The online pictures deserve an Oscar. We booked expecting a hotel and got a motel with a serious case of "expectation vs. reality."
The staff was friendly, and having free coffee available all day was a nice perk. The beds were comfortable enough to get a decent night's sleep.
Unfortunately, the rest left a lot to be desired. The shower and bathroom ceiling had mold, the bathroom door had to be lifted just to close it, and the courtyard was littered with broken beer bottles, cigarette butts, bottle caps, and other trash. There's also no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.
Breakfast consisted of honey buns, muffins, and granola bars...fine if you're in a hurry, but don't expect much.
The biggest concern was security. The front desk gave my friend a key to my room without asking for ID or contacting me to verify it was okay. That was honestly more alarming than anything else because guest safety should never be taken that lightly.
If you just need the cheapest place to sleep for a night, it'll work. But if you're expecting the property in the photos, or basic cleanliness and security, you may leave feeling a little catfished.

This property is nothing like in the pictures!! All the rooms are outdoors, and there’s people living at the property which you will have people drinking & smoking and hanging around outside your door and in the parking lot.
It’s a terrible place!
We stayed 2 nights and left even though we didn’t get a refund of any kind!

I would not stay here again. The sink in the room was broken, making it difficult to use the bathroom properly. The bed sagged badly in the middle and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. There were also groups of people sitting outside their rooms smoking marijuana, which created an unpleasant atmosphere and made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and did not provide a relaxing or enjoyable stay.You can make it stronger, more professional, or more detailed if you'd like.

This motel!!! The online made it look amazing. Must've been AI. I didn't read properly,I thought it was a inside Hotel. It was quite at night, but I had a hard time finding my room. I didn't know people lived there either. That's why there wasn't a breakfast bar this morning . Just sweet stuff. I deserve part of my payment back.
Over all I give it a 5 from me. I wouldn't return to this motel. @ 161.00

This was our first stay at this holrel beand. We were not aware of the difference between inside & outside door descriptions. We booked an outside door & that was out mistake. That type of room didn't make it feel hotel-like. It felt more like an extended stay for transients. Also, the pool said it was out-of-order & we could use the one at another hotel across the street. The street was at least 6 lanes of traffic. You could drive over but then you are mostly likely going to be in wet clothes for the drove back. The desk staff were friendly & helpful. The air conditioner worked great. They could clean the walls in the room, especially the large bathroom area better.

This was a beautiful hotel lobby! I had to wait a bit in line to check in, but our room was very spacious and clean. It had a large fridge which we needed for our travel cooler items. No breakfast offerings other than granola bars, but they gave me two bottles of water for the road upon request.

The property is clearly a bit older, but that didn't matter to us at all. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved having a garden tub in the suite we stayed in. Definitely would stay here again, though we would go through the hotel directly, vs. booking through a 3rd party site. There were some issues w/booking through the 3rd party site that could have been avoided if we'd have just booked directly with the hotel. The staff was super friendly - absolutely could not ask for more!

Staff was friendly and helpful as they could be, other than the maintenance guy who rode around on an obnoxiously loud motorcycle, even well into the evening.
Dirty and slippery floors, poor quality LVP chosen for floor and poor installation job. Toilet was crooked, no ventilation in the bathroom of any kind to remove steam, some areas of the walls were cracking, A/C system was developing mold in the vents, lighting was poor, the mattress had already developed pits where others had slept, and the walls may as well have been made of paper when it comes to noise control. You hear ever car pass by, every conversation outside, and every door close. They put all of their money into the fancy lobby and nothing else.

Staff was nice and it was a great location close to everything! Air conditioning worked really good and loved the fridge and microwave. Bed was comfy and the room had a nice little sitting area. Other than that… the rooms didn’t have enough lighting and I’m guessing they expected us to just open the curtains during the day for light but we like our privacy. The noise level at night was ridiculous with roudy people all around us hollering and talking extremely loud and that usually lasted till at least around 1am. And we never got to use the pool because it looked green and cloudy so we didn’t trust it. We stayed because it had a pretty good rating especially for couples so we wanted to give them a try, but we will not be back.

The room was not cleaned properly. I guess a previous guest left a tag from their clothes in the window ceil. Which tells me the windows weren’t checked. Hair was found on several towels and I had to go to the front desk to get cleaner ones. Hair was in the bathroom sink. Just not what I was expecting.

The rooms were very clean except for some dust on the bathroom light fixture and under the bed was very dusty but overall very nice and clean rooms and the staff were some of the best employees I have come across in the hotel business in a very long time and I am and have been in the hotel and hospitality industry since 1994, the employee Grace was extremely helpful and polite and professional and was just the best employees I have seen or even worked with in over 20 years I was highly impressed and also Dana was so polite and professional and went above and beyond to help me and I saw she were making sure all of the guests were satisfied very very great employees and everything else was just great clean and the rest of the staff, House keeping an others were very helpful and polite and professional I would recommend this inn to everyone 4 and a half Stars only because of the dust

We stayed 3 nights and everything was great here. We had a dnd the entire time on our door so we didn't get it cleaned. But eveytime I asked for towels and shampoo they gave lots. They were extremely nice. The breakfast was bakery goods so as a diabetic I could not eat anything there and that is my only real recommendation is to have a couple diabetic friendly items at least. Other then that I would stay here again.

My husband an I found the rooms to be very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the in room coffee maker with coffee pods were a great touch. The hair dryer and iron and ironing board a welcome touch. But the single best thing about this hotel was the staff who were professional, friendly and went out of their way to provide top-notch service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!

Mostly easy to find in the day but at night the sign and bldg lights were either out or not working making it harder for someone who is not from the area. The room was filthy(hair in the sink, the vent was loaded with dust/ dirt that had hardened over time so the heat smelled like burning the entire time and whether a/c or heat my breathing and allergies suffered. The floors were absolutely filthy. My child got off the bed to walk around while I prepared his food and by the time I placed him in his highchair the soles of his feet were "literally black". the next day I had to ask the cleaning staff for a swiffer to clean it myself and they provided a mop/bucket with clean water and cleaner. I lifted the bed skirts to get the edge and there was all kind of pins,straws and trash left by previous residents. By the time I poured the water out, it too was "literally black". The staff was very kind through out my stay until it was time to check out when the rep was so busy as so walked back and forth from the front counter she couldnt be at the front desk to check out but never really stopped to check or acknowledge me standing there.

When we arrive in the afternoon I went inside to see if there was any way we could get an early check in? My 4 year old and I run in and she said the absolute earliest is 3 (normal check in) super snarky like and I just smiled and said okay no problem we will just wait out here it’s like 1:50.
she then yell you have to have 100 deposit no matter what (sounding sarcastic and like I wouldn’t want to stay there or have the 100; I was trying to shrug her attitude towards me and kill her with kindness and teach my 4 year old how to handle someone talking to you crazy. “I will book it online I like to get points and can it be a debit card or do you need cc, either.” She replied We require cash and I followed up with okay and went outside came back in a little before 3 to check in. The reservation doesn’t come thru for a good while. The time is definitely off from past experiences BUT I can not confirm it was there and she was just being mean. Anyways get checked in and give her the 100 and then she looked at me and said we call the sheriff around here if there is complaints I don’t deal with it. sure my daughter and I look a little rough had gone to beachAM and hadn’t gotten to shower or change but geeze . then to top it all off the bed has bed bugs and there are silver fish around the room & when shown pictures they deny it was there prop and I would have to wait till experts come.

Very kind, punctual, hard working, helpful & welcoming; etcetera … lobby, front desk, foyer, hall, loading or unloading area, & room was very clean everything was nice, clean, & very well kept. All furniture, bedding, bathroom linens, appliances & decor seemed brand new. Bathrooms especially were finely kept as maintenance definitely does a wonderful job freshly caulking, touch up painting, things like that… I believe that if this establishment would upscale the breakfast items an/or even serve a small arrangement of hot foods a simple breakfast ex: (eggs grits bacon sausage biscuit toast) would suffice but for sure it needs more options of dry snack items all that is served is coffee juice granola bars honey buns danishes muffins & that’s it . Add some oatmeal hot pockets pop tarts breakfast sandwich.. microwave option foods , something… thus making this place a great stay . Perfect 10 for the cost.

I have been coming here every-week for months and every time the room is ready , clean and the staff are great. My mother-in-law was put on hospice and they made sure everything was good and offered to do everything they could to help. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s right in the middle of Pensacola 5-10 mins to everything. Quiet at night and good coffee in the morning. 11 out 10, 6 Gold stars and they allow pets !!!!!
