The room and location were perfect for our family, and the support team was very responsive. The only suggestions we would make are adding a drying rack for laundry and giving a bit of attention to the washer drain, as there was a noticeable odor likely due to mildew. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The location is the only thing that was good about the hotel condo
The room was very small for 5 person. By the time we pulled out of the futon, there was absolutely no room to walk or place luggage. The bedding have the smell of being slept on prior. The pillows were all quite flat tha resulted poor sleep for everyone. It is a place we absolutely will not recommend or return to.

Another fantastic spot we discovered on our travels around Japan! The self check-in made everything super easy, so we could kick off our adventure without a hitch. The only little hiccup was that there’s just one lift to the apartment, and sometimes we had to hang tight for a bit. But once we got to our place, it was nice and clean, and just a hop away from the lively Dontonbori and the train station. Perfect for exploring! Would definitely recommend it for a fun stay!

Location was amazing. Very close to both the kuromom markets and doutonbori street for food options. Very easy walk to multiple metro/train stations.
We travelled with 3 kids (10, 6 and 4)
Room was big enough. Washing machine was handy, no where to hang clothes so we did smaller loads and hung them on the coat hangers, were all dried by morning.
Beds were firm but good, pillows were flat though.
Would definitely stay again

The location of this hotel is amazing. Right near the Dotonbori so there are so many eating options and shops to explore. Remote check in at 4pm. Check in took us about 1 hour as there was only one ipad to check in and there were about 4-5 groups all queuing to check in. The room is not as spacious as other hotels we stayed in but the convenience of the location made up for this. Separate toilet, washer, drying room, balcony. Good base to explore Osaka attractions.

My family of 5 stayed at the property for 4 nights.

The location was great as it was just about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway and Dotonbori was just around the corner with tons of shopping and dining options.

The room itself was somewhat dated and could use renovation. The things I liked was that the room was large. I also liked that there was a separate room for the shower and toilet so two people could use them separately at the same time. There was a kitchen sink and stove (though we did not use it).

Some things I didn't like. The bathroom and toilet room had a weird unpleasant odor that would not go away. The shower was not a traditional walk-in shower. The TV was rather small (~32\") for the size of the room and could not be seen by everyone - it should be at least 50\". The beds were just okay.

We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of 5 (3 kids) and had a wonderful experience overall. Our premium room was on a high floor with one of the best views from the building, and it also came with a washer—such a lifesaver during the hot summer! Clothes dried quickly in the heat, which was very convenient for us.

The location was fantastic—Family Mart and 7-Eleven were right nearby, making it super convenient for snacks, drinks, and quick necessities. Many attractions were within walking distance, including Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Nipponbashi Station was also very close, giving us easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping).

Check-in was a breeze. The hotel sent us detailed accommodation information and directions from KIX two days before arrival, and self check-in was smooth and straightforward. The room was spacious for our family, very clean, and came equipped with everything we needed—including laundry soap.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again next time we’re in Osaka.

Pros:
•Washer in the room
•Spacious, clean room with full amenities

Negative - Could have better sound proofing between floors. We were disrupted frequently by heavy footsteps and banging on the floor from room above. Limited laundry facilities and hard to get an empty machine to do washing if staying for longer periods.

Positives - Really great location, decent room with nice to have additions like proper fridge and cooker, great Japanese type bath/shower room which was a pleasure to use. Easy to book and check-in was quick and simple. Very good value.

Make sure to read all the email correspondences from this property carefully. When you arrive, make sure you have the email for the key code to the double doors and your reservation number on hand to check in at the kiosk. It took me a moment to find the email. Screen shoot the email so you can have it handy for the day of. Despite the property not having personal on site/front desk, communication via the expedia app or whatever you booked it through was easy and simple. They responded in a timely manner. The in-room washer is easy to use with the soap packets they provided. The coin dryer (if you don’t/can't hang dry) is conveniently located on the main floor. The overall room was spacious and clean. The sliding door between the two beds allow for some privacy, but can obstruct the a/c flow to the portion of the room that doesn't have the in-wall unit. Definitely not a deal breaker. Just slide the doors.
What we lobe about this place is the walkability to shopping and restaurants. Less than 5 minute walk to Dontonburi food street and Shinsaibashi shopping.
I recommend eating away from the main street as well. Tonkatsu Shiga is a must. It's a 15 minute walk from the hotel, but worth every step. Best tonkatsu we had while.staying in Japan.

Bed a little harder than we are used to but not uncomfortable as such.. Great to have a washing machine, would have liked something to hang items on inside rather than on balcony. BON Condo, Namba Nipponbashi is a great base to get out and explore Osaka and its surrounds. We travelled with a family of five and whilst is was cosy there was sufficient enough room space. The accomodation is a five minute walk from Dotonbori and very close to the nearest metro station. There is a convenience store at the top of the street and a huge selevtion of food and resturaunts nearby.

Our family of four recently had the pleasure of staying at Bon Condo Namba Nipponbashi and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

Location: The hotel is ideally situated, offering both convenience and tranquility. It’s close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Train station is also near, about 6 minutes walk.

Room: Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom, made us feel right at home.

Service: Easy check in thru a prompt on a monitor. With all other concerns, they reply thru messages from Expedia efficiently.

It's not a hotel, so there's no breakfast service.

However, on the other hand, it's a condo, so there's a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine that are big enough for a trip, and it was perfect for a family stay.

Overall, the condo is clean.

I bought an unlimited 5G E-SIM, but the Wi-Fi works well.

There's a large refrigerator and microwave, so it was good for buying beer and convenience store food at the accommodation.

Most hotel rooms in Japan are small, but it was perfect for a family of four, and the washing machine was especially helpful.

Since I was traveling with my mother-in-law, she used one bed, and my wife and daughter used the other bed.

There was a partition door that separated the space, so it was nice to be able to separate the two spaces.

Since I often slept on the sofa during family trips, there was additional bedding provided in the room, so I slept on the sofa, but the width of the sofa was a little narrow, so that was a bit disappointing.

The bathroom and shower were separate, so I was able to reduce the preparation time.

If you walk out, you will reach Nipponbashi Station, and if you come out onto the main road and cross the street, you will reach the entrance to Dotonbori and Namba shopping district.

The only downside is that the view is inevitably just a city view.

Check in process didn't make too much sense as we just checked in to the place two days ago and we had to re-go through the same process when we re-checked it a few days later after spending time at Kyoto.

Place is located close to Dotonbori but that's about it. It is also close to restricted area (some shops are restricted to 18 up). Would not recommend if you are travelling with small children.

Room is very big which is good but very questionable cleanliness. Depends on which floor you are on, you might have a washer in your room or else you have to use the washer downstairs in the public area. First room was a bit worn and showed its date with the floors being dirty and bed sheets looking a little yellow....second room on the higher floor was much better and included a washer.

However I do not recommend this unless you are travelling as a couple or solo. Not with children.

The door lock is so confusing in main entrance that there are 2 locks (1 with physical button, another 1 black color with hidden button which light up when you hand-over it).

I believe over 80% of visitor won't be aware about the existence of the black lock and just try to input password into the wrong one like a idot...

This place was located close to Dotonbori, a very congested part of the city filled with foreign tourists so if that’s your bag then this may be the place for you. The unit is clean enough but the space was a little tight for us (3 tall people). I booked with the impression that there were in unit laundry machines but they had been removed (you could see the hookups in the bathroom). That was very disappointing. While they had laundry machines downstairs, they were not free. Limited items to cook with and serve in/on. I would not stay here again.

Although there is no front reception the check-in process wasn’t too terrible although we saw plenty of others struggle. Maybe post illustrations? The accommodation was clean and exactly as pictured. The water system took a bit of tinkering. There is towel service which is fantastic. In room washing machine— fantastic. There is no dryer however there is coin operated ones available 24/7. The best part of the accommodations is the location! Central to EVERYTHING! Turn right plus one block is Dotonburi. Turn left and go across the street is Kuromon Market. Go down two blocks is the train station. Round1 is about three blocks. Highly recommend!

Property is fairly new, apartments provided in pretty good condition. Area located appears to be a massage parlor district, but felt safe with no issues to wander through. Good location to access downtown Osaka shopping and food. Couple of areas for improvement: towel rack for drying, garbage binsin other rooms would be great.
