I choose this area for price, especially during tourist season. It's at a major junction for Turpike and I95, thus a lot of trucking clientele. Room was clean and well furnished. Common areas aren't bad, just unremarkable or basic. There is limited eating outside the hotel. Walmart is a short distance. You can drive a few miles for more food and shopping at St. Lucie West though hotel rates can be significantly higher.

Room door very difficult to open, outside or inside the room. Several dead bugs were littered through out the room. The curtains did not close completely, so the ultra-brite parking lot lights kept the room illuminated all night. The furniture was tattered and duct tape was used to patch the holes. At $260+ tax a night, my expectations were much higher. I would not recommend to my worst enemy much less friends and family.

We left after 30 minutes at the hotel. There were roaches everywhere in the room- small roaches, large roaches, on the walls, on the floor and on the ceiling. It was absolutely disgusting. When we went addressed it with the front desk they offer us a can or air freshener and said to spray them when we see it. We left to the Home2Suites across the street who treated us great and was a MUCH nicer. The best part was that they refused to give a refund for day 1 because we technically checked in. I wouldn't recommend this place as shelter in a hurricane!

The room was overall okay. The shower door did not close and would keep opening after you slid it closed. We had to put a towel in the track just to keep the door closed during shower. There was some weird thing inside the pillow that looked like a melted tag, but it had nasty stuff stuck to it. The elevator scared my friend because it was creaking, popping and making all kinds of noises. Not to mention the fact that the elevator was shaking. For $106 it's ok not great, but you're getting what you're paying for.

The room across the Mars had different men going in every hour on the hour I counted at least five different men going into that hotel room you might wanna check and see if you have. I don’t know prostitution going through there and the air conditioning unit in our room was loud too loud Other than that it was wonderful.

We had a very nice stay. We stayed 4 nights, this was our 2 nd time staying here. The staff is always friendly. They had some construction on the top floor. During the day we were out of the room. The only thing we did not like was the smell of pot in the hall. But that is something we have had to deal with at other hotels we have stayed at. But overall great experience.

Mold in the bathroom.
Advertisements stats there is a hot tub there is none, its now a table by the pool that was why we picked this place.
All rooms are inside which i like for safety but the door that is key access only at the end of our hall way is broken and just unlocked. Anyone can get inside the hotel.And there was a bag of what I will assume to be some drugs outside the pool door. Overall disappointed is an understatement. I have pictures but i can not get your add pictures section to work.

I’ve stayed at various hotels for work in south Florida, this time the experience was very different, first of all I pre-paid for my room, on checking in the wanted to double charge me requesting a credit/debit card. Secondly they put me in a room for handicap, the shower head was very low, the restroom area need an immediate upgrade, I was very disappointed, wouldn’t be staying there again, poor standard.

Extremely loud music booming all evening. Was told it would end by 8 pm but its still going at 9:30. Was very disappointed that there is NO HOT TUB, as advertised. Lock on door by pool doesn't work so you have to walk around the building to get back in after swimming. Was told by front desk staff that they are aware it doesn't work and I just need to block it open when I go outside to use pool so I can get back inside. Side door is broken and doesn't shut to outside. Door to room doesn't latch unless you give it an extra tug to close it all the way. This place is not safe!

There was mold and paint chippings in and around the tub. The lamps over the bed end tables were ripped and torn. Two of the lights didn't work. The window shades/curtains were torn and wire holding up the rod used to open and close the shades. The towels and linen were fresh smelling. Every morning a few homeless people would come in and take out breakfast, using their dirty hands to get rolls and bread out of the containers. They would fill their large water/juice bottles with juice every morning. The young lady watching the front desk locked herself out the office and had to crawl through a small hall window to get back behind the front desk.

Hotel receptionist double-charged for stay and claimed she couldn’t offer a refund. Hotels.com should offer better protection without the consumer having to pay.
There was also mold in the first room and the same receptionist made the room change more difficult than it should have been to move into another room.
