The pool was wonderful, and the pool games were fun. Our server at Latitudes Tiki Bar was so helpful figuring out what my wife (who can’t eat onion) would enjoy (thanks Sebastian!). The resort is right next door to a top windsurfing and wing foiling spot, which is what we were after. The room was clean and the shower was wonderful.

Our stay was an exhausting exercise in poor service and unacceptable safety standards. Arriving at 1:00 PM with a sleeping toddler and a 95th birthday party to attend, we sought a simple estimate for room availability. The front desk agent, Justin, was dismissive and rigid, offering no hospitality or \"best effort\" communication to help our family plan. We were forced to prepare for our event elsewhere, returning at 9:30 PM to a room that was supposedly \"ready\" with a crib.

The nursery equipment provided was appalling. The first crib was filthy and stained; the second was structurally broken with a warped mattress and damaged rail. Staff suggested \"leveling it out\" with a comforter—a dangerous violation of safe sleep practices. When we tried, our daughter immediately slid down, creating a suffocation risk. We were forced to co-sleep, resulting in a sleepless night spent worrying she would fall. Management remained entirely indifferent to these hazards.

Further issues included atrocious pool service and a disgusting hygiene breach where a crow landed on a food tray, which was then served to a guest regardless. Upon checkout, we were promised a management follow-up within 24 hours. Nearly a week has passed with zero contact. We paid full price and resort fees for a two-star experience and a room we couldn't safely use. We will never return to this property or the Marriott brand.

The view of the ocean from the room and balcony was excellent. Unfortunately, I couldn’t lock the balcony door. It was not functioning properly. Now I was on the third floor, so not that big of a deal, but I would have liked to lock the door. The door jam entering the room was also damaged. The door did close without a problem and I was able to lock it, but there was obvious damage that should be repaired. Also, the bathroom vanity light was not very bright. It was so dim it was difficult to see in the mirror to shave properly. These are the few things that were disappointing for the price. I didn’t use the pool, but I did go down and have a look around it. It appeared to be very nice. Access to the beach was also nice.

Beautiful hotel with golf cart shuttle to the beach. Heated pool, hot tub, plenty of free parking and great location in Stuart. We got a patio room with a sliding glass door, little back patio, and direct access to the pool and tiki bar. The lobby was beautiful

Great find! We stumbled into onto place after we had to change hotels on short notice. Rooms are well laid out and recently renovated. Comfortable beds, very clean, had plenty of towels and coffee supplies and everything we needed. Super friendly staff. Several dining options, nice pool, beach access, lovely outdoor areas, plenty of parking. We were given late checkout free of charge. Highly recommend. We will go back.

Marriott - stay at our Main Resort, located in the heart of it all.
In the heart of what?
Receptionist at check-in that did not seem interested and did not explain anything about the resort.
A restaurant that does not stay open all day.
Too many ‘rug rats’ around the pool with zero adult supervision!
Music bingo….
Audience participation is the last thing anyone should have to endure on vacation.
And next to no participation!
Multiple kids on rollerblades around the pool area!
Very disappointed, bait and switch from what was advertised to what was presented. I was convinced I was in a room overlooking the beach, not a car park!

Room had missing patio furniture, leaking dish washer, broken shower rack that made my pregnant wife’s shampoo fall on her toe and she was having to bend over to shower in order to grab her shampoo and body wash. There was also suppose to be an ocean view and it was obstructed by plants so I could not see the ocean.

Location good. Nice room overlooking pool, recently remodeled.
Drain was slow, but lots of grab bars in tub/shower for safety. Room could use a comfortable sitting chair!
Room doors are loud; could hear occupants going in & out! Also, housekeeping appeared to be around. Sound of carts in hall.

Staff were very professional and considerate front desk group of Tyler Lisa and Chris made the stay memorable the pool was about 84 degrees and spa hot and comfortable dice air temperature was chilly the bowling area was a lot of fun! Taking the shuttle to the beach was great and the beach beautiful! A must stay!!👍

Loved that they let you use the beach umbrella and chairs for free! Front desk staff and custodial staff were very courteous. Wifi went out for a couple of days and they reimbursed the resort fee for everyone. Bottled water and coffee replenished everyday. Free basket of golf balls to hit everyday!

The carpet was filthy and had stains and a tear, no iron or hair dryer. They did offer to get them for us. Location was awesome, beach awesome, I think we just got a bad room.

Overpriced hotel! Everything was an up charge including internet. Saturday evening of our trip upon returning we discovered our room unlocked, yes hotel credited us back for that nights stay however it was only after we asked for explanation of how this occurred and to speak to a manager regarding our room not being secure. Will not be back.

The room was bad. It was suppose to be beach view but was pool view. Shower never got warm and only the hand held of shower worked. The ceiling light and fan kept coming on all night over our bed, we would turn the light off and it would come on again later, about 4 or more times a night.there was not a plug near a mirror to dry hair or use curling iron . The shower part that did work squirted out into the bathroom floor. The air conditioner broke. And there was a fire drill at 6:30 am. Our room was next to the hot tub so we heard all the hot tub conversations. And our last night I got 20 insect bites in the middle of the night. But the pool, beach? Pickleball and tennis courts and driving range were great. Just terrible room.

All the staff was helpful and polite. Hotel is in need of updates in places. You can see where they updated and not. Our room faced the street on the 4th and was very noisy when the balcony door was open. No water bottle filling stations or easy access to filtered water on the property. Easy to get to beach from the main hotel. About 45 min from PBI

The room had some issues and was not Oceanfront as advertised and charged. We asked several times to be moved and while the staff person we continued to talk to was courteous he pretended we would be moved later \"as a room became available\" but it never happened. I don't mind spending the money for ocean front, but BE oceanfront. We travel to this area often to visit family and now I am not sure we will return to this property. Also, housekeeping had a lot to be desired. each time they serviced the room only half had been actually cleaned.

Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Perfect for a 2 night getaway. A bit disappointed with the “resort credit”, which was $50/night. We had $100 and tried to use it at towards golf and 2 onsite restaurants and weren’t told until we received the checks that “resort credits aren’t accepted here yet”. Tell people at check-in or at least before they dine.

The room was clean and big. What staff we came in contact with, were friendly. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted pool side or golf side, I said golf, but what we ended up with was the street side. Wasn’t crazy about that, the fire station across the street was on it. LOL if there is a next time, I will be more specific. The resort lacks simple amenities, like complementary coffee. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Love this hotel!
I’ve been staying here for many years, several times a year, and have always had a great experience. This time we booked a one-bedroom suite so my son could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately, the sofa bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable—he could feel all the springs and barely slept the first night.
I requested a rollaway bed for the second night, but it had the same issue. It would be great if the hotel could replace the sofa bed and rollaway mattresses, as everything else about the stay was wonderful.

The room in the Location were great. However, the refrigerator didn’t work in our room nor did the ice machine on our floor. There was also a pop machine on site that was empty so that was a bit frustrating. Eventually, we found an icemaker two floors up that worked and that we were grateful to have a cooler with us so we could keep our beverages cold. Also the hot tub and pool were closed by 7 PM which I thought was a bit ridiculous.

I did not stay there personally. It was a gift to my son and his new bride for a quick honeymoon after the wedding. It was a last minute accommodation. Hardly anyone at the resort. A lot of work going on next-door early in the morning that was not disclosed by the time they had all their fees and taxes. I wanted to share some feedback from my recent stay. The room had a great view, and I understand that the nearby construction is temporary, but it did affect the overall atmosphere a bit.

Unfortunately, the room itself had a sewage-like odor, and there was a puddle of water on the carpet. It seemed like there might have been a plumbing issue, as the toilet also didn’t flush properly and often required several attempts.

In terms of service, Chris, the bartender at the main pool, didn’t seem particularly friendly during our visit. The team at the Hut by the beach, however, had much better energy and made for a more enjoyable experience. I’m not sure if Chris was just overwhelmed by the crowd that day, but I wanted to share that feedback as well.

Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.

This HOEtel Has Roaches

Second time staying here, and the first time we stayed at the main building, which was very nice. Second, it was at the hotel that had beachfront front small condo-type rooms. The room was very nice; however, small roaches would come out if any food was left out. Even in the middle of the day. We left some Fruit out near lunch, went to the pool, and came back to find them crawling all over the kitchen. Husband killed a few in the bathroom too. It made my stay uneasy, I hate roches! I didn't complain because I figured it was the entire building; we had nowhere else to go. What could employees do anyways? The View was nice from the room and We enjoyed the pool.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Marriott Resort Hutchinson Island! At first we were confused when we pulled into the parking lot because online what is pictured is the beach property. We did not realize our stay was at the location facing the golf course. But overall room was clean, modern. Front desk staff helpful. Breakfast team at Baja Grill were excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Patrick making sure we were served with kindness and hospitality. We kept saying we should stay one more night!! We will be back.

THIS PROPERTY NEEDS AN INSPECTOR STAT!

The property needs help. Mold, dirt, dead bugs, scratches, paint, stains….dirty air returns, fingerprints, graffiti…this is not what I would expect from Marriott. Ypur sign in restaurant has ‘gluten free OPTIONS sign on top of pastry bin. The ONLY gf option in restaurant was a piece of crumbly bread they had to fetch from 3rd floor and re wives at end of meal. I have 46 photos of the things that need attention from reception to my room. Not entire property. On top of this there were two wedding parties yelling until 2 am drunk in courtyard. Beach bars closed. Rained whole time and I paid a RESORT FEE?? You should have paid me to clean things-not charge me for mold, dirt, unattended courtyard with yelling until 2 am and half the resort closed. Not cool. I will send other 42 photos upon request.

Easy check-in, very clean rooms, rooms, very spacious.
Poolside bar was good. The menu was small, but we got a couple items and it was good, friendly staff. The paid breakfast on the weekends was a little expensive for what we could eat. But overall, the food was good. Very disappointed that the breakfast restaurant wasn’t open in the evening For dinner. Wanted to escape the heat of the day. The other small restaurant on the property only boosted the same food as the bar. Had to drive or Uber if you wanted a nice steak dinner or something like that. The golf cart service over to the beach was very nice. The staff was friendly.
