I paid for premium room and got a secondary room and both the rental company and Expedia refused to refund the overcharged room rate. The coffee pot was rusted and barely worked, clearly need to be replaced. The blinds were missing the handles to close them, the light on the refrigerator didn’t work. The right front burner on the stove didn’t work. We brought food with us to cook on the stove and there was no can opener, bare necessity utensils. The pots and pans were old and needed to be replaced. The facility was very nice and the pool was very nice but the room could use some updating. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable.

Bring your own coffee/tea, condiments as none are provided. If you must use the sleeper sofa, you may want to consider another option as the "mattress" is super thin and the spring just come right thru. Also, make sure you get exact directions on how to enter with the code long before check-in time

The apartment was adequate and reasonably well maintained. Cleaning could have been better, and there were obvious minor repairs that were needed the did leave a great first impression. With that said the grounds and pool area were well maintained and the apartment was adequate and in a good location. I would consider going back for pratical reasons noted and cost was very reasonable.

Appliances and fixtures were updated. Rooms were clean. Highlight of the complex was the pool area which was very nice and landscaped. Upon arrival found security pin pad wasn't working. We were told someone would come by the next day to replace batteries. Never happened. Door lacked weather striping so insects were able to get in. Living room furniture was either old or uncomfortable or both. The loveseat was covered with some kind of uncomfortable vinal and the sides flipped up when you sat on it. Overhead lights and fans turned on and off at will. No place in bathroom or bedroom to set out personal items. Linen closet door off track. Couldn't move door. Didn't know until logged onto complex's internet the full details about the property such as the fact that the laundry was shared and required coins. Every unit but ours had outdoor furniture to enjoy sitting outside. We had a downstairs unit directly in front of a staircase to the second floor so there was no place to sit. A common sitting area near the laundry room had a loveseat with ripped cushions and an ugly ashtray that was full all the time.
Although called "Riverwatch" there was no river. The complex overlooks the back of warehouses and dilapidated houses with an angry barking dog.

Apartment had all the essentials we needed. It was well equipped and has nice amenities. There were a few quirks; ceiling fan and lights had remotes that turned on both the bedroom and living room lights and fans. Furniture was nice. Sofa was uncomfortable as most sofa beds are. It was clean. Only complaint is the pool is not heated. The reason I picked it was for the pool. But the water was way too cold to go into. I probably wouldn’t stay there again for this reason.

Everything was fine until I received an email after checkout. I had cleaned the room and followed all checkout instructions. Then I immediately received an email informing me that I was now banned from all properties. I was accused of severely damaging the wall area behind my bed. Bottom line is I had taken a quick video of the room when I arrived which depicted the area of the room I was accused of damaging. It turns out the pictures indicated that I was accused of damage to a room I did not occupy. Issue was resolved in my favor but the accusation was disconcerting and careless.

Great Price, Location and Comfort

Everything!! Ease in booking, notification of needed documents since this is a non-front desk or management office on the premises. This unit was clean and well equipped with needed items to make our stay comfortable. Great Location! Near downtown Jensen Beach with shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing pier. Best of all, you can't bet the pricing for the area. This will be my stay to place every time I'm in the area.

I would stay again.

Unfortunately fortunately when I arrived, someone was in the room assigned to me. Management was quick to re-assign me to a room I had previously stayed in (I preferred this room anyway). They also had issues with the room door code, but provided an alternative which was a tiny inconvenience.
I like the location because of close proximity to the great restaurants, and beaches.
Overall, I would stay at this place again.

While the complex itself is older, the apartment has been updated and was very comfortable. The furnishings and appliances are new and we had everything we needed. The pool is nice and well kept and there is also an outdoor area with tables and chairs where you can relax. I would stay here again!

The inside of rental was nice and the area around the building was great. The location was great to shops, restaurants, and the water. Property was quiet and pretty. Did not like the smell of cigarette smoke in rental. Made throat hurt. The light switches on remote are hooked up to other rentals so when they turn them on and off in ofher rooms the switches make the room lights go on. Lights go on and off all day and night. Makes it hard to sleep. The internet that is hooked up to the tv goes in and out so you have to reconnect to internet over and over.

Fan and light issue in the bedroom.

All was quite welcoming and clean. The only issue I had was the ceiling fan and light kept coming on throughout the night. Assuming that the next door neighbor had the same remote and we probably fought over our fan control with the same frequency. I finally after several attempts to turn off the light had to trip the main breaker.

Inside apartment was very clean and bright. But, while it's not IN the ghetto, it's very close. Sketchy people, like the drunk who approached by wife in the parking lot, made us feel unsafe. Sheriff's squad cars in parking lot one morning around 8:00 am with a suspect in cuffs. WIFI had to be reset on our devices at least twice daily, and sometimes more often. Very inconvenient. We will not be back. I would never think of taking children here.

I can actually book the same room for cheaper without being a vip member or anything through other platforms and I have booked through hotels com for a month and a half already

Just off the beaten path

Just if the beaten path of the village of Jensen Beach this property was ideally located. The communication with the River watch staff was fantastic! The apartment was just the right size for my family if there. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. The only downside was that there were a lot of other guests/residents that smoked cigarettes and weed, and the smell of that came right through into our apartment and it was pretty gross and aggravated my daughter's asthma. So the only thing that could make that better is if it was a non smoking property.

This place at first sight was ok. We had reserved for all our stay of 12 days. After second night, in living room, we saw a ''rat'' circulating furtively in the piece. We couldn't believe what we just saw. We had a second look at the closet and see it escaping in the closet where water heater was installed and other devices. We ask for another room but were said no other room available. We where asked to verify the days after. We could not sleep there one more night. We packed and left in the evening. This disrupted and affected majorly our stay in Florida.
Since there was no room available we asked for refund but were answered that no refund were going to be perform.

Fortunately Hotel.com refund us and we were able to setup another stay elsewhere.

Great value. A few things need perfecting but for the price, can't really complain too much. Lighting indoors could be harsh on the eyes. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. But in general, the property is very well-kept and pleasant. Regular, everyday folk live here, in some of the units and this can be refreshing.

Nice location but…

Decent location but needs modernization. Once you book you get what you get irregardless of length of stay. Just be aware of the fact that they are not a hotel and don’t provide services like a hotel, which you won’t find out until after you book or need something like towels. Also. if you have a maintenance request it may or may not get handled because even if they respond it is not necessarily from someone at the property. If you are staying longer than a week you will need to bring more essentials than they provide and make sure you have quarters for the laundry machines if you need to wash your clothes.

There were both strong positives and strong negatives for this property.

Most notable: my booking was specifically for the first floor apartment, since my foot is broken. They changed my booking for a room on the second floor, which is sold at a cheaper rate. And refused to refund the difference. Which even Expedia thought was ridiculous so Expedia refunded me directly.

When I arrived on Saturday, there seemed to be no hot water. Neither I or Expedia could reach anyone until Monday.

Turns out there was hot water. But installed backwards, so cold was hot and hot was cold.

Woke up at 3 AM to a cockroach or palmetto bug crawling on my hand.

Shower door installed unevenly so the glass sliding door would insist on opening while in use.

Prior tenants porn history was visible with cover images when turning the TV on.

Positives:
Nice appliances and furnishings.
Safe area.
Clean room and grounds.
The people on site were nice.
Air conditioning worked well.
Pest Control arrived same day I complained about the Roach.

If I hadn’t of been screwed over on my room booking, my rating would have been better. But to very blatantly change my room to a cheaper room and refused to pay the difference. It’s just ridiculous.

What a lovely place. We evacuated from the west coast to the east coast to get away from Hurricane Milton and this place was really nice and friendly, Clean, Quiet and we had a enjoying stay. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a nice clean place to getaway for a day or week.

Great Home away from Home!

When we arrived, there was a little glitch, I made the reservations in my name, Donna, however I used my husband's credit card for the Security Deposit, therefore we were not given a code for the door. The Property Manager was very helpful and told us that she did see that we had a reservation. Since it was raining hard, she allowed us to go into the unit but said that we should contact the listing agent. Once I received a message about the credit card and used mine, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay and is looking forward to staying there again. Location and accommodations were great!

I've always had great stays here. However, this time I had no television connection. I tried everything and sent a message and was told it would be looked at the next day. It was not. Other than that it was a decent stay. Also, are pets now allowed? Dog are all over the place.
