The room was large and spacious, but a little outdated. Housekeeping were so kind to give us extra towels when we didn’t need our room cleaned. Area is really close to lots of shops and restaurants. Front desk staff could of been more helpful- washroom was down in the lobby for a water repair but they had no option for men and didn’t seen to care we had to walk to find a bathroom.

Honestly, this property is very old not that clean. The rooms are really really tiny but it’s worth it if you’re on a top Ramen noodle college student budget and solo traveling for a night. The front desk Lady is really rude. They charge you for towels and nickel and dime you. Honestly, if you’re American, I would not stay here. Doesn’t meet the standards of the representation of the Japanese hospitality.

Their is paid laundry on the first floor as well as small amenities like green tea, cute Japanese night gown etc. 10 min. Walk to train station but also alot of good restaurants nearby. If you are into anime and manga, staying in this hotel is your best option. Right in the heart of DenDenTown at Namba, the hotel is surrounded by all sorts of anime shops. The only draw back is that it is a little far from the actual train station. Room is clean and reasonably spacious (in Japanese standard). And their breakfast is amazing.

The room was clean and had a lot of things available such as a hairdryer, mirror, television, closet. The area from the door to the bed was a bit narrow but it was more spacious once you got past that area. They delivered fresh towels every morning. There is a free breakfast which is buffet style. It was a great stay. The hotel in in the middle of various stores so it was easy to go out and look around. There was a laundry room, microwave, amenities, vending machines in the lobby area. It was a great stay.

I've had room 320 the noisiest room on the planet. It feels like sleeping in the steet im the same time in a subway station. Cars, trains, good we were far enough rom the airport! Location is fantastic. Breakfast just forget about iit.

The 16:00 check-in time is very strict. Your room may be cleaned, ready, and waiting for you at 15:00, but not allowed check-in until 16:00 (unless you're a points member, then you can check in whenever you want. Honestly that seems to be a very cheap trick). Even 10 minutes to 16:00, was made to wait in the lobby until exactly 16:00.
