The place is OK for the price. The rooms are a bit cramped and dated. The picture of the pool is deceiving- it looks nothing like that and is positioned right next to a road with significant traffic noise. . Staff is professional and excellent but the property is average to below average.

25 years ago this was a popular hotel and well taken care of. It’s not being maintained at all. Everything from the front entrance glass to the elevators were dirty and had grime. The hallways to the room have ceiling tiles missing, several cable lines run on the outside of the walls, it’s a mess. The rooms are outdated and need a total overhaul. The entire hotel needs a full renovation. I would not recommend this hotel.

Bathtub was unclean and floors unkept. Extractor fan was annoying and loud. Musty smell throughout. Toilet paper roll half empty and there was no soap to bathe. I've stayed here before and this was by far the worst experience ever. I'm never staying here again. Also, there were homeless people living in the parking lot, no security guard available.

We got to our floor and the entire floor smelled musty. The carpet in our room felt slightly damp. There was what appeared to be blood on the blanket for the bed, it looked like it had been through the wash but the stain was still there. I went downstairs and the guy at the front desk apologized and got me a new set of bedding right away which was nice, but the new blanket we were given was shredded in multiple areas - it looked like it had been eaten through by moths or something. It was already late so we just roughed it out.

This place needs a complete renovation. The rooms have that moisture/moldy smell. The has issues flushing and the exhaust vent for the shower does not work.

The gym was closed and under renovation so there was no access for the week.

The hotel has a nice pool and the website states it is a heated pool. However, the pool felt like ice water. I asked the front desk if the pool should be heated and they confirmed it “should” be and I proceeded to advise them of how cold it was and she said she would call maintenance. The next day, I checked the temperature and same ice cold water. I checked with the front desk again and I got the same response, I’ll call maintenance. No one ever showed up outside.. we decided to head back in after an hour and asked if anyone would be checking the issue with the heater and they claimed they need a part and wont be there until next week. Lovely!

I would not recommend this place due to the outdated rooms, moldy smell and lack of amenities

Room was clean and cold by the time we checked in however I purchased a king size bed for my stay and it felt like it was a full-size or a queen mattress. Anything that was metal inside the room was kicked in rust., carpet was wet and felt moldy, of your signs of water stain on the ceilings, outdated television, did not feel cozy at all. This was only a place to lay my head for the night.. I would not even think of spending a second night.

Elevators out of compliance. Safety Hazard.

The morning staff, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff were wonderful. The hotel is extremely out dated. The carpet, furniture, flooring, and other amenities were falling apart and the elevators inspection certificates expires in August of 2025 (it’s now October). We paid for a king suite and were given a double bed with a king suite rate and told that they don’t have any king beds on the property. The evening staff kept telling guests that the room keys were deactivated and the only he had a master key to allow guests in and out of their rooms. When another couple requested to be let into their room he told them they had to sit and wait until he was ready to walk them upstairs and when they understandably complained he hopped over the counter and threatened physical violence. The sprinkler systems are rusted over and the carpets are damp throughout the building. There were prostitutes waiting for rides in the lobby and the evening staff was making cash deals out front. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this property. I can’t believe Hotels.com would do business with them.

Run down, dirty looking carpet, rust on the doors and dripping faucet. Laundry is the worse, one is broken, one ate my coins and the drier doesn’t heat up. The only thing that i can say are the front desk are the most helpful with my stay. The rest of whats in this hotel are terrible. Not ever coming back nor recommending this place.

Hotel is clean but is not inexpensive. About $90 a night. Laundry room has dryers that do not get hot, so you’ll never get done, and they are coin operated. You will be up all night. No breakfast except if you pay a seedy little restaurant in the hotel. Loud barking dogs are common. Hotel rooms and hall smell like lavender.
TVs don’t work. No microwave in room. You can’t heat food. Pet fees are reasonable.

Below expectations.

First, I booked a King for one of the 2 rooms we booked and this was done with the hotel receptionist. It was NOT available when we checked in. They gave it to someone else. Both rooms (231 & 233) were damp. The rug and the linens were damp, and the rooms had a dampness to them. My tub and sink would not drain properly. Water came up over my feet when I was taking a shower. Our rooms were not cleaned on Saturday while we were out. We did not say anything to the personnel as I expected to do it this way.

I booked this hotel on a trip and chose it because it had a pool. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was not operational, neither was the fitness area. I would not have chosen this property if I would have known it didn’t have an operational pool. I feel as though advertising it was misleading to customers and that is a poor business practice.

The room was cold like i enjoy. They answered text and issues quick. Jacuzzi was cold though and that we wanted hot. It filtered because resorts we stay at are nasty and don't filter.

The staff was nice and accommodating since my first room smelled like cat urine. I was moved to a different room with clogged sink. It was so late, I decided to stay in the room. The nice lady at the front desk gave me and my little one complimentary breakfast for our troubles. But the hotel itself is disgusting and dirty. Only nice thing was the pool and breakfast was good.

Horrible customer service

The toilet was not operating I complained four time to nor avail. They sent someone to the room twice just for the toilet to flush once after they left. Complained again they stated they had no one to assist at 3:44 in morning. I requested part of a refund just to be told I had to go through hotels.com. I need a refund!

Not the best experience. Room was not the cleanist i have stayed in. Curtain would not close (broken and frayed materiel). Informed the desk and they said they would send someone to repair but they never did during the 2 days before i checked out. Room looked very used with sopts on the couch. Also check in was lengthy even though i did the precheck. Front dest had no idea with the costs i prebooked through Expedia were. Right now there is still an extra $130 on my card that has not been removed?? Will probably have to dispute with AMX.

The abandoned building next door has trash all around it. The hotel itself is being renovated so that was an inconvenient the restaurant is not open all day long and their food is not that great and my room smelled like what paint and maybe I'll go back once the renovations are done but I don't recommend this hotel until they're done also the people next door to us were smoking weed and we notified the front desk three times and they did nothing

Our room had to be change twice due to serious odor and issues with plumbing in the bathroom . The floors in each room we had felt slimy dirty . The incredible noise level of road all day and night . The restaurant on the premise was.very good . Food was good service was excellent . The pool area was nice the hot tub was out of service and a hole of dirty water . I will never stay here again . To get any kind of compensation was difficult got a 56.00 off a 700 stay in a slum hotel .

Pick another hotel!

The bath towels were terrible. They were so small and old and threadbare! I had to use the hand towel to dry myself. The building was very old and in disrepair.
I would not stay there again. It does not meet the standards of Holiday Inn.

This hotel is in very poor condition. It is badly in need of a renovation. Only 2 elevators and one was not working. Bathroom the toilet seat fell off. The door to the bathroom had rusted hinges and wouldn’t close.

Good and friendly staff. Holiday Inns appear to be slipping.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The property is old and poorly maintained. From the moment I entered the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor that made it difficult to relax. Almost everything seemed to be falling apart—furniture was outdated, and there was visible rust on many surfaces, including fixtures in the bathroom.
Speaking of the bathroom, it was in terrible condition. The tiles were cracked and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It’s clear that no effort has been made to renovate or improve the facilities.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price, you can definitely find something cleaner and more comfortable elsewhere. It was a very disappointing experience.
