Bad space planning.. too uncomfortable
The room size is fine, but the TV and other installed items are in the wrong places which makes the room very uncomfortable and hard to move around. The room could be much more spacious if some of the items are installed differently.

Very convenient location with immediate access to the Kuromon market and other attractions. Clean room and good front desk support. The only downside is that the coin dryer doesn’t dry well on the first try

The hotel located right outside of Kuromom market, fresh seafood, delicious. Inside hotel is very quiet, clean, wonderful customer service, friendly staff. It provides free toilet items. The bathroom is very small, I’m 5’5”, it’s just enough space. Not sure for tall people. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is location, it’s 7-10 minutes walk to one subway station, 10-16 minutes to Namba station. I pretty much walked all the time because it’s only one stop to the popular sights and shopping street.

The only inconvenience is that a taxi will not pick you up from in front of the hotel because of the location. Paying for breakfast in cash is cheaper than pre-paying, but having breakfast at the market is more yummy.

I highly recommend this place. As someone who has travelled a lot and stayed in various hotels and other accommodations, this is one of the best ones. Clean, modern, great service, and literally next door to Kuromon Market. Some people may complain about the size of the room, but keep in mind that this is Japan where space comes at a premium. So if you have tons of luggage it may be a bit difficult to manoeuvre around the room. However, no complaints from me.

After my first stay at this hotel (not extremely positive but ok) I asked for a better room. I got a good one on the seventh floor. Quite and new. The Hôtel is ok but it might need a light refresh. Breakfast is not so good (very basic) but the location is pretty good.

綺麗なホテルで主観にはなりますが、お値段以上でした。寝巻あり、ドライヤーはパナソニック、オーガニックオイルクレンジングも受付横に小分けパックで置いてあり、必要な人が各自持って行くスタイル、無駄がありません。エレベーターが2台あり、待ち時間もなく、何も不満に思うことは無かったです。また大阪行く機会あればリピします。

시장이 바로 앞이여서 그거 하나는 편리한것 같아요. 숙소는 정말 아담해요. 아담해서 저같이 키가 작은 사람에게는 괜찮은데 덩치가 크시거나 키가 크신분들은 조금 불편하실것 같단 생각이 들어요. 침대는 자기에 편안했어요. 책상이랑 스툴도 있어서 거기서 간식거리나 간단한거 먹기에 좋아요:) 창문은 햇빛나면 빛은 들어오지만 뿌연창문이고 못열어요. 그래도 저는 답답하진 않았어요. 가성비 좋은 숙소 찾으시면 여기가 나쁘지 않긴 한데 저는 단점 하나 뽑자면 화장실이에요. 화장실이 턱이 너무 높고 비좁아서 좀 불편하더라구요. 대신 수압은 쎄고 목욕할수 있으니깐 여행의 피로를 풀수있어요. Not too bad for the price I paid. The room was clean and the bed was nice. However the bathroom is tiny and there's a step so it feels much more small. I am 158 cm so if I felt tiny then someone who is over 160 cm will be uncomfortable too.
