Café da manhã não foi bom

O hotel é bom, localizado ao lado do shopping, quem tem algumas opções para comer. O serviço da recepção foi muito bom e o quarto estava limpo. O único ponto realmente fraco é o café da manhã, que por motivos de COVID-19 tem sido um pacote com algumas opções. O fato de ser um pacote com poucas opções não seria ruim, se os produtos fossem bons, acontece que nem o bolo, o pão de queijo ou o croissant eram gostosos.

Nice architecture for Caxias but not that well maintained. The button for my floor on the elevator was missing and I had to press the electrode. The mirror in the bathroom had two broken corners and a broken fixture made it hard to shave. Still using tube TVs but the wifi worked well in the room. The location is a little hard to find without a GPS.

A qualidade do sono no Intecity sempre foi muito boa. A cama é macia e espaçosa, o ar-condicionado funciona muito bem e o chuveiro é excelente. A única coisa negativa é a TV. É uma vergonha um hotel desse nível ter esse sistema de entretenimento em pleno 2026. O hotel informa que já compraram as novas TVs, mas essa troca nos apartamentos está sendo muito demorada. Quem sofre é o cliente. Outra coisa: já e o segundo apartamento cujo cofre está desregulado: \"abre\" quando fecha e \"fecha\" quando abre. Isso é um tremendo risco, pois alguém pode acessar o conteúdo simplesmente mudando a senha. Por fim, já é a segunda estadia seguida que a camareira troca as toalhas do banheiro deixando uma faltando. Tenho que pedir na recepção. O café da manhã é bom, o staff é sensacional, mas falta opções como tapiocas e omeletes.

Vale o custo/benefício, apesar de o hotel ser antigo e precisar de um retrofit. Quartos amplos e limpos. Ótimo wi-fi. Café da manhã excepcional. Não deixe de provar o pão de queijo quentinho saído a todo momento.

Eu havia pedido um quarto com Smart TV, já que passaria 7 dias hospedado. Eles me atenderam no segundo dia. Um quarto renovado. As novas TVs são ótimas, parecem ter 50\". Nota 10. Cama queen muito confortável, o banheiro estava recém-reformado e o chuveiro é perfeito. Dois problemas: a cortina tinha trilho curto e não cobria bem a entrada da luz. Era preciso usar cadeiras para puxar as cortinas de cada lado. Outra coisa que achei curioso foi a altura do cabide do guarda-roupas: 2,15 metros de altura. Eu consegui pendurar minhas camisas, pois sou alto. Já a minha esposa não conseguiria. O cofre apresentou um defeito curioso: ele \"abria\" quando fechava e \"fechava\" quando abria... a inclusão da senha era complicada. O café-da-manhã merecia um cardápio adicional de tapiocas e omeletes... sou celíaco (intolerante a glúten) e passar 7 dias comendo pão de queijo é dureza... no mais, continua sendo o melhor hotel de Caxias.

Quarto grande , cama boa mas ficando muito mole , em breve seria necessário trocar. Equipe atenciosa, café muito bom porem tenho notado (sou hóspede frequente) e sugiro maior atenção aos paes , principalmente as bisnagas que estao sempre duros e do dia anterior. No mais tudo satisfatório.

O quarto é confortável, o chuveiro tem boa pressão e temperatura (ainda que uma manhã de 11ºC a caldeira estava com problema e não havia água quente até 08:30 da manhã. O grande problema é o arcaico sistema de TV do quarto... muito ruim... a maioria dos canais estava fora do ar e outros estavam com a imagem congelada... além do mais, não há alternativa de assistir filmes legendados no idioma original. Não há streaming.

Um hotel 4 estrelas pelos serviços que dispõe, mas o deleixo torna a a experiência ruim. Teto dos quartos sujo, o do banheiro descascando, piso gasto, móveis antigos, tv antiga, canais com sinal ruim e qr codes com menus de comida que ou não funcionam ou estão desatualizados. Parece que o hotel parou nos anos 2000 e só fazem o básico. As camas, ao menos, estavam limpas, mas todo o resto, de regular a ruim. Falta investimento ou gerenciamento, me arrependi de não ter visto outros hotéis.

O hotel é o melhor em Caxias. Dito isso, ele peca por falta de renovação. O sistema de TV é ruim, pré-histórico. Fui informado que o hotel havia trocado as TVs de alguns apartamentos por SmartTV, mas eles queriam me cobrar um valor a mais para me acomodar lá. A manutenção não dá atenção aos chuveiros, que são bons, mas a maioria estão entupidos e os jatos vão para todos os lados, exceto o chão. Eu, que tenho altura e força de vontade, resolvo sozinho, mas outros hóspedes acabam tendo uma péssima experiência de banho. Meu cofre estava fechado quando entrei no quarto e pedi, no mesmo dia, para alguém ir lá abrir, mas ninguém foi. Guardei meus pertences de valor na mala, fechando com cadeado. O café-da-manhã é razoável. Sou celíaco e a única alternativa quente é pão-de-queijo e ovos. No mais, a cama é muito confortável, o ar-condicionado atende bem.

Bem decepcionante pois quarto com cortinas corta luz velhas e rasgadas o que ocasionava entrada de luz, café da manhã com ingredientes (pão francês) velho! Limpeza na área das escadas, alarme de incêndio disparou na noite de domingo preocupando ligamos na recepção não fomos atendidos e não houve comunicação nem mesmo um plano de evacuação hóspedes todos no corredor sem nenhuma informação!

O hotel precisa colocar algum dispositivo que o hóspede possa colocar seu produtos para o banho, coloquei no chão do espaço destinado ao banho.
Não atende a norma técnica de colocar algum dispositivo para hóspede pedir socorro, estando no banheiro.
Não oferece a plaquinha para dizer se quer faça limpeza ou se deseja NÃO SER PERTURBADO.
O PIOR, estava dormindo quando acordei com uma moça do serviço se dizendo do controle do frigobar DENTRO DO QUARTO. Isso é invasão de privacidade. Se eu não atendi, porque não escutei se ela chamou, ela certamente sabia que o apartamento estava ocupado, ela não poderia abrir a porta sem que a pessoa hospedada abrisse a porta.
ISSO É MUTIO GRAVE.

A HIGIENE DO PISO PRECISA MELHORAR E MUITO, HÁ POEIRA NO CHÃO. Economia de produtos que garantam a higiene? Ou falta de controle da gerência do serviço de limpeza?

O café da manhã é bom.

Havia solicitado que o apartamento tivesse 2 camas de solteiro, embira estivesse sozinha, encontrei uma cama de casal. Pedi ao recepcionista para me colocar em um andar mais alto, ele disse que a categoria que eu havia pago era para aquele tipo de apartamento que ele estava me colocando. O incrível é que uma colega que pagou bem menos que eu, estava no 6o. andar.

Discriminações como essa não condizem com o custo que paguei.

Cheguei faltando 8 minutos para o horário do check in . Avisaram que o quarto “ não estava pronto” . Milagrosamente após os 8 minutos e eu perguntar novamente, o quarto estava pronto. O atendente mal humorado não gostou do meu comentário, até pq ele disse que iria me avisar sobre o horário e não o fez .

Muito bom, quartos amplos e confortáveis, cama muito boa e roupas de cama idem. Atendimento cordial dos funcionários; vale salientar a simpatia de uma camareira que não sei o nome que sempre nos cumprimentava muito alegre e com um sorriso amplo no rosto, o que é difícil de se ver na maioria dos hotéis. Apenas o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções, poderia ser melhor, mas é satisfatório.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa, hotel muito limpo e perfumado, tanto quardo quanto suas dependências. Atendimento cordial e eficiente. Café da manhã bom, mas poderia ter mais opções, bem básico. De forma geral um ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Apenas gostaria de pontuar que, como o hotel disponibiliza a opção de Day Use (estranhos podem pagar para passar o dia na piscina) em dias de muito calor, fica bem cheio e o hospedes que estao pagando para utilizar as comodidades tem mais dificuldades para, por exemplo, conseguir cadeiras, mesas e guarda sol ao usar a piscina. Mesmo sendo solicitado a recepção para colocar mais não foi atendido. Acho que em dias de maior lotação das acomodações, não deveriam ser vendidos Day use, para que os hóspedes tuvessem maior conforto.

Melhorias para o hotel da rede Intercity

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao shopping. De maneira geral o hotel é bom, porém tivemos problemas no restaurante (atendimento dos garçons estavam péssimos e demorados e também as comidas que pedimos não estavam bem preparadas) e também tivemos problemas com a limpeza do quarto, que não foi feita nenhum dia, somente realizadas as trocas das toalhas. Café da manhã é bom com várias opções de quentes, frios e frutas. No final das diárias soubemos que a cozinha do hotel estava sem o chef.

O quarto em que ficamos deixou muito a desejar no item “limpeza”.
Banheiro antigo com cheiro de mofo (box com vidros manchados e rejuntes embolorados), necessitando de uma urgente reforma.
Roupas de cama e toalhas desgastadas, visualmente manchadas.
Ponto positivo: atendimento dos funcionários em geral.
Dentro de uma necessidade de correção que tivemos durante a estadia em função da limpeza do cômodo, tivemos pronto atendimento da equipe de plantão.

Ótimo hotel, com uma estrutura muito boa e completa. Quartos grandes e de boa qualidade. Café da manhã muito bom com muitas opções, fácil estacionamento, e bem ao lado há shopping completo (Iguatemi / VIllagio, acredito que seja o maior e melhor da cidade) e supermercado. Região de fácil acesso e deslocamento, mas longe do centro. Isolamento acústico das janelas do quarto deixou a desejar - ouvia-se muito os carros e as motos na rua -, mas não chegou a incomodar muito.
