It was a later check in with small children when I arrived and the first problem wa that the lights and tv were not working. After some further inspection I saw all of the lamps/ and appliances were unplugged. TV, clock, refrigerator, etc…I plugged in what I needed and then proceeded to bathe the children.

I l noticed that I didn’t have all of the usual fresh towels or a bath mat, I had to let it go.

But seeing a hand towel over the bathroom door was the final indication that the room cleaning was not finished. I could see that the hand towels/ wash cloths were missing and the one that was there was disturbed. I quickly assessed that I could manage but was definitely inconvenienced.

There was a deep musty smell in the room when I checked in. There was mold in the shower. The remote control batteries kept falling out because it had no cover. The air conditioning did not work very well. In the refrigerator was unplugged. I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel ever again. Absolutely terrible experience. Along with the fact that somebody was running a Zumba class at 2 o’clock in the morning above me last night. The price on the Internet looks good for this location, but it is not a very good place to stay.

Didn’t even stay in this unsanitary establishment. I can’t even call it a hotel as it was truly disgusting. They refused to give me a refund even after letting them know about the roaches in the room, sticky floors and hairs all throughout the toilet and doors. Just as we walked in to put our luggage down we walked right out. We truly hope inspection comes.

Bed and pillows ok. Bathroom was small and need a little tic. Shower had mold around th door a shower surround plus the shower head was on tight which made water spray out and up. Didn’t affect water flow much however. Breakfast was meh! Coffee wasn’t even good. Plus only sweetener was sugar and sweet and low. I’m a Splenda or even equal guy. Internet and tv went down for at least half a day. Your door didn’t even close on its own and had to push/pull it close. Great location though.

Upon initial use of bathroom, I immediately noticed hair in sink….uuuugh. It was identical to the stubbly hair left from shaving, and there was at least 5-6 hairs in the sink. I then checked the shower before use. Dried hair on walls of shower, plus on both corner shelves. The bathroom obviously had not been properly cleaned. The bedding looked ok and I did check for bugs in bedding but saw none. I travel with disinfectant wipes and of course I used the entire pack. Complained to front desk but no offer to credit room rate or reduce charges. Will never stay here again.

Reserved online given and paid for in advance then get charged an extra 50 bucks that in the 30 or so times I have stayed here I’d never been charged that before. Then get to my room beds not changed coffee pods everywhere and room stinks of mold and mildew. Will I come back? Probably not after this trip I’ll pay the higher prices for better rooms

Stay away from this one! Not a nice thing to say about it. Took me about an hour to check in, Moldy smelling rooms (I was in 4 of them before I finally settled in) a manager that doesn’t care about the guests and does not respond to calls, cleaning people who are careless about your belongings, druggy long term residents, all around disgusted and dissatisfied. Zero stars.

They basically don’t have any Internet many times I had to go up near the front desk to get some kind of Internet. The bathroom toilet makes noise whoever owns this place is a horrible owner and should be reported. Roaches in the breakfast area I could keep going, but I don’t have the time. I left for work at 7am, lights off/door closed. When I returned to room 13 hours later, door was open with the U lock propping door open, room service did not touch room except maybe to remove all beverages I had purchased and left in fridge (one soda and yogurt were left on counter ( maybe it was another guest as the room was left open, lights on, without remotely being turned over.

WORST STAY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff needs proper training and the bathroom was nasty. When I went to the front desk to complain, there was no apology just an attitude.. The only response I got was your money will be refunded back to your card. I then responded so what I am I to do at this point, sleep in my car? His response then was, well I don’t have anyone to clean it.
At this point I was furious, I was traveling with my mom who has challenges and we’ve been driving for 3hrs and it’s pouring outside. He then blew off and with an attitude, he then said, I’ll do it myself. At no time did he offer an apology. I left the hotel in the pouring rain furious as I was not about to wait around in the lobby (of course I got drenched from running in the rain and paid for it the next two weeks by getting sick) but I had to. I got back to room a fews hours later and the bathroom was touched but still not properly cleaned and the vanity area was NOT TOUCHED AT ALL. There were still stains on the mirror and sink, the toilet was dirty( not sure if I’ll be able to upload)... it was disgusting. There were roaches in different areas of the room, both dead and alive.
There were visible wear and tear in the room, the walls were peeling, towels missing ( it was clear that the room was not touched from the last guest). The bed had stains and residue on the bed, the lamp shades were stained and torn. There was a huge gap at the bottom of the door (1st flr). I ha ve never experienced anything like this. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

I liked how convenient this space was. However the place didn’t feel clean. Lighting was dingy. I’m pretty sure my bathroom was not cleaned. The floors were sticky but to get it cleaned you needed to request it 24hrs in advance. The guys at the from desk were awesome. The breakfast was lacking. But overall good for simple stays if you’re on a major budget.

This facility is run down and in desperate need of renovations. Our room had furniture that was water damaged and a moldy shower stall. The toilet in our unit was not secured to the floor and there was a terrible musty smell all the time. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
The breakfast offered was poor quality and not diverse in options.
The front desk help was virtually invisible and if someone was available, it was a younger lady or gentleman with poor work ethic, having very little social skills and being primarily concerned with their devices and earbuds.

This hotel was very dirty. There was mold in the corners of the ceiling, pubic hair and stains on the “clean” sheets, the toilet was dirty with more hair right on the seat, the air filters were so dirty in the AC that it was hot in the room, the breakfast area was dirty and hardly had anything at all. My socks were black after walking around for one night. It was extremely noisy with people playing loud music all through the night and banging on the walls. I would spend the couple extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

There was lot of black mold in the bathroom. The room had an OVERWHELMING smell of mildew. They need to kill the mold in this hotel, or tear down and rebuild the whole thing. We found a beetle crawling in our bathroom and had to kill it. The windows were very dirty. The breakfast items were completely gone by 9am, except the waffle mix and coffee, when breakfast ends at 10am. The coffee was decent, at least. We did not have waffles because there was only one maker and the line to make waffles was long. The staff was pleasant, but the stay was awful.

Front desk tried their best. 1st room sheets had not been changed. The bed was made but food and hair on sheets and soiled pillowcases. The attendant offered to refund our money and stated they were completely booked out. Then said let me check again.
He found an available room. 2nd room the floor was covered with dirt, food crumbs, and dead roaches. I asked isnt this part of Hilton? He said let me see if there is a room on the extended stay side and took us to a 3rd room. It seemed ok. We decided to stay. That night the german roaches started coming out onto the floors and walls luckily not onto the bed. I requested extra towels to place on sofa so we could sit there. The pillows smelled horrible and we purchased our own blanket at Walgreens and put our own zipped covers on the pillows. We checked out at 5AM because we couldn't stay any longer. Nightmare!!

The property was a solid good place to stay the rates were reasonable the staff was effective and pleasurable the beds were excellent to sleep on . Clean linens .
The only aspect of the room that was not very good was floors were a little grimmy. I took some of the extra towels and cleaned them it took about 10 minutes. Other than that I had a very good stay . I would stay again .

The Inn needs a refurbishing.. The bedding and towels were better than average. The tiled areas are old and moldy. Stone would be better. New Shower doors . New vanity sink and faucets. Toilets are old fashion and dingy . Shampoo and Conditioner. I recommend Paul Mitchell's hair products.

Front desk staff guy was so nice and friendly. Was very clean. Room was clean and smelled nice and comforting. Breakfast wasn’t nothing to write home about but had yummy waffles my boyfriend had fun making them for us. Bed was little hard but still got a good nights sleep was no bugs of any kind which is a plus. Would definitely recommend if u need a spot for a nights rest. Unfortunately didn’t check the pool area out so I can not comment on that.
