Staff was very new and had no idea how to handle situations. My wife has asthma and when walking in had to walk through a cloud of pot smoke. When brought up to the desk clerk, he only offered her to be placed away from them. How about remove the people making it uncomfortable? Allowing illegal activities? Not good. Not to mention the hair in the sheets. Very unhappy with this stay and will gladly pay more to stay somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would.

The gentleman at the front desk was very gracious.
Our particular room had a large and very bright green rope light just lying on the patio. We did not notice until it was dark. Called the desk and they said we could u plug it but that was not possible. We were offered another room but it was late and we were in our PJ’s. I pushed the chairs against the curtain to try and block some of that light but it was still shining through Also, there was another room with VERY loud music until 1 am I called the desk to ask them to turn it down. My daughter said her sheets smelled strongly of bleach and tub looked a bit dirty. I would not stay there again.

Easy check in, convenient location.

Issues:
1. shower didn’t work. Reported but nobody came to fix.
2. Looked like dried blood stains on the bed spread
3. Extended my stay by 1 day, was told this was good and everything was taken care of. Had cleaning lady coming into the room unprompted the next day, and the front desk called to ask me to come down as they couldn’t find my new reservation. Very inconvenient with a sick toddler.

Overall the hotel is a fine economy stay if you’re not overly concerned with strict cleanliness.

I will be looking elsewhere the next time I’m in the city.

The hotel staff were pleasant. It is very dog friendly, but unfortunately they don't appear to make much effort to keep the floors clean. The check in was no problem. It has easy accessibility from the interstate. There was only one person on duty in the later evening and unfortunately he could not attend to our requests. We needed to change rooms due to unpleasant odors and that was granted. The second room had piles of dirt on the floor by the refrigerator. We requested a broom to sweep it, but after someone was called to bring one it never came. We mopped it up ourselves. There was only one washcloth it was stained and tearing. Before checkout, there was no hot water in the shower. The tub floor felt like it was going to cave in. The hallways were dirty (mud, fur). The grounds were not well kept and it needed more green space for the dogs. Breakfast was mediocre and the length of time for breakfast was shorter than most hotels. Overall, we would not stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable, and I was glad to see that a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker were all available. I would like to see shampoo and conditioner available, as I forgot mine.

I have NEVER stayed at a La Quinta that was as horrible as this one. Mold-Leaking water from the ceiling above the shower, lights didn't work in bath/vanity and heater didn't work. I checked in late and had to move because of a noisy child (not their fault), and this is my 2nd room! I didn't notice the heat until after midnight when the dripping water kept me awake and got cold. I complained the morning and they didn't record it. Expedia refused to give me a refund saying they said I didn't report the issue. SO, they lied as well. Just a dump!

I'll start by saying this was my go to hotel when I was in the area. Stayed at least twice a year for years. Haven't been there for about six years, and was very disappointed this time. Will not stay there again. I was in room 311. The first issue was there was no soap in the room. Luckily I had my own. Second and more important, there was absolutely no hot water in the shower. NONE. I told the manager and he told me to let it run. I did for at least five minutes, still no hot water. I told him that when I turned the water on and rotated to the hot position the water turned off. I was told I was doing it wrong. I'm sorry, but I do know how to work a shower. The manager refused to believe me. I didnt ask for a refund, but I should have asked for a discount. My fault for not.

Very unfriendly staff. I had called in August to verify there was a shuttle to the airport. Man at the desk said it was discontinued four months ago. We had to drive to the airport and extend our car rental. The area where you can buy snack was completely barren. The coffee bar in the lobby was not in use. Only three cars in the parking lot. Never again.

Room had holes in the furniture. Housekeeping let themselves into our room with no knock or call out. We even had the do not disturb card on the door. Denied doing so to the desk person. Gave one tiny tube of shampoo, 1 tiny bar of soap. Pretty disappointing overall experience for a Wyndham property who charged $146.99 for 1 night. Hotel is not in great shape and breakfast was only available til 9 am on a SUNDAY!

Booked two days in advance. At check in was told to take a pet room or pay a cancellation penalty. We had a long drive from out of state and were exhausted so we took the pet friendly room.

As a veteran travelling for business, setting up a military reunion, I will never book at this location, nor recommend it. The desk clerk was rude and the booking was not acceptable. Take it or pay a penalty is not a solution

The staff were nice but this hotel needs some attention. The 1st floor men’s room urinal was out of order. The marketplace to buy snacks or anything was empty except for some drinks. There was black mold in the 2 rooms we reserved to stay in that was very noticeable on the shower vents. The carpets need cleaned in the hallways because there’s a musty smell. There’s some damages on room doors that are in need of repair/repaint.

Far past the time, it needs major remodeling. The bathtub was rusted, hot water was sporadic and the pet friendly room we were assigned reached of urine. Wyndham should reconsider having their name associated with this location. We are fans of newer LaQuintas but will not be staying at this location again. Not recommended.

Okay but not great

Being a pet-friendly hotel, we knew accommodations wouldn’t be superb, but floor and general felt dingy. I don’t think they mop the hard flooring between guests, which is gross. The floor to ceiling, full walled windows faced the afternoon sun so the room was near stifling when we arrived. It would have been nice to crank the A/C before we arrived, but by bedtime it was more comfortable.

I had two employees stay here and they both told me there was no hot water and the a/c was not working. They had to sleep with the balcony door open to cool the room.

When I called to speak with the manager, he told me the hot water was working, and the a/c was working and there were no issues reported from the previous guest.

I was very unhappy and disappointed with the experience. The first issue was the room on the website was misrepresented. The room was described as a \"Suite\" when in fact it was just a room with two queen beds. The second issue was that the first room we were offered smelled very strongly of ammonia. The second room we were offered smelled even more strongly of ammonia as well as the hallway. Since we were travelling with our pet, we were obviously put in the hallway were pets stay. When I tell you the smell was strong, I am being kind; it literally hit us in the nose as soon as we walked in the room; we didn't even put our bags down. We returned to the front desk and were told by another guest that they had cockroaches in their bed. We decided to leave the property and had to go to another hotel. This hotel doesn't even have any suites. The front desk clerk even confirmed the room was misrepresented on the website and she also confirmed the smell of ammonia. Overall terrible experience!

The neglect in the area shows that the pool has been out of use for a long time. We selected the hotel because the advertisement said it had a pool, but when we arrived at the hotel we discovered that the pool was closed. We were disappointed as the pool was closed. The store was always empty. The cleaning lady was vacuuming the hallways at 10:30 pm, interrupting our sleep. The building needs maintenance. The bathroom in our room had a broken wall. Overall, the facilities were poorly maintained. The breakfast service was poor, no fruit, yogurt and the breakfast was the same every day. Breakfast was running out and the hotel staff wasn't on hand to replenish what was left; we had to go to the front desk to ask for more breakfast.

I don't like to write bad reviews. The staff (young man) that stock breakfast had very long hair that was not tied back as most workers with food would cover or restrain hair, but the breakfast was really really good the best part of our stay. The room had a closed up smell (musty). May have been due to the fact when you showered there would be water on the floor (not from shower curtain out of tub). We opening the sliding door to air out the room, but it was very noisy. It did smell better by the time we left.

I booked this last minute. It stayed airport shuttle and going by its namesake believe it would suit my needs. It didn’t have shuttle so spent and $35 in uber fees. Then it was in horrible condition and wasn’t very clean. The bed made an awful noise every time you moved. I was so tired I got a couple hours of sleep and checked out extra early. I would never recommend this place.

Also I didn’t have time to use the pool which I guess it was a good thing because even though pool is listed, in the middle of summer it was covered.

It was clean however there were cracks in the walls in the bathroom. The beds are hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. If you like an extremely firm bed you’re in luck but if you have a bad back you need to ask if they have a different room than we had. Also, the air conditioning would go on and off constantly and it was either too warm or too cold.

Hotel exterior is damaged and unkempt; front desk employees are dismissive; missing nightstand; pool unopened; bathroom vent was filthy; although we had prepaid for 4 days our room passes were cancelled each day; lobby and elevator had an unpleasant smell. (The breakfast area was suspect, as one member of our party became ill almost immediately after eating there.) We had a good experience several times before, so we’re very disappointed. We don’t plan to return.

The elevator was a little shaky. The third floor smelled like old food and cleaner (not sure about the others since I didn’t stay on those floors). The lobby was like a sauna. The pool wasn’t open. There was a crack in our ceiling above the shower head. The beds sounded like you were sleeping on top of filing cabinets. And the rooms are overall very small for four people, so I wouldn’t call them “suites”. I would not stay here again.

I have stayed at the property 5 years ago and it was beautiful. The front desk and shuttle driver were so kind. This time no one spoke. The breakfast is horrific, the lobby smells bad and the front desk staff are so rude. They never offered us a printed receipt, said goodbye, nor thanked us for staying. The room smells of mildew and mold. The bathroom ceiling is moldy. Only 1 bar of soap is given and it had to be shared at sink and shower. The carpets are sticky. The odors in the room are the worst. Also, the pool is covered but it’s the middle of July! This property gives Wyndham and LaQuinta a very bad reflection of your corporate names. Get rid of these owners!

The place was booked for a family event . The pool was not accessible for the duration of stay . The reason by which we book this is the outdoor pool for the family to enjoy and was disappointed at checked in to be notified that pool was not available. We booked 2 rooms with one room hardly cools down in the middle of summer. The hot breakfast was okay but used to be better drom our previous stay. Feels like the staff is aloof and seldom show a smile. The hallways are hot and warm . Must be the new management that took over.
