If you like service on vacation, this is not the place for you. There is no onsite staff. The room was too small for three people. There was something on the shower wall…I’d like to say it was hair conditioner…yeah. Had to take out garbage. Not relaxing at all. Description wasn’t clear - this is not a hotel. This is a hostel!

It was a self-check-in facility and small space to do this for 3people with luggage and lots of instructions didn’t make this a welcoming experience., in fact it was a challenging to weary travellers. Only 1 room key was available which meant extra navigating if someone wanted to buy water/snacks etc and the rest wanted to stay behind as keycard needed for lights and air conditioning.
Room was clean with even little stove . Staff were responsive to texts and info booklet was helpful. The thin mattress is overs wooden board and this made it v uncomfortable for a side-sleeper like me. I felt bruised over my hip bones and couldn’t figure out why but my husband felt the same and we realized why. Other than that, the front entrance decor was inviting and room functional.

It’sa bit of a walk to tourist destination but it’sa quiet neighborhood and close to laundry mat, family Mart and Lawson (it’s like 7-11). Is great that the place offers free laundry and a good set of towels for the entire stay. Shower pressure is great😊.

Great location for budget travelers

Good cozy place to stay, a couple of blocks from all the main shopping and busy area. So, got a quiet night sleep. Namba station is 14 minutes walk, Ebisucho station is 9 minutes. Family Mart is around the corner with two 7-11 about 8-9 minutes away. Room was a little on the small side but functional with a small futon along with a balcony. Laundry facilities on the first floor was free to use even providing free detergent. Contactless check-in by key code. Would recommend for budget travelers.

This is not a hotel.

We got fooled by the nice images thinking it's a traditional Japanese ryokan.

When I arrived there was no front desk, check in was just getting the key thru mail box - which was fine.

The thing I cannot stand is how cold the room is, despite turning on the AC on heating mode at the highest temperature. There was no way to sleep there. We ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night and booked another one.

Not recommend since the basic facility is just not there.

Stayed here last year. It's a great place. Room was clean, staff was very nice. It's a little out of the way from so of the more touristy areas, but still within walking distance of everything, so if that's your preference, it's perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again. Another major plus is that they have a laundry room. We were in staying in Japan for about 2 weeks, needless to say by the time we got to Osaka, are clothes were due for a wash. Thanks for the amenities and the hospitality!

This hotel has terrible customer service! Unfortunately, I made a mistake in my reservation with this hotel and only ask for a room for one night not the needed 5 nights! I contacted the hotel to ask to extend the reservation for 5 nights and they were full. All fine and dandy until they refused to give me a refund for all or part of the money I paid. The hotel understood my situation but refused to remedy the situation.

Very quiet, right near a great neighbourhood for shopping in Osaka. Very traditional, so you sleep on roll-out futons on tatami mats, which is beautiful but definitely different from a western mattress. Bathroom is fantastic, and there's a great little stove, microwave, fridge, and kettle if you want to have food in the room.

Close to Namba station (8 min walk)
Walked all the way to Shinshabashi and walked back, and did the same to Abeno. didn't once need to take the train if you want to travel to those areas.
The hotel doesn't provide food at all, and the vending machine were mostly all sold out for the time we were there.
The hotel provides free self service laundry with detergent provided. We didnt use it but have seen other guests done so.

Hotellet lå fantastisk. Værelset var fint og stilrent. Badeværelset lille, men med badekar og der var et lille bitte køkken med køleskab og en kogeplade. Alt sammen meget godt.
Madrasserne var dog så tynde (3-5 cm), at vi kunne mærke gulvet igennem dem, hvilket medførte, at vi ikke sov godt.

가격이 너무 싸서 머무를 수 밖에 없던 호텔.
총 3명이서 다다미방을 썼는데 그닥 불편함은 느끼지 못했음. 돈 없고 가난한 대학생들의 여행이라면 추천. 가족 단위 여행으로는 비추천. 난바역과의 거리가 조금 먼 것이 굳이 꼽자면 단점. 하지만 걸어다닐만 한 거리이기도 하다.

일단 오사카간바역에서 도보로 10분정도 걸림. 동선상에 구로몬 시장도 있어서 시장 구경하면서 숙소로 가기 좋음. 도톤보리도 도보로 20분정도 소요되는 거리라 큰 불편함 없고. 하나 아쉬운점은 일본여행 많이 가봤지만 숙소주변에 마땅한 이자카야가 많이 없다는게 조금 아쉬움. 2~3개 정도 있지만 규모도 3~4테이블짜리 소규모고 하다 보니 난바역 근처에서 먹고 들어오는것을 추천함. 암튼 가성대비 매우 만족스러운 방이었음

テーブル、椅子が有るのは良かった。
洗濯機、乾燥機無料で使えるのと、扉で仕切っているので、音が漏れずに静かだった。
コロナ対策らしくフロントの営業時間が短くて、5泊の間顔を合わせたのは、チェックインの時だけだった。
5泊中、掃除やゴミ捨ては無かった。
簡易キッチンが付いているけど、調理器具が全く無かった、ＩＨコンロが有っても何も出来なかった。
黒門市場が近いのに調理が出来ないのが残念。
