badly. It was easy to cut yourself on the loose tiles. The staff were friendly and helped where they could. We had cockroaches in our room (we think due to housekeepers leaving the door open for too long when cleaning) which really disturbed our stay, however, the housekeeper did help us catch one at 11pm! The room looked nice initially but on further inspection, it was very grubby. Mouldy shower curtain, grubby walls and sticky floors which really need a mop. The door was broken, so a wide gap under this also allowed insects in. They change towels every day and bedding every 2 days which is not eco friendly at all especially since there’s no way (no door hanger etc) to communicate to housekeepers that you do not want these things changed. Hotel reception is on a very steep hill and you have to climb a lot of stairs and walk far to your room/bungalow as the rooms/bungalows are back down the hill on the other side.

Paid 2000b a night for a superior room which was horrible, old and tired. Complained to management and after one night moved to a bungalow which was an upgrade? looked nice but again it’s old and not much works. No hot water, water runs through room when it rains, a hundred lights switches which only half work and an nightmare to switch off at night and to ensure you can’t complain the phone not connected 😂 a very run down hotel. The rooms in main hotel might be better but bungalows and white peach is a no from us and would not recommend this hotel. Poor service and awful rooms. Go Novotel next door much better

The staff and food was second to none especially Mayank.

But the hotel lists several facilities that werent available and in dire disrepair. The hotel spa and massage centre was falling apart and in disarray but was stil listed on the avalable facilites online. I had actually hoped to use the facilities on rainy days but had to go of site to find them instead.

Apart from this the resort was great but as said above needs some repairs and adjustments to online advertisements

Perfect location and easy to enjoy!

Location just perfect, in the middle of Karon and Kata beaches! Hotel is located top of quite steep hill but it was very calm place to enjoy the beautiful hotel area and sleep well. Still just 100m from all the shops, massages etc. Night market close too. Free shuttle to Kata beach, but it was only about 500m to each beach..
Breakfast very good and you can enjoy it in two restaurants. Three pool-areas, good sunbeds and umbrellas but no wind at all so quite hot in there :D
Good cleaning, and spacious room (deluxe). Bed was suprisingly soft and towels were changed every day if needed. Safetybox in the room.
Staff speaks english and I think everyone are friendly.
Affordable choice for transportation to the airport is to take Smart bus; stop is just down from the Peach Blossom.
Would definitely stay in this hotel again when in Phuket!

unfriendly staff :/ just terrible. the room had dead bugs on the walls and clearly not cleaned. The front desk was rude and incredibly passive.. was not as helpful and gave a lot of attitude to people who were checking in/asking questions. plus there is NO FREE SHUTTLE service as they advertised. 0/5. No free water, no conditioner. Used slippers. The only \"pro\" was a big enough bed (2 XL twins put together) for 3 adults.

The staff at the property were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We had a villa with jacuzzi and was a lovely place to stay and relax. The pools were warm and clean as were the areas around them. The staff were at hand to seeve drinks and food around the pool. The restaurant was lovely and food delicious. Very good value for money and no more expensive than the local restaurants in the area. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, but there is a shuttle bus to take you if you want. Would recommend to anyone.

i don't advice you to stay here. room is dark, one window facing walkway on the dark side so no light. it smells dump, sheets are nasty with yellow sport on it.

i did book bungalow room with jacuzzi that suppose to be on balcony but i did not even have a balcony, jacuzzi was in room with shaded window and it was dirty. Overall room was dirty.

Also really noisy, you can laterally hear your neighbor even breathing lol unfortunately i got neighbor who was getting drunk every night and singing songs lol

Stuff do not speak English, neither other 2 languages i speak ( Russians and french) assuming neither of languages except their native. was really hard to communicate any needs. one time they just hang up on me when couldnt understand what im orderingm what really upset me

We liked the pools and the amenities ; however they charged you for bringing water to the pool (200 bAht) and there wasn’t an elevator to our 4th floor room (the view WAS beautiful tho) and the food was overpriced for what it was. Wouldn’t recommend paying for the breakfast buffet but if it is included then it’s fine. The walk up the hill was pretty bad and almost all tours, we were the last stop. Close to Karon and Kata beach was nice and free shuttle was available.

The price was incredible. The view from our room was nice. but the food was not as good. There is a very steeo hill you have to walk up if you don’t have someone dropping you off. And 2 flight of steps to walk up if you’re on the 4 path floor. The water pressure is low. If you like it laid back this area is fine. Overall,for the price it was a good deal.

Convenient location and large hotel property

Beautiful lobby and gracious check in. We were upgraded to ocean view rooms for both of our 2 rooms, staff are very polite the entire stay. Very convenient location, 5 minute walk to either Kata or Karon Beaches (Kata is calmer water and has several shops and restaurants, but Karon water is MUCH more clear with waves and a strong current). There are actually 2 hotels in the group, and share pools and 2 separate entrances which makes it very convenient. A few minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Each of the 3 pools are very nice and lovely, with each having a swim up bar. Received a free upgrade at check in but it seems not many customers were staying at the hotel. Breakfast was one of the only weak points as the quality and selection were not great (fruit not ripe, meats were hot dogs or low grade, etc). Overall a great stay and a very convenient hotel. I would stay there again!

It was alright

We were given a free upgrade to an older dark room which had a view of the front entrance and driveway. They did move us to a better room with a pool view after we requested it. The cleanliness was okay and size of the room was good. However we had to walk around what felt like a maze just to get to the breakfast room and walk up a steep hill to get to the hotel. The staff were very polite and professional.

The hotel is situated 5 mins from Kata Beach and 10 mins walk to Karon Beach, both very beautiful but different beaches. There is a main road that offers a great variety of restaurants and places to go shopping.

The staff at the hotel are amazing, very helpful and super friendly. I had a great experience.

Room was clean and fresh bedding every day.
Decor of room was over all good but maybe not as 4 star as imagined. But think it served it's purpose and it wasn't bad. We were happy location and bed was comfortable.
Definitely worth booking abit before you arrive as it's not as cheap on day. We checked out a few more on foot whilst here as only booked 2 days but weren't impressed (near building site or busy part of kata) so ended up staying here few days more. But luckily they gave us a good deal.
This hotel was one better ones, up side road and not on main road away from noise of traffic, bars etc.
Nice selection of pools too.
Breakfast was pretty good, yummy omlette, fruit and cereals (good vegetarians too) all fresh.

Our stay at Peach Hill Resort

The hotel itself is built on a hill so theres alot of stairs to go up if you take the back entrance, or a very very steep hill to walk up if you go the front entrance, so not very accessible for anybody elderly or with a disability. However, the hotel is good, we had a villa room with a jacuzzi but just to let you know the jacuzzi is only the sort you would find in a bathroom, and the blowers are not very powerful, not all of mine worked so we had to change rooms but the other room was pretty much the same.

The television in the rooms has awful signals, and theres virtually no english channels, also the shower in the bathroom hardly had any hot water, so if you dont mind cool water showers, however this was in the Villa room so i cannot comment on the hotel rooms in the main building.

The swimming pools were nice at the resort, there were about 4 of them in total you could use, and the hotel also provide you with beachtowels, fliplops and a beach bag to use for free, they are in your rooms in the bathroom.

The local area is pretty close to two good beaches, easily walkable and there is also some nice places to eat up the hill near to the beach but they can be pretty pricey, for me and my wife we paid close to 1000 baht for our meals. If you want cheap food, you can go to the market probably a 10 minute walk away which has a food court with a great selection of cheap foods that taste great.

I had good times during my stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly. Only problem i had was the water temperature. Its hard to adjust and too hot at some point. The location is very good. Very close to shops and reataurants, and a walking distance to the beach. Thank you for letting us to have breakfast so early around 6.10 am as we had to rush to the airport afterward. Overall i had good experience.

We had a lovely stay here. Large, affordable and generous rooms and bathrooms, peaceful and quiet setting overlooking the town and towards Nakkerd Hills. Plenty of options with 3 big pools onsite. Only a few minutes walk to Kata and Karon beach with plenty of shops nearby. About a 15 minute drive to Patong (500 baht). Be prepared for moderately steep driveways and roads when getting to your rooms. Shower fittings could do with an update.

The hotel is situated between Kata and Karon beaches, both are walkable although Kata is slightly closer. The hotel staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. We celebrated my wife's birthday during our stay and the staff at the front desk assisted me with ordering flowers from a local vendor and even threw in a birthday cake from the hotel restaurant. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay on a budget. Not a 5 star resort but very nice indeed. It's on a hill which can be a difficult climb if you choose to walk it. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to local destinations.

Hotel is very close to the beach and they offer shuttle to the beach.
Hotel is on top of a hill so it was a bit of work to go up and down that steep hill but close to many restaurants and shops.
Rooms were clean but the bed was a bit hard (but we think it's a Thailand thing to have hard beds as we stayed at other hotels and they were the same).

Alright hotel

Take note that this hotel is on top of a hill (about a 1 minute walk). This didn't bother me, but it might bother some others.
The location is not too bad - it's between Karon and Kata (closer to Kata Beach) so it's best of both worlds. If you prefer very crazy nightlife, then you will want to be in Patong instead.

The hotel room was OK. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was OK. One corner of the room is very dark as it could do with an extra ceiling light. The shower temperature was coolish warm, and only warm at best - tried to tell reception but they didn't really fix it. The water is especially cool-ish warm at night, maybe they're trying to save money by decreasing the water temperature? I don't know, but this did annoy me quite a bit.

Also, I think the toilets in this hotel can't handle toilet paper (although this is probably the norm for Thai toilets), so be warned not to put toilet paper in else you'll be needing to call the reception for someone to come with a plunger!

Located right in the centre of town, this hotel has ideal location for anyone who is looking to stay in the heart of the city. It's also a quick walk to both Karon and Kata beaches. The staff are friendly and cheerful.

We have been staying at this hotel on and off for over 20 years and have seen its growth and expansion. Great location convenient shuttle bus to beach if really exhausted but v walkable. Friendly, thoughtful staff; discovered it was my Birthday and sent me a surprise complimentary Birthday cake.
Our arrival was delayed a day due to a typhoon so hotel gave a room upgrade. Quick and easy check in which, after a late flight, was appreciated. Lovely pools -choice of 4 !
Only negatives: weak wifi and a little noisy cleaners in corridors! We will be back for sure.

I really liked it, the resort is in a hill so it the surroundings are quiet. The facilities between Peach Hill and Peach Blossom are shared so you are able to use all the 3 pools and many bars.

Disappointed stay

Just spent 10 days here and really disappointed. The hotel is in need of updating and rooms, pools and restaurant all very tired. The front of the hotel is very noisy with cars and bikes up and down at all hours. We moved rooms to avoid the noise but then had to tackle 5 flights of stairs as lift out of order the whole of our stay. Breakfast was poor and the staff in the breakfast room just stood around and it was a job to get their attention for coffee. Although location to bars and beach was good the hill up is a killer .

Walking distance to Kata and Karon

This hotel was in good position, walking distance to both Kata and Karon beaches. There is a regular shuttle bus that runs to Kata beach that you can catch on the way back at set times to save walking up the hill. We didn't mind the walk, it's honestly not that far just may be too much for you if you're heavily pregnant, have small kids or have zero fitness. You can walk through the the hotel grounds (so many stairs!) to cut into town and some local shops. We wore our swimmers so we could have a dip in the pool after the walk back! Breakfast was a basic buffet. There are signs on the restaurant menu about a cooking class held in the restaurant but no one knew anything about it! (Instead we went to Kata Thai Cooking school at it was great!). The pools are good with swim up bars. Clean hotel, close to beach, don't expect 5 stars but it's a good hotel :)

The hotel was pricey but it didn't offer anything special. It wasn't clean, breakfast was awful, staff didn't speak any English. We stayed in another hotel close by and even though it was twice cheaper, it was really cozy and was generally much better.

Decent hotel

This hotel was nice, but several things happened that will keep me from staying here again. Lets start with breakfast. Food was decent but not the best. The breakfast staff seemed irritable some mornings towards us. This made for an uncomfortable breakfast. The location of the hotel was nice if you wanted to walk around town and do things. It was conveniently located close to the beach, close to restaurants and shops, and the walk to Karon beach was easy. 10-15 minute walk.
Our room was clean, but our air condition only had one temperature - freezing. We tried on several occasions to have it fixed, but none of the staff seemed to understand the problem. This is where the English barrier was a huge problem. Sleeping at night without the air condition was nearly impossible because of the heat, but sleeping with it was almost just as hard. We were waking up several times a night to either turn on, or off the AC.

Also, if you have a room near the street (which we did, until we requested to be moved) it will be difficult to sleep if the band downstairs is playing. The hotel has a band play almost every night until 11 - 12. At least the music was good, but it is very hard to sleep when they're playing.

To add something positive, the surroundings and overall appearance of the hotel and the grounds are amazing. Very relaxing and beautiful. The 3 selections of pools are fun to explore if you ever get bored of the ocean, which I believe to be warmer than the pools!

I initially requested large bed online but was given 2 doubles. Front desk ended up giving my room away & tried to put me in another room where they put 2 doubles together to pass it up as King size. I was staying for 2 weeks so insisted they provide as promised online. They ended up upgrading me so it turned out good but sorta hassle

Great hotel close to the beach and markets

This hotel was our favorite during our one month travels through Thailand.
Pros: Very clean spacious rooms, great aircon, great breakfast buffet, variety of swimmingpools with comfy loungers and swim up bars. Location is perfect, the beach and markets are right around the corner, with Karon at walking distance.

Cons: Some of the reception staff were a bit slack and seemed unmotivated. We'd booked a king bed, got upgraded to Peach Blossom but appeared to be a twin bed so had to place mattresses together,a bit uncomfortable. Shower had no pressure our first night, got fixed same night but maintenance left a big mess in the bathroom.

Stayed here as a couple late 20's. Duration 10 days.

We loved the peaceful location of the hotel on a small hill surrounded with palm trees and other lush tropical vegetation. The rooms were also very modernly furnished, our had a lovely sitting area on the balcony with a view to a swimming pool and Big Buddha. There are three other swimming pools in the huge hotel complex, which were all really nice. Guest structure is mainly Russian that have special attention at the reception as well. Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience with most of the reception staff as we had a problem with charging our credit card in the wrong currency. However in the end the matter was resolved in our favour by a lady manager that was also the only one who appologised to us. Overal it would be a great stay if this would not have occured. Highly recommended - one of the best locations in town with great value deluxe rooms.

Quite ok

Hotel was quite ok. However, the hotel exists on a hill, its realy tiring to go down and up everytime when u went out, even the hotel provides free shuttle buses to kata beach. The hill is just too striaght to climb for even us 20s. Besides, the hotel rooms are not well protected for voices. We can hear well all noises when people were talking or walking too loud in the corrider.

The katoi receptionist was very grumpy on arrival and not very interested in providing me with a room.
Once I got checked in my room was not very clean, but I asked one of the chambermaids to sort this without involving grumpy reception and all was sorted straight away.
Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and efficient. Pool area very nice and clean. Was very good value for what I paid (£28 per night). And the hill was excellent excercise and a lot smaller than I expected from reading other reviews.

Handy location to shops and resturants and bars

Yes its up a steep hill, but a small steep hill. hIRE a scooter is my recommendation. We loved it, the pool and staff we fantastic. The breakfast was brilliant (i miss it!) The room and bathroom were a bit dated but clean and comfortable, our home away from home for 10 nights:)

Wow - a gem away from the rat race

A short 3 night stay but totally enjoyed everything about this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpfull, breakfasts very good, pools excellent and all other ammenities top rate. The climb up the hill can be a killer, but there are steps from the Karon/Kata intersection which makes the trek a whole lot easier.

Nice hotel with a lot of stairs

Hotel was beautifull and staff was very helpfull. Only drawback was location on a steep hill and lack of lift to top floors (we had a baby with us). Our room was also infested by ants, but they are probably problem of the area, not this particular hotel.
