Cheap hotel, so services are understandably not great. Hot water, shampoo shower gel, hair dryer, tv, fan available in room and water dispenser available on every floor. Have to pay refundable 50MYR deposit for keycard. Convenient location with nice restaurants, eateries, street food and convenience stores nearby. No complaints.

Everything. The room is really tiny, no bottled water, no tea or coffee in the room, no kettle, bathroom flooded each time you have a shower, no table in the room, no space to put toiletries in the bathroom (tiny). Bedding is unclean. Will not return for sure. Go elsewhere for the same price.

A Nice Stay

It was all right. My room faced a vegetable terrace so it was quite charming! We went to eat at a nice steamboat just a few shops away from our hotel. We were attended to by the boss, Vince Tan who is amiable and friendly.

Good location 5 min walk to shopping center with 3 coffee shops and few restaurants. Pillows were little too firm. Mattress firm the way i prefer. Hot water dispencer in hall on each floor. Fan keeps room cool at night with the cool to cold night temperatures outside. Very basic hotel with all you need for short stay.

Unethical practice

Firstly I would clarify that this hotel is DEFINITELY NOT a 3-star rated hotel. A budget hotel is a better description. Hope the relevant authority would put a stop to this unethical practice of some of these hotels. So the rating I'd give would be the same as to any decent budget hotel.

Not great but clean

The room was clean which was our main concern. It was quite cold when we stayed and the main door didn't go all the way to the floor so big draft, so cold I had to sleep in a sleeping bag liner and still woke in the night cold....no heater in the room. The walls were paper thin

After tiring trip from Penang to Cameron, greeted by friendly staff with a quick yet smooth check in process which is less than 3 minutes. The hotel located in a busy and quite noisy place, however, the room is satisfying! Simple and small, but super clean room, comfortable beds, i love the bathroom which has smart shower system. Easy access to various food courts located nearby, petrol station, mini shops, clinic, i definitely will choose this hotel if i go to Cameron again in future!

Saw some strands of long hair under the bedsheet and on the bed. Thought the cleaning staff didn't change the bed cover. We feedback to the counter staff during our check-out. She explained the cleaning staff might have overlooked it.

Parkland Hotel - cozy in Brinchang

We were allowèd early check in. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and neat. There is a lift to all floors for those unable to use the stairs. Just off the lobby is a lounge with chairs and TV. Hot and cold water on tap. And a drinks and snack vending machine. One short-coming was the lack of table space in the room to put your things. Parking is normally available around the hotel, and there's a public car park beside the hotel. Good shopping and eating establishments within a few minutes walk. The Big Red Strawberry garden is nearby. And so are other points of interest.

Worth every penny

Overall is okay, clean and comfy room. Very good service. But, the parking was very hard to find esp during peak hours coz no exclusive parking prepared for the hotel customer. Last, the hotel is worth every penny. Thank u parkland hotel.

The room is clean and may request for room service if required. Location is very strategic as it near to many restaurants and attractions. This Hotel provided two dart machines which we utilized during our leisure time and there is also a vending machine for express purchase. wifi provided but not so smooth sometime.

The hotel location is very close to food court where u can find many varieties of food. firstly i only booked double bed room, but the staff upgraded my room to queen size bed room with extra single bed :-). the staff also very friendly especially a young boy at the front counter. i've forget to ask what his name. the hotel also close to the sunday pasar tani which u can find varieties of fresh fruit, vegetables and souvenirs. the cleanliness of the hotel is average, with basic facilities but highly recommended with minimum rate.

The hotel is quite comfortable but the only problem is there is no private parking for hotel guest. We have to park at nearby lot and the charge was quite unreasonable. We had no choice but had to pay otherwise there was no place to park our car.
