The staff at this hotel were extremely kind and accommodating. We arrived a bit early and we were able to drop off our luggage before going to Dotonbori, which is about a ten minute walk from the property. When arriving we were pleased to hear that our luggage was sent to our room.

Booked for two rooms, however got split up into 2 different floor level, tried to request for re-arrangement but can't do much due to overbooked. Supposed to get queen size bed but got two single bedder instead. Bad management.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decently sized room. The room kind of had a dirty water smell. Would go away when we used the showers, however it would return when we would be out for the day and return in the evening. Station is nearby so accessing the rest of Osaka is easy. Dotonbori is a short walkable distance away. A family mart is down the street.

Sarasa Dotonbori ended up being a great choice for our family to stay in Osaka. The rooms are large (for Japan) and well-presented. Rooms are not cleaned daily (staff inform you as you arrive) but fresh towels etc are available from the front desk upon request.
Location was good, close to the action in Dotonbori and Kurumon Market. Nippombashi station is a short walk away too. Some good local Japanese restaurants nearby (try the Okonomiyaki place on the corner!) and lots of Chinese restaurants that seem to cater to tourists and tour groups. The local convenience stores are always great too! Recommended!

Hotel carpet stained, even the ones in the hallways, top of headboards very dusty, room smells musky. They only had 2 machines in their laundry room, and it's right across the smoking room. Staff weren't that well attentive when you're coming in/out of the hotel to greet you. Wi-Fi with no password so not secure at all

The staff seemed to have above and beyond to accommodate me. Even going so far as escorting me to a separate coin laundromat outside the hotel so I could wash my clothes. However, I didn't care for the washing machines provided, in that I spent a good 5 hours trying to do my laundry and putting in money, to find the dryer function on their washer-dryer combo didn't seem to work.

Everything's else was great. Thank you to the hardworking staff members of Sarasa Hotel.

The location is right in the center of the Dotonbori area. Close to a pot of the train stations, food are 24 hrs in the surroundings. Convenient stores are everywhere. Breakfast buffet is so many selections and the breakfast staff are just so friendly and professional. Will be back to the hotel when I'm in yhe area and really highly recommended!!

This is a very small basic hotel, so we didn't have much floor space after putting our luggage out on the floor, though the queen bed was just nice for 2 of us. It's a decent choice if you're just looking for a clean and comfortable place to spend a few nights. A plus point is that it's within walking distance from Dotonbori where all the good food is. There's even a bath tub in the bathroom despite the small room space.

The Sarasa hotel is a great place to stay when you’re in Osaka. The hotel is in a great location for shopping, eating and overall exploring of the city and it’s many highlights. Transportation to this hotel is easy and stress free, with only a little walk from the subway. We found staying here was a great spot for everything we wanted to do in and outside the city. The breakfast buffet in the morning is worth the money and makes it easy to start your day off. I recommend this hotel.

Location is very good. Only thing you need to get familiar with the place. The staff is good only they should have give some suggestion like do you want to upgrade to bigger room. The answer I get is all room size are the same. My thinking is maybe fully book. Actual fact I am looking or willing to pay extra for bigger room. I am at fault took standard room until I saw is very small area.

Great location for exploring Dontonbori

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking around Dontonbori. I was only here for one night, but wish I could have explored Osaka longer. The walk with my luggage from Namba Station was long, but many others were traveling with luggage. I loved the breakfast and the staff was very kind. I appreciated them keeping my luggage at the hotel for my second day exploring.

Is a new hotel and stuff are very friendly. everyday will change the bed lining refill things are missing. Very comfortable room. But one thing u can hear corridor if people talking or upstair walking. But not a issue cos room are small so cant last long for walking noise.

good , but there are few hotel with same name ( they are same group ), we went to the other hotel and need to walk a very long ways, so maybe the website or hotel should highlight the location. Very nice staff and helpful. Very clean and in good condition.

Great Location and awesome hotel!

The hotel was located in a quiet area that was within walking distance to the Dotonbori district. The staff was great and we had the breakfast buffet every morning! I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Osaka and I would recommend it to family/friends!

Minutes walk away from Dotonburi, a family mart just 2 blocks away. Room is extremely clean(looks really new) but also really small. If you have more than one of those bigger luggages you probably can't open them all at the same time.

I didn't like the fact that the price of cancellation thru any of the package deals are not included. I was going to Japan for my Grandson's funeral. I was at the wrong terminal so thereforth, I had to be rescheduled and booked for the next flight out. My son and I were to connect in LAX. Things have been going downhill I lost 5 family members in Aug but this was the most devastated one. I would have re-booked but lost ALL of my monies ($400 plus dollars)

Happy 3 days stay in the hotel

Altought walking distance from Namba station to hotel is 1.6km. We are enjoying sèeing the diffeerent senic between day and night time.

Breakfast got honeydew and it sweet and nice to eat.

TV channel all in Japanese. Can be improved to have English or Mandrain channels too.

Very good quality of hotel in terms of cleanliness, spacious and facilities.

Queen size bed at double room. Still have space putting 2 big luggages. Newly opened hotel.

Will visit twice.

About 10 min walk to shopping area in Dontoni and main shopping and restaurant street in Namba. Also, 10 min walk to Kumo seafood market. Cant beat anything.

About 20 min walk to Namba express line, which us clear described in specifications.

New hotel that just opened 04/2019, so the rooms and building is very clean and modern! I have a hunch that the hotel is Chinese owned rather than Japanese, so the staff is just a BIT less informed than what I would've liked, but overall, wonderful hotel and would definitely stay here again! Also it is very conveniently located to Dontonbori!

Absolutely perfect. Great location, not far at all from the city's best restaurants and tourist areas. 5-7 min walk to a nearby train station (Nippombashi), and the hotel is exceedingly clean. Room service was also excellent and reliable, and the staff was always courteous and nice. One of the people at the desk even ran to us with a towel to dry ourselves off after getting caught by the rain! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
