When we arrive in the afternoon I went inside to see if there was any way we could get an early check in? My 4 year old and I run in and she said the absolute earliest is 3 (normal check in) super snarky like and I just smiled and said okay no problem we will just wait out here it’s like 1:50.
she then yell you have to have 100 deposit no matter what (sounding sarcastic and like I wouldn’t want to stay there or have the 100; I was trying to shrug her attitude towards me and kill her with kindness and teach my 4 year old how to handle someone talking to you crazy. “I will book it online I like to get points and can it be a debit card or do you need cc, either.” She replied We require cash and I followed up with okay and went outside came back in a little before 3 to check in. The reservation doesn’t come thru for a good while. The time is definitely off from past experiences BUT I can not confirm it was there and she was just being mean. Anyways get checked in and give her the 100 and then she looked at me and said we call the sheriff around here if there is complaints I don’t deal with it. sure my daughter and I look a little rough had gone to beachAM and hadn’t gotten to shower or change but geeze . then to top it all off the bed has bed bugs and there are silver fish around the room & when shown pictures they deny it was there prop and I would have to wait till experts come.

Very kind, punctual, hard working, helpful & welcoming; etcetera … lobby, front desk, foyer, hall, loading or unloading area, & room was very clean everything was nice, clean, & very well kept. All furniture, bedding, bathroom linens, appliances & decor seemed brand new. Bathrooms especially were finely kept as maintenance definitely does a wonderful job freshly caulking, touch up painting, things like that… I believe that if this establishment would upscale the breakfast items an/or even serve a small arrangement of hot foods a simple breakfast ex: (eggs grits bacon sausage biscuit toast) would suffice but for sure it needs more options of dry snack items all that is served is coffee juice granola bars honey buns danishes muffins & that’s it . Add some oatmeal hot pockets pop tarts breakfast sandwich.. microwave option foods , something… thus making this place a great stay . Perfect 10 for the cost.

I have been coming here every-week for months and every time the room is ready , clean and the staff are great. My mother-in-law was put on hospice and they made sure everything was good and offered to do everything they could to help. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s right in the middle of Pensacola 5-10 mins to everything. Quiet at night and good coffee in the morning. 11 out 10, 6 Gold stars and they allow pets !!!!!

A very special “shout out” to Front Desk personnel-Dana & Andrew, who made our stay and an additional extended stay very easy and stress free. Also, Shaunta - Houskeeping - she made sure we had extra towels, garbage emptied and the overall room was cleaned to our satisfaction.
Our Christmas vacation was interrupted and our stay extended as were hit by another car causing major damage to my car & dealing our return home. The staff encouraged us every day and made a stressful situation less stressful by providing an exceptional customer experience.

My experience checking in was great. Upon entering my room, at first glance it seemed ok until I noticed certain things weren’t clean and also saw a few rodents. The noise level was overwhelming and I complained to front office about it. My staff was not what I expected and I did an early checkout

Its great that they allow dogs of any size, which is the sole reason we chose that hotel, but having to pay $50 extra for the 2 dogs when they clearly don't clean super well seems a bit silly. The room was surface clean if you just peek in, but the corners, under and around the bed were pretty gross.

I had to stay here due to a medical emergency while traveling. I have never been so pleased with a property in my life. This place is clean and well appointed. Parking is great and free. Front desk staff was excellent and my room was clean comfortable and quiet. We will be staying here for the duration of our visit with the local hospital. Well done property management and owners.

When we came back from the beach, our room was clean again and beds were made and we got fresh clean towels and the dirty towels and wash cloths were gone. Front desk was very helpful and kind.
