It was a nice stay, the room is fairly small but perfect for busy days exploring. Close to shopping and tons of food and metro stations. The staff at the counter was very friendly.
The only things we didn't enjoy about our stay was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room, nothing overwhelming but disappointing, and a the bed was pretty hard.

Ok hotel for the price and location
The room was very small, enough for 2 large size luggage and not much walking space after that. The small tub was nice for a soak after a whole day of walking. Wish there could be more hooks to hang jackets/clothes. The bed was firm and the blanket was comfortable. No view to see, as it wasn't possible to open the frosted window. 6-10min walk to most of the major shopping and train station.

The rooms looked newly renovated. Beds were comfortable. If you want your room cleaned, you have to leave your room keys at the front desk by the cut-off time.

As with most hotels in Osaka, the rooms are very small, but it was clean, more spacious than another hotel I’ve been to, had a laundry room which was helpful to clean our clothes, and the hotel staff was very nice. We only stayed one night so it was perfectly acceptable. Room would be too small to spend a week in it though. Great location near Dontonburi but without all the noise and commotion. Great stay.

Nanba, Shinsaibashi, Nipponbashi stations are close from the hotel. It's center of the Osaka but resonable and very quiet.
2 convenience stores, chinese restaurants and small drug stores are nearby.
And the staffs are also friendly and the cleaning of the room was perfect.
As many ppl know, the room is small and the height of each floors are little bit lower than other countries. But most hotels in Japan are same.

①荷物をフロントに預けた際に、バックヤードではなく一般客のいる場所に置いたままだった。
勿論、貴重品は入っていないですが、約5時間そのまま、他のお客さんがすぐ側に座っている状況で信じられなかった。
スタッフへ尋ねたところ「ここは防犯カメラがあるから大丈夫」とのこと。
そういう問題ではなく、不特定多数の人が出入りする場所に預かり荷物を置くという感覚が日本のサービスと異なると感じました。
②周辺は治安があまりよくない。
③食堂？で、休憩中のスタッフがSNSを大音量で観ていたりと、国籍による感覚の違いを感じました。
④客室はマンションのようになっており、廊下は非常に寒い、ビジネスホテルのような狭さ
HPを見た限り良かったので親族と泊まりましたが、日本的な感覚のある方には特にオススメしません。

Perfektes Zimmer für Easy-going Travellers
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Roomservice ist gut und man kann täglich aufs Neue auswählen, ob eine Teil- (nur Bettbezüge, Tücher und co.) oder Gesamtreinigung des Zimmers vorgenommen werden soll. Erstere ist für jeden zwei Tage völlig in Ordnung.
Auch die Lage ist grandios, innert weniger Minuten ist man mitten im Zentrum (Osaka Station) und im Food-Viertel um leckere Köstlichkeiten und Spezialitäten Japans zu geniessen. Zudem kann man innert sehr wenig Zeit und für wenig Geld und waschen und tumblern. Gemütliches, aber kleines Zimmer.
Leider sind die Fenster nicht durchblickbar und die Badezimmertüre muss beim Duschen immer geschlossen sein, da der Dampf den Feueralarm auslösen kann. Trotz dieser kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden einen erneuten Besuch nicht scheuen.

일본여행 3박4일 연박으로 지냈습니다. 일단 너무 깔끔해요~
한국인직원도 계셔서 너무 쉽게 서비스 받을수 있었고 굳이 한국직원분이 아니더라도 한글로된 안내문도 있어 아주 편하게 지내다왔어요
얼리체크인이 가능하기는 하지만 추가금액이 있다는 점 주의하시구요~
도톤보리나 신사이바시와 조금은 거리감이 있지만 두어번 왔다갔다하니..그것도 금방이더라구요 ㅎㅎ
주변에 도톤프라자도 있어 시원하게 쇼핑도 가능하고 공항에서 도톤프라자로오는 버스를 이용하시면 더욱 가깝게 숙소까지 오실수 있을것 같아요

닛폰바시역이나 남바역에서 꽤 멀다는거 알고갔는데 ㅠㅠ 그래도 멀게느껴졌어요....

대체적으로 나쁘지않음. 첫날 이불들어봤을때
머리카락 몇개 붙어있었으나 사람이 하는일이다 보니...그럴수도 있고, 둘째날부턴 없었어요.
근데 키를 맡겨야지만 청소해주는데 이게 불편할수도 있겠네요

新しいホテルだったので、設備はとても綺麗でした。ツインの部屋は狭くはない広さでしたが、大きめのスーツケースがあると足の踏み場はなさそうな感じでした。
道頓堀が近くてよかったですが、周辺は夜のお店があったりとちょっと治安が良くない感じはありました。
宿泊者は海外の方が非常に多く、フロントも常に忙しそうでした。
一日中遊んで寝に帰るだけなら十分だと思います。

ミナミエリアの中心部にアクセスしやすい好立地なホテルでした。受付をしてくれた女性スタッフは非常に笑顔が素敵で、対応力もある優秀な方でした。 値段からしたら十分なのですが、敢えてホテルさんのために言わせてもらうとしたら、シャワーヘッドの角度がよくないことと、部屋が冷えてしまうと温まるのに時間がかかった ことでしょうか。 でも、全体的にはとても満足です(^^)
