The building and surrounding areas were fine, the employee that welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. But we booked a NON SMOKING room, and the one they assigned us was a slammed on the face as soon as we opened the door of smoke smell. The sheets and pillows smelled like if someone were there actually smoking cigarettes, our clothes got all the smell impregnated on it and the next day after checking out we spend the day in a laundromat washing everything. We wasn’t able to sleep at all because I have a really bad allergies specially of a smoke and I sneezed like 20,00000 times. Unfortunately we checked in around 2:30am so our options weren’t many to look for another place to sleep at that time, but we checked out around 8 ish after taking a shower to try to get the smell out of us. I wanted to bring up as well the floor feels sticky. The kitchen area of the room is updated with new appliances but the bathroom didn’t look that nice. I’m very disappointed.

Please do not stay here. It’s a nightmare. Roach infested and not safe. I couldn’t get onto my room due to broken handle. I would have taken pictures but I was scared and left asap. People live there full time and sit on folding chair smoking outside their door. The manager refused a refund and never took call from Hotels.com

The lady at night was very rude and told my 70 yrs old mother whom asked to use the bathroom to go down the street or wait for her room and had no personality. Little riff raff but overall was good room wise but front office night lady sucked badly

Check in was friendly and easy. The room was clean but old. The refrigerator was noisy, the cookrop didn’t work. The dishes were dirty. Toilet ran, had to lift yank lid to stop. Shower water was cold. Beds and bedding were worn. Not willing to try that again.

Room smelled kinda like it had been a smoking room in the not so distant past. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on because its mattress is past its prime; sagging in the spot where I sleep. In fact, I had to sleep on the matress with my head towards the foot of the bed otherwise my feet were elevated above my head. There was no curtain on the only window that faces the parking lot so the lights flooded through the blinds making it more difficult to sleep. Finally, there was no automatic made service; I didnt request they didn't supply

This seems to be a transit motel. People milling outside their rooms, smoking and blasting music. The room next to me was a hoarder situation. We left right after seeing our rooms. Picture of room DOES NOT actually represent the room. We did not feel safe at this resort to the point we left and got rooms at another resort.

For a budget priced property, i was highly impressed here versus a couple others in the area. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional, etc etc. I know the area quite well and was in town for a family wedding and i didn't want to spend a fortune on lodging for just me. Clean room, great staff, parking, right where i wanted to be. Nearby properties are almost if not all much higher priced with no better accommodations. The night before i checked in I was up the road a half mile or so and while an ok place with a pool, the price hurt to pay. Especially when the iron in the room was broken and the free continental b fast featured broken machines and slim pickings. Here it's set up as an efficiency apartment with dishes,, cookware, etc and I just borrowed an iron when i needed it. When I'm back in the area, I'll stay there again...e

Took forever to get checked in. Then the keys did not work. Had to return to the office 3 x to get the door opened. The maintenance person had to come twice. He said the doors quit working since the time change. Then the toilet would not flush. The office person told me I could get a plunger to fix it myself & then return it to the office. It was not a pleasant stay. The good news was it was on the first floor & parking was available nearby.

Place is dirty and rundown. Front desk guy was having a meltdown. Wouldn’t allow more than one person in the lobby to check in. The elevator broke so we weren’t able to get to our room (handicapped) he blamed the elevator breaking on us (six people) he said too much weight and we shorted it out.

Toothpaste in the sink along with dirt and dirt & debris from prior tenant on the floor. Missing blinds that don’t shut all the way and the TV didn’t even work.
Lady in the front office didn’t care and just refunded my money without another room after we checked in at 3 pm, ended up having to wait another 5.5 hrs for another room.

The TV wouldn't work with out a 5 digit code which was not offered at check in. I called the front desk to get a rude clerk who had a huge attitude and gave two 3 digit codes. I walked down to the front desk the door was locked. I was told from customer service I would receive a partial refund and never received that.

average, but they withheld 2 three figure \"holds\" as \"deposits\" on the credit card I used, instead of one deposit, and after 9 days, they have not released the second deposit. They blamed it on my bank, and bank verfied twice they had no release of the deposit. The hotel claimed it was simply \"held\" . Untrue. It was charged the day after I left and they have continued to state a denial that it was charged.
So on the way back , I stopped back at the hotel and spoke to a night manager, who repeated that it was ordered to be released by them, and that my bank was the problem. Again, they lie to your face. Very poor service. And deceitful.
As of the time I post this review, my bank continues report to me that the amount was ordered as a charge, and not a \"hold deposit\", and that there are no orders ever to release the amount withheld, which would now have to be a full credit, as the amount was charged.
This is a reprehensible and unethical practice.

I gave the hotel an average rating because it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, but I'dsay overallit'sbelow average. Traveling alone it was okay but I wouldn't take a family there. I didn't realize that it was a long stay hotel. The room is not fancy, no frills, and for $77 a night I'd say I got what I paid for. Some of the electrical outlets didn't seem to work and the shower pressure was weak. Check in and check out was good, friendly staff.

My room was not very clean. Crumbs on the floor. Baseboards haven't been cleaned this decade. Peeling paint. No remote for the TV (which can't be operated without a remote). For an extended stay hotel, there isn't a chair to relax in, only a dining chair.
The room had an odor that the room freshener couldn't mask.

The actual room was nice, but only after my boyfriend and I cleaned and disinfected it top to bottom. It had a musty smell at first, the floor was dirty and sticky, and the fridge had mold in the crevices. But bc we are in a pandemic, we brought our own cleaning supplies and redid the entire room to make it liveable. After airing out the room, we used room spray to keep the air smelling fresh and not musty. If the cleaning staff took the time to thoroughly clean, then the rooms would seem amazing. Also, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. The French guy at the counter was very rude to people calling the front desk, saying \"I can't help you, call back later\" and would hang up on people. I'm just glad he informed the maintenance man to fix my clogged sink, because he initially said \"and what do you want me to do about that?\" And he answered his own question by saying \"I'll tell the maintenance guy\".

Hotel is in a convenient location. It is an extended stay type, which at least in our room, included stove, fridge sink and and oversize bathroom. The room seemed clean, however, there was a musty/smoke smell that made it feel like it was hard to breath. The linens seem a bit dated and didn't look to be freshly cleaned. There was no trash can in the room in neither the bathroom or the main room, small detail but it seemed important.

This place was disgusting. Our room looked like someone got into a fight in it and it had not been cleaned after. The sheets were sure and we found a used condom on the floor.
When we reported it, they were booked and could not find the issues. We were moved into a different room the next night but it wasn't much better. We ended up cutting out stay short. Never again.

Toilet did not work, baseboards pulling off walls, telephone did not work (room 305), spread had burn holes in it although the room was non-smoking, floors dirty, walls had holes that had been patched but never sanded and repainted. Told the front desk and they didn’t question it and moved me to room 221. Room 221 was also dirty, had burn holes in the spread, patched holes in the wall and the dishes in the cabinet were not clean - one had a hair stuck on it. I slept on top of the bed for fear of what I might encounter under the spread.

Price. Mini kitchen. However under construction I came in at 4 they said the property was not going to be ready for a couple hours. Came back at 7 property overlook parking lot full of construction garbage and items right outside my hotel room. Sheets were clean but carpet was full of plaster from work that was just done bath shower was full of plaster dust and no shower curtain.

Needs a lot of repair. There are no hand bars in the bathroom. Had to get a new key almost every day. The microwave is almost 6ft from the floor.
