Although I accidentally booked a smoking room, the room was pretty clean considering the lingering smell of smoke. The room was pretty efficient. We loved the automatic pancake machine and the unlimited drinks., The location is within walking distance of Dontoburi which is a pretty exciting location. The train station was a mere five-minute walk away.

Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel is close to Dotonbori and kuromon market. Washer and dryer were a bit smelly. Bathroom showerhead would periodically get super hot to the point of fear. Free breakfast(and drinks) was absolutely solid. Hotel is cheap, clean and close to things.

The room was small. It was a step up bathroom and there was no hooks for hanging clothes. They did provide us with 4 hangers. The room was clean. The free pancakes breakfast and eggs were simple but a nice gesture. My husband enjoyed the 24 hours free pops and coffee. We love the location. It was very close to restaurants and shopping.

Prós: o hotel fica numa localização muito boa, a 10 minutos de caminhada para a Dotonbori e mercado Kuromon, e menos ainda para a estação de metrô e konbini. A equipe do hotel é atenciosa e tenta sempre agradar, inclusive usa um tablet para fazer a tradução e facilitar a comunicação com os hospedes que não falam japonês. Outra coisa boa é que oferecem água, refrigerantes, café, chá e gelo gratuitamente 24h, além de panquecas no café da manhã. A limpeza de quarto é feita todos os dias.

Contras: o hotel NÃO possui o serviço de envio de bagagens para outras localidades, como é comum na maioria dos hotéis no japão. Isso foi uma surpresa e bastante inconveniente. Quanto ao banheiro Tivemos muita dificuldade em fazer a temperatura da água permanecer estável, já que a água nunca mantinha uma temperatura única e ficava variando entre muito quente ou muito gelada. O assento sanitário também não é aquecido.

観光の拠点に最適！
駅近で場所がわかりやすく、建物裏にコンビニがあって便利でした。外でたくさん食べて飲んでくるため、がっつり朝食もいらないという時に無料のパンケーキはぴったりでした！宿泊前後に荷物も預かってもらえます。部屋もきれいで、ベッドはシモンズ社。コスパも良いのでまた利用したいです。

La habitación limpia, el personal amable. Llegamos temprano a Osaka y pasamos a dejar nuestras maletas, el personal nos indicó que el horario para realizar el check inn era a las 3 pm, situación que ya sabíamos. Nos fuimos a pasear y regresamos 10 minutos antes de las 3 pm, nuestro equipaje ya se encontraba en la habitación pero nos dijeron que no nos podían dejar ingresar hasta las 3 pm, me parece una tontería esa falta de flexibilidad.

繁華街から少し離れているので、静かで落ちついていました。

駅近で繁華街へも近く大変便利でした。部屋は静かでぐっすり就寝できました。シャワーを使用するタイミングにもよるのかもしれませんが、急に熱くなったり冷水になったりで困りましたが、それ以外は良かったです。セルフでのコーヒーも美味しかったです。
