We heard ambulance noise at night I guess there is hospital nearby. So far good stay. Also they don’t provide room service except take away the trash and free water bottles.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were also a nice bonus, and the location made it easy to get around. It was close to Dotonbori so it was loud at night.

There were a few small areas that could be improved, but overall, the experience was really good. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay.

The wifi in our room would sometimes be intermittent. It is also a bit odd that the full length mirror is inside the shower. Lastly, it would be better if there were free coffee either offered at the lobby to bring to the rooms, or inside the rooms where the electric kettle and coffee mugs are.

This was our first hotel we visited when we arrived in Japan. We were amazed by how nice everything in the area was. The hotel was very clean and right next to a 7-Eleven, making connivence shopping easily accessible. It’s even a few blocks away from the river in Osaka! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful with questions and the check-in procedure. The room was very clean and quiet, equipped with both a high-tech shower and toilet with incredible hygiene products. The beds were also perfectly firm and comfortable. Location is good but the view of the room is totally not what the picture shows in the website. Also, room is very small for four people. We are playing rush hour if there were more than 1 person sharing the path to bathroom. Zero space for luggage. Will not come back as there are better choices on the same street

We were originally confirmed for another hotel, but at the last minute, instinctively changed our stayl to Hotel Vista Osaka Namba. We were thrilled when we saw a 7-11 attached to the hotel building, and that the dotonbori experience was just 2 minutes away! Checking in was seamless and quick. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were modern, clean and larger than most Japanese accommodations. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

There was no problem with our booking through Expedia. Hotel Vista is a lovely hotel with such excellent staff! Our room was clean and staff regularly removed trash and gave us new set of towels and water bottles daily. Breakfast was always a treat. We love that it is close to everything.

The hotel is right in the middle of the action in Osaka. Close to everything that you need for a trip to Osaka. The hotel had a great breakfast which made the longs days easier to start with two small kids. The staff where very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.
It was a bit noisey at night, but we where in the party end of town so acceptable for the location.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel we had a standard twin but it was big enough that we could move around. They gave us a room by the elevator and I was initially worried that we would hear a lot of noise, but it was fine. The toilet, sink and shower are all separate which can make getting ready in the morning more convenient. They don’t do daily cleaning but they did come in and change the towels.

It is in a good location if you want to visit Dotombori street. A bit of a walk from the metro with suitcases. We took a taxi from the Namba station, about 1300¥. Taxi to Shin Osaka for the Shinkansen was about 3400¥. You can take the metro to shin Osaka if you prefer.

We took the breakfast option but I was disappointed in the selection. I know fruit is expensive in Japan but at the price they charged they could offer more than one banana cut into 4 chunks and 2 oranges cut into sections for the whole buffet. Eggs were prepared in advance and were stone cold. Frankly we would have been just as happy with 7-11 at a more reasonable price. If you like Japanese food for breakfast you might be ok, but even then it was a small selection compared to other hotel breakfasts we had in Japan.

The hotel has excellent location - just a 4-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station and a 7 Eleven right next door - making it incredibly convenient for exploring Osaka. Its proximity to major attractions made getting around the city effortless.

Our room, though compact (as is typical for Japanese accommodations), was thoughtfully designed to maximize space. It comfortably fit two single beds while still allowing us enough room to open our suitcases and move around without feeling cramped.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels were impeccably clean. The attention to cleanliness and comfort exceeded our expectations.

Overall, this hotel offered great value for the money. Its combination of prime location, comfortable accommodations, and reasonable pricing made it an excellent choice. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Osaka and highly recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable base for their trip.

Hotel was in a good location. A very short walk to Dotonburi and near to all the shopping and food. Walking distance to Kuromon market with more food options. You can even walk to Takashimaya for shopping or if you prefer fine dining at the restaurants there. We enjoyed the restaurants on the 7 - 9 levels.
The hotel provided breakfast options and laundry service. Bright rooms and friendly staff. Staff also helped arrange taxi to Kansai Airport the night before and even accompanied us to meet the driver to give instructions in Japanese. Very helpful. Great service. Will definitely return and recommend to friends visiting Osaka.

Cons:
- Air conditioning did not work properly our entire stay. Brought this to staff attention first night, they said it's working normally. After suffering for two nights with kids, another staff member was able to investigate the AC issue and adjusted a setting in the control room behind front desk. He also brought us a Dyson fan to use on our last night. Not sure why the first batch of staff did not take the initiative to investigate further.

- Language barrier between certain staff was too difficult

The hotel was centrally located with a couple of minutes walk to Dontonburi and walking distance to Shinsaibashi, Americamura, Kuromon Market and Den Den Town. Subway stations were close and plenty of restaurants throughout. Room was tight for a family of 4 although we were appreciative that they could accommodate 4 people in the room with 4 individual beds. Due to the central location, there was some street noise with cars cruising at night. This is a trade off to the amazing location and the hotel does offer ear plugs at guest services desk. Bottled water was provided daily as well as hotel guests had access to the cafe's beverage machines outside of stated breakfast hours. This was very a nice amenity along with fresh popped popcorn in the evenings. Having plenty of electrical outlets and USB charging outlets was a plus. The availability of washing/drying machines was a nice convenience with the exception of one of the dryers didn't work that well leading us to hang dry our clothes in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at an excellent location.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like urine and was incredibly loud. You have to know you are right upstairs from the major party district in Osaka. The area around the hotel is absolutely disgusting with drunk people stumbling home and throwing up in the street. I maybe could have handled that but the disgusting room smell and unclean in general made this an absolute dissapointment. I am so sad that I wasted my time in Osaka at this hotel. Book somewhere else.

The hotel staff are lovely. I have nothing but nice things to say about them.
