All employees were great- but….when I checked in and got settled in my room, I quickly realized I had no running water! No sink, no toilet no bathtub water. I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I went to the front desk and they said it would be about 30 minutes. I had a meeting and was gone about 2 hours, when I got back to my room, still no water! Took about another 20 minutes or so. Water finally comes back on but my toilet wouldn’t flush…I walk down to the front desk as the phone did not work, they said they’ll sent someone up asap. About an hour later maintenance fixed the toilet. The next morning I found out the small coffee maker in the room did not work. Walked down to the free breakfast and grabbed a bagel and coffee.
When I left the hotel for the day about an hour later, I requested my garbage get emptied and for more towels. I used most of the towels to cover the couch and chair, both were stained and pretty gross. When I returned that evening, garbage had not been changed and no new towels! The next morning I bagged up the garbage and left it outside my room. I did get a few more (3) towels when I walked down to get coffee. The bed was comfortable, the free coffee was good and the staff were all very nice.

The room felt neglected . It was very run down and patched together pooly in the bathroom. It was an eyesore. Black dirt in the cornered caked up. I took pictures. Rust on a fuse box as soon as you walk into the room. No \"do not disturb\" signs.

The room was musty and the bathroom had black mold. You could see there was rot near the floor by tub. Instead of repairing it they used caulk. The window was so dirty you could barely see outside.they left me with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and 1 small soap. For 2 people it wasn’t enough. The metal in the bathroom was rusted and no lenses on the light. Breakfast was limited. I bit into an apple and it was rotted. The staff was very cold. I should have known better when I was checking in and I was asked for a credit card in case of damages. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

I actually canceled my room at this hotel. Upon arriving the guest service attendant was smoking cigarettes. I noticed a heavy odor of smoke too. I mentioned to the staff. Ignored me. Turns out, the ventilation system was on fire. I immediately informed others & we went outside. 12 fire engines showed up & so did the police. I also was told by other guests staying there that the fire alarm would go off a few times each day so these people ignored the fire alarm when there was a real fire. I informed the fire chief.

The staff was friendly but didn’t have answers for anything. They all said they were new. We booked here because of the kitchen and small sitting area. The sitting area was replaced with a second bed. The kitchen was no way near stocked how they said it would be. We requested a change in rooms and were quickly switched to a room that was a slight improvement. At least the second room had a working tv and kitchen light that worked. Neither rooms had coffee pots that had all the working components. The second room had both tvs but only one worked and we had only one remote. Pictures attached.

Went in to check out and passing two guys outside smoking. One of them never came in to check us in?
Our door lock was a.mess. First time we got in after returning the door was unlocked? Found out we had to slam it shut! After that we never got in and the card didn't work. Went to desk and he scanned it again. Still didst work? By this time we were checking out on 3rd day.
Dish washer? One plate, one small plate, 2 glasses and 2 cups. No silverware?
Toilet paper. Had half a roll and no extra one?
Only one trash can in bathroom. Non in kitchen area.
Buffet? No eggs, no bacon or sausage.. (guess that kept the price lower?)
First day 8:30 no coffee cups etc.

The room very dated. While understandable in FL, there was a bug in sink. The refrigerator was noisy. No new towels. No soap from day one. They did not make up room the morning after, so we left. I must say that the workers who were there were GREAT! Breakfast average.

Dirty, Cockroach infested rooms. Should be reported to the health department and put out of commission. Bedding was dirty with stains on sheets and covers. We were only at the hotel for 15 minutes before we decided to check out. Hotel manager/supervisor would not refund our 5 day stay even after hearing about the roaches and uncleanliness. Would not recommend.

Things to fix:
- Front Desk was unable to give us a \"Do not disturb\" sign to place on door.
- Stricter Pest Control treatment routine needed because we found three roaches running around (2 in the kitchen area and 1 in the room).
- Breakfast items were not replenished timely or lacking. On 12/23/25 at about 8:30am, there was no milk for the cereal, no eggs or sausage for the pancakes, no fruits ( except for some over ripened bananas).
- Cable service did not work on one TV.

Room smelled like pure bleach when we walked in, thought it would mean that the room would be clean. Nope, pee around the toilet on the floor dried up. A roach dead in the microwave, garbage pieces on the bathtub and behind the toilet. ZERO soap in the entire hotel room, only enough toilet paper for us to pee twice. And I found a wash cloth soaked in bleach under the tv which was where the smell was coming from. Neither TV worked and the TV remote was broken. The chair for the desk was broken and filthy.

I understand the place is older and being fixed up and that can explain a few things however a working phone is a must and a working TV is a low expectation this room had neither.
I did not expect to find a crusty showerhead and dirty dishes in the dishwasher when I got in my room. The entire kitchen area really needs work in 244. the Microwave is (not even kidding, I saw the Manufacture sticker inside) from 1997! Still works (to my amazement) but should be long gone. The painted over rust spots on the fridge and the ants are an interesting touch.

We left early because our condo was ready and I understand there are no refunds for 3P reservations, but we just couldn't stay.

3/5 because the front desk staff is friendly and tried to fix what they could as soon as it was brought to their attention.

toom 148. nothing to cook with suoplied. glad i was only staying 1 noght. the water runs out of the shower all over the floor. room smelled like mold. don't wear white socks, (wear flipflops ir something as the floor is filthy, socks will be black. This is an extended stay hotel, not a vacation spot. I didn’t feel safe there with my kids, it was dingy and smelled weird and chemically, and seemed to have a lot of more shady people, sleeping in broken down cars or hanging around parking lots and such. It didn’t feel clean. My kids and I checked in, but left immediately and stayed at a different hotel. They still charged me the incidental fee even though we did not use anything, literally just walked into the room and turned around and left immediately.

The pictures are completely misleading. When we checked in, the bathroom was disgusting — the toilet had dried urine on it, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The whole room felt cold and sterile, and there were sugar ants crawling on the dinette table.

They have “no smoking” signs everywhere, but once the sun goes down, the smell of cigarette smoke fills the hallways. The manager was nearly impossible to reach and refused to give a refund. The rest of the staff didn’t seem to know anything or care to help.

We ended up packing up and driving home at midnight with three kids because it was just that bad. Save yourself the stress — this place is awful. Unless you’re a drug addict then this place is perfect for you.

First they have me a key to someone else's room, the. They give me my key to a room infested with ants. I go back asking for a change first they tell me no they're all booked but then someone switches something for me and I got a nice room. However the desk person felt the need to pull my phone number from the data base and proceed to hit on me. Making my stay very uncomfortable to say the least. I didn't even wanna leave my room.

Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The room I was given was old, ugly, and had several cockroaches, so I had to request a room change. The staff agreed, but only the next day. It’s disappointing that when you book through third-party websites, they seem to assign the worst rooms to those guests. This was my first and definitely my last time staying at this place.

The staff was truly wonderful — kind, polite, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the condition of the place. The room was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. I even considered asking for another room, but after seeing the overall state of the facilities, I realized it wouldn’t make much difference.

My daughter was supposed to sleep on the sofa bed, but it was so dirty that I preferred to let her use her own air mattress instead. The bathroom and floor also felt neglected, giving the impression that housekeeping is not being taken seriously.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I believe it’s important to be honest so that other families are aware before booking. The staff deserves recognition for their kindness, but the management urgently needs to improve cleanliness and basic maintenance.

Start I’d like to say that it was very uncomfortable bed skirts were dirty. You couldn’t sit on the couch. They were all stained floors were dirty. There was a lot of bugs. There was cockroaches in palmetto bugs, and lots of eggs. You couldn’t leave a thing out without bug tracking all over it. It was an unpleasant day due to the no refund. I had no choice. This was a business trip.

Linda at the front desk was amazing! But as far as the rest it was horrible! The room which was a “suite” was dirty! Plain down fright nasty! There was grime on the walls, floors, fridge, shower, light switches and rust on everything you looked at! I have never used the words roach motel but this place is infested with roaches! I was supposed to stay two nights but there was no way I could stayed. I stayed one night as I did not get in till 10pm and needed a place to sleep. I do not recommend this place even to my worse nightmare.

My first two days the Ac barely worked, the night of the second day it died altogether and I was told they didn’t have another room. The Ac was replaced mid day of my last day there. The mattresses are horrible and should be replaced, the entire building including the rooms is dirty/dingy. Some of the staff were okay but certainly no exceptional service. I definitely will not stay again and would recommend it be avoided
