We only stayed one night, but it was adequate. Close to transit, restaurants, stores, shopping. Short walk to main attraction area. We didn't check to see if there were any amenities in the hotel as we pretty much just went there to sleep. They did keep our luggage after check-out for a few hours, before we went to airport. I would recommend.

Pros: The staff were very helpful, coin laundry convenient, location was incredibly close to Dotonbori attractions-truly walkable, bed comfortable and all the amenities I needed-kettle, towels, mini fridge were there, and a wonderfully updated spanking new bathroom. I didn’t use but the rental bikes outside looked convenient. Stores and restaurants and everything close by. No bad smell or noises bothered my stay. The staff went above and beyond to help me, despite a slight language barrier, with a local booking I was needing to call to confirm. 10/10 for service!
Cons: if you’re a stickler for new/perfect/updated you will notice the hotel is a little tired-looking but it was clean and comfortable and great value, the breakfast was not to my liking at all (lukewarm, minimal)the rice, soup and coffee were ok but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bathroom drain was clogged and flooded after taking a bath. Hotel is located in a cheap red light district with little to no streetlight, which felt unsafe to walk after dark.

Would not recommend this hotel. Location was quite difficult to find and inconvenient to places, no shops around either. People at front desk were rude and we were not greeted or acknowledged, most of them did not speak English. Although they provide slippers, they looked old and used. I had to go buy myself some new slippers, and was surprised the bottom of the slippers were filthy dirty after 1 use, meaning the floor must be so dirty. Daily house keeping was not consistent, they did not clean/tidy your room every day despite putting out the clean room sign or leaving early. There was once when I went back up to my room, I was surprised to find the room door opened, and assumed someone would clean the room. When I got back during the evening, they did not tidy the room. Why then did they open the door?? Hotel may look nice from the pictures, but service and standards are very poor. Stay away.

I love the bathroom. Whole white in colour and very clean. Hair shampoo conditioner plus shower foam smells good too. Finally there's Chinese TV programme for me cause I totally don't understand Japanese language at all. Nice location and two 24hours minimart around the corner.

clean new modern hotel with daily amenities, self laundromat, window. I had a 2 bed hotel room. No table whick made it hard to eat in the room. Apa style, slightly wider. Neighborhood will worry some people. But so close to kuromon, and bustling shopping district. I think it’s cheap ooonlyyyy because of neighborhood. It is located in an alley.

The room was very clean and had lots of bathroom accessories, so we were happy to stay there. They had a laundry too. My daughter and I stayed here on our last night in Japan and it was one of the most comfortable rooms we had on our trip. The twin room was the standard Japanese smaller size and the bathroom slightly larger than others with all the little extras you find in the bathroom (shampoo etc, toothbrush, comb, razor).
The staff were very friendly, gave us umbrellas as it was raining and minded our luggage for about 6 hours.
The breakfast was fine for us but a little more basic than others.
It’s really well situated in Dotonbori and a short walk to a train station.

酒店房間很小，但交通放便，還是不錯的，但在離開前一天，清潔房間後回去，我一整包手信都不見了，找了一個小時，o一房間就這麼小，一整袋御守，文具和手巾，還有一瓶酒，蠻重的一袋，整袋都不見了，去找前枱，只有一個外藉的員工說幫我找看看換掉的床單，但到退房都說沒有，只可能被當垃圾丟了，雖然說會找找垃圾，但我也不太信，5000多日元，問題是在京都買的沒時間再買了，但外籍員工態度不錯，退房時的員工也幫我留了電郵，說持到寄給我，我感覺也是渺茫了，小酒店不可能陪的了，但最讓我氣的是當晚除了外籍員工外還有一個日本大叔員工，完全當我透明，不理我，連招呼都沒有，當我這不是事，更不用想會安慰或道歉!也不想幫忙，去日本這麼多次第一次遇到這樣的，不見東西已經氣還一副事不關己樣，另外其實早一天不見了個介指，放在床邊桌上的，因為不是很貴重就沒有特別題，這酒店住可以，打掃就免了，本來第二天就拿了個不用打掃的牌掛門的，但回來就被收走了，就那一天沒打掃，不然要每天自己去前枱講不用打掃。。。御守不見真的令人心情很不好。。。

観光で３泊利用しました。文楽劇場の裏にあり、観劇にはピッタリでしたが、個性的な場所なので好き嫌いはあるかもしれません。私は、環境は想像していたのと、ホテルの気取らない感じに好感を持ちました。清潔さですが、細かいかもしれませんがゴミ箱に、前に泊まった宿泊者のものと思われる小さいゴミが僅かですが残っていたので減点としました。連泊しましたが、予約のタイミングが別だったので途中部屋を移動しました。別の部屋ではバスタブのカーテンの裾に難ありでした。その他は清潔で部屋の床やリネン類も気持ちよかったので少し気を付ければよくなると思います。コスパが良いのでもう一度泊まって確認したいと思います。
