I liked that is was very affordable. I liked the free breakfast buffet & free drinks they offered, a decent size dining room area. What I didn’t like, rooms were very small for my spouse & I. Bathroom was hard to maneuver in & out especially if you are over weight. Super small bathroom. Rooms are super small. Met for single adult person. It was non smoking rooms, not sure about that. The room eventually smelled like cigarettes. Maybe bad ventilation.

Staff were lovely and the hotel in a good location.
The bathroom was terribly small and one one person at a time could fit. The toilet half blocked the doorway and there was little space for a toiletry bag, nowhere on the floor for a small bin. We are average size so a large person would find it difficult.
The usb connection on the bed was loose.
The pillow was one long japanese style pillow filled with hard \"beans\", not what westerners are used to. We asked for normal pillows but none wefe available until the next day.
Breakfast was included and was ok.
Overall, very clean, comfortable bed, but bathroom too small.

Convenient location near the actions in Osaka. Good verities of breakfast selections each morning. Room was very small which is typically for Japan. Bed were comfortable but pillows not so much - However there's some other available pillows you can asking for at the front reception. Staff were polite and helpful (minimal English).

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They give you a nice set of pyjamas for your stay and let you choose a pillow of your choice to sleep on. They even give you 5 amenities (i.e., shampoo, body wash, etc.) in travel sizes to take with you each night, so I got 20. And this was upon the amenities that were already in my room, which were kind of them. Laundry was 100 yen/£0.50p per wash, and the same price for drying, with free laundry detergent, which I absolutely loved!! They let you hang out in the breakfast/eating area whenever you want, and have a free drinks service from lunch to midnight. The room is very spacious with an area to sit and use the table. However, the bathroom is very small and would not be suitable for a tall or larger person. The location is perfect; it’s literally on the corner of Kuromon Market, and a 10 min walk to Dotonbori, Nipponbashi metro station, and Namba train station. It was a really nice stay because it was clean, and the staff handled my luggage for me. They spoke good English, although some spoke very little. I was able to walk most places in Osaka because it was in a great location, and the Lawson konbini was on the left of the building, so I didn’t even have to walk far to grab food. Overall, I would recommend and definitely go again! Arigatou gozaimasu

Super hotel is super great!!

Laundry room was spacious and had plenty of machines to use. They even provided detergent for free. The welcome bar was generous and unique. The staff were so accommodating and helpful I felt very welcome there. The rooms were clean and the free amenities were plentiful.

This place is great but extremely tight and small. We stayed with a family and got a double connecting room. It was still tiny and nowhere to sit or relax. I would be happy to stay as a couple or single but wouldn't recommend for a family. Staff were great and the location was great

It was a very nice stay. Its very accessible to the train and subway station. Close to Kuromon Market and restaurants- lots of options for you to eat. Very clean, the staff are very helpful and respectful. Beside it is Lawson- which my daughter enjoyed so much....konbini experience. Breakfast was awesome- very healthy and different everyday- which I like! The only downside is... the space of the room -kinda tight but still manageable. But overall... i will recommend this hotel to my family and friends who will visit Osaka.

Insanely good location next to tons of shopping, food, and sightseeing, plus Nankai, Hankyu, Osaka Metro, and JR West stations nearby. Hotel is comfy, staff is really helpful. Breakfast was good but might not have a lot of options for vegetarian guests.

I gave 2 stars because of breakfast otherwise I would give 1 star. There’s a restriction that you can’t stay in your room between 10:00am-3:00pm because of cleaning time!! No matter that you want your room clean or not! Staffs are not friendly at all!!! I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is good and the staff is friendly. But the bathroom is terrible. You have to step up to go into the bathroom, I am less than 130lbs and 5’7”, I am having a hard time to use the bathroom. The cleaning hours are strict, i later stayed at another property, same size small room but the bathroom is a regular size and don’t have to step up and step down every single time to use the bathroom. Not convenient at all.

This place was the second place we stayed in on our 2 week trip in Japan. We stayed at this location for 6 Nights and could not be more happy with everything. Staff was friendly, free drinks during certain hours, free breakfast. On top of all that there’s a Lawson literally right next door, literally right across the street is the Kuromon Fish Market, probably 10-20 min walk to anywhere from Namba - Dontonburi. There’s a Don Quixote about 8 mins away, train station literally a skip away. We got really lucky with this location. The ONLY complaint I have would be the bathroom as it was smaller than what I expected, but it still got the job done. Probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who’s “bigger”. Other than that 10/10 would come back 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location for us (walkable to Namba, Nipponbashi, Dotonburi and the market is over over the road). Staff were super friendly. Our room (a double with a bunk bed above) was a little more cramped that anticipating, a bit of a squeeze for a family of 3. However it was appreciated that they supplied lots of amenities, pyjamas and a wide choice of pillows, and the free breakfast was great (if they could also include some fruit in future then that would be good!). Main bugbear was the single small lift, particularly frustrating when having to wait when everyone is checking out (we had to wait about 10 minutes to use a lift that had enough space for us) - perhaps more guests without luggage should be encouraged to use the staircase and the stairs should be open for longer than 7-10am

We stayed at three other 4-star hotels this trip except for this one but found the staff and amenities the best here. The staff was very helpful and their hospitality was greatly appreciated.
The rooms are on the small side, especially the washroom, but they were still an experience and the amenities and staff more than made up for it. Being able to trade in unused toothbrushes for a small gift was fun.
One minor gripe though is that there's only 1 elevator which can test your patience if you're in a hurry.

Reception staff was very accommodating, helpful, patient and kind.
Room was a bit small for three people but we managed.
Breakfast was excellent and very attentive staff.
Though we did not have our rooms cleaned, we had fresh sets of towels and bottle of water everyday.
The only comment was the hotel’s WiFi not working or very difficult to access and the ref in our room does not get cold.
Nevertheless, our experience was worth it.

The location is great for exploring the area around Namba without being too congested with tourists or local traffic. It's also near the trains & transit. Highlights of our stay was the breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff (they were amazing!). I did like that the hotel had a place for food and clothing donation. The skin care amenities here were great too!

A few things to note during our stay: there's only 1 elevator, and our room was \"okay\" clean (we found some stray hairs in the bathroom and dust, but we're not picky).

Would recommend this hotel if you plan to explore and shop around Namba or plan to visit Nara/Kyoto since it's location is near the trains.

Great location but small rooms and super small bathroom but the biggest turn-off was the dirty rooms (Rooms 601 and 602). There was a build up of dust at the edges of the carpet. The handle to the fridges were dirty. The crevices in the bathrooms were dirty. The breakfast was adequate and filling. The staff were super friendly. Sorry but the location of this place just doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness. I would not recommend unless the rooms were renovated and worked to keep the place clean.

朝食はやや面白いメニューもあるが全般的には普通。スタッフは普通に親切だった。

とても綺麗だし、ドリンクサービスが嬉しかったです！あと、フードロスで朝ごはんの余りのパンを無料で配ってたのが素敵でした！
スタッフさんの説明も丁寧でした。スタッフ同士で話してる外国人のお客さんに対する悪口はしっかり聞こえましたがw

ホテルをベースに大阪観光を満喫するのであれば素晴らしい立地のホテルです。千日前線・近鉄線の日本橋駅から徒歩1分程度なので、焼肉の聖地鶴橋には2駅ですし、京セラドームに野球やLIVEを見に行くにも近鉄線でドーム前駅まで3駅で非常に便利です。
また、南海線や近鉄線のなんば駅にもホテルから徒歩で5分程度で行くことができます。
部屋は広くないですが、清潔に清掃されており、快適に過ごすことができました。
ホテルから数分で行ける黒門市場近くの銭湯末広湯も良かったです。
お勧めのホテルです。😊

客室はとても清潔でした。男性スタッフ11月7日2名、女性の張さん親切でした。8日、朝食の入り口に立ってた女性スタッフ、フロントの女性は明るい笑顔ではっきりした口調でわかりやすく、言葉だけでなく心からお客様を接客すると言う態度から雰囲気も良く清潔で素敵な女性達でした。また近々泊まりで行きます。他のホテルは行く気になりません。

난카이 난바역에서 도보7분정도. 긴테쓰 닛폰바시역은 도보2분정도. 쿠로몬시장 바로 길건너. 도구거리, 에비스바시쇼텐가, 도톤보리 모두 도보 10분 내외로 갈수있는 위치임.
정갈하고 맛있는 조식이 무료. 기본 어메니티와 잠옷 제공. 룸컨디션도 좋았고, 화장실이 좀 좁았지만 욕조까지 오밀조밀 다 있음. 수압도 쎄고, 냉방도 잘됨.
프론트에서 만난 직원분들 모두 친절. 체크아웃이 필요없어 편했음.
