This property and hotel aee not as nice as other Spring Hills I've stayed in. Probably older. No hairdryer in the restroom. Rust stain on the bathroom tile. To turn on the shower you basically have to either have a jolly green giant arm or walk into the shower because only 1 side of the glass door opens whixh forces you to step in to turn on. Couldnr find an ice machine on thr 2nd or 3rd floors and then gave up looking. At 2:30AM the fire alarm went off in the hotel. No calls from front desk and no answer when I called them. Fire alarm proceeded for about 20 minutes. I was freaking out so I got dressed and wenr down stairs. All guests I ran into during this mess were visibly distraught and confussed. I sat in my car until the alarm stopped. I come to the area every month to stay for work and will.not book this location again..

Very spacious room, comfortable and quiet. We were able to work at the desk while others were sleeping. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. The only downside was the lack of towels (we had to ask for more because there was 4 of us and 3 towels) and lack of racks to store towels.

The breakfast attendant closed down the area even though i was still in line waiting for the waffle maker and I was not able to get any orange juice or oatmeal. She kept saying that breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. I feel like if i was there before 9:30, i should still be able to get breakfast.They ran out of sausages and they did make some more after they made a comment that breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. The room had a moldy smell to it.

This is a very nice hotel, spacious room and nice staff.. I was in room 212.. In the middle of the night, I went to the fridge to get water and saw small baby roaches going in by the side of the sink. Had to cut my 3 day stay short and left after the second day. Hope it helps.

We were not happy with the room as it was described to us that there was a fold out bed, in reality it was a pull out couch that did not meet our needs. In addition the day clerk at the desk was less than enthusiastic when approached about the room cleaning after the pipe irrigations in all the rooms. We were told to let the water run for several minutes when the job was completed and then the water came out brown. However, we requested that the shower stall be sanitized with bleach and she stated they don't do that. I stated that something needed to be done or else I would speak to a manager.

Property and rooms need a reno. Desk staff were polite but inattentive. Housekeeping was poor. Room cleanliness was also below standards. We were inconvenienced by having to change rooms mid stay due to ants in the room. No compensation offered or extended. Room layout was inadequate for longer than overnight stay. Breakfast was exactly the same every day; unkept, unclean, and poorly stocked. Food selection and food quality was substandard, and food not stocked adequately. Weekend days were worse than weekends. Food service staff on weekends were not present. Staff during weekdays barely adequate. Overall, price, value, and quality substandard, especially for Marriott Bonvoy. Very disappointing stay. I DO NOT recommend.

We showed up for breakfast at 0830. There was little to no food. Nothing either one of us would eat. The entire hotel had an odor of mold or mildew. This hotel is also way past needing to be renovated. I had a hard time belueving this hotel is affiliated with Marriot. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows had a terrible smell. The one kudo that I would give them is the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

I thought the sofa bed was a pull-out bed but instead it wasn’t the typical sofa bed and it was pretty complicated and it wouldn’t fit an adult comfortably and it was pretty filthy down there. Aside from that my stay overall was exceptional.

It need an update. On the breakfast they only had eggs and sausage links, with a little of oatmeal and it was only 9am on a Saturday. No fruits, yogurt or milk available. Checking in was fine, the young lady that checked us in was very nice , her coworker was very rude and nasty, we realized our room was on the first floor and asked for a room change to a higher level, just because we like to open the blinds and didn’t want people walking pass seeing us, the coworker was very rude and purposely making us wait until she checked in every single customer walking through the door, even though we were there first.. I don’t know what her issue was with me and my boyfriend. We still remained calm and polite with please and thank you .. I will be contacting upper management.

The hotel and location was ok, limited transportation, so you either have to drive or use Uber or Lyft. I had an issue with my fridge for two days and had to throw all my fruits I bought, because they spoiled, which was very frustrated. I reached out to Marriott and front desk and was getting a lot of ran-a-round. They had no intention as a courtesy to even credit me for my lost. Marriott gave me a wrong email address for the hotel manager, and Expedia did not do much to help me either, I was just hearing \"I am sorry for the inconvenience\". I just call it a lost and decided I would not use Expedia service again. I worked hard and could not enjoy my vacation the way I wanted.

LOST BAG ADVENTURE, TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE

First off, we took a redeye plane from Denver to Orlando. When we arrived in Orlando, my bag did not make the trip from Denver. The airlines told me they found the bag in Denver and they would deliver to me in Port St Lucie. We decided to go to the hotel earlier than checkin time and they accomodated us with an early check in.
This enabled us to have a nap and clean up from the long overnight flight.
Initially, the airlines advised my bag would be delivered to me by 11:00 p.m.
It finally was delivered by 3:30, Sunday afternoon.
The staff at the Marriott was very supportive and helped where they could.

The only problem that I had with this hotel was the shower. I love having a walk-in shower, however, it had issues. Everyone is not going to use the products provided by the hotel. I brought my own, but there was nowhere to put them in the shower. A shelf inside the shower is an absolute must and it was missing. There should be a way to turn on the shower and adjust the temperature without being in the shower. Getting smacked in the face with ice cold water was not a good start to my day. The water pressure was terrible.
