Our hotel is located at Shinsaibashi, the center of Osaka where is very convenient area surrounded by cool cafes, popular brand shops and tourist attractions such as Shinsaibashi mall, Ebis-bashi Bridge, Kuromon Market and Dotombori. We believe this area is good for the both business and sightseeing.

our hotel is in Chuo-ku (ward) where is a great area for travelers who are interested in shopping and eating out. We introduce Japanese and Osaka culture through providing many kinds of events or service to our guests (e.g.

tasting Matcha, wearing Yukata). All rooms are carpeted and have air conditioning and heating.

The cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! They steam-cleaned carpets every guest checkouts, deodorises the room and changes linens everyday and provides all hotel amenities daily.
They are accessible, breakfast is sumptuous, staff are courteous, love how they also provide unlimited coffee and refreshment during your stay! We’ll always stay at this hotel whenever in Osaka!

Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are looking to stay in Shibuya. It’s a 2-3 min walk from the station, and you are right in the heart of Shibuya near the Shibuya Crossing. Convenience store is a 2 min walk away.
The staff are very friendly and nice. They accept luggage transfers if you are trying to ship it there from other hotels. The hotel also has laundry machines and a microwave too.
Rooms are what they look like in the pictures. A little run down but we were able to fit 4 luggage’s just fine.
Breakfast though is pretty good. Would recommend trying at least once. Fresh food and juices.

I would probably stay again in a bigger room though.

The staff was so friendly, and cleaned the room everyday. Even refilled each room with new water each day which was amazing!
The area is little far from subway station, but it is in middle of four subway stations. So you can choose where to walk to.

Awesome location — literally steps from Dotonbori! The room was small, but that’s totally expected for Japan. The only downside was the noise — some guests were really loud late at night and early in the morning. Wish the hotel had stepped in or reminded them to keep it down. It did make it a bit harder to get good sleep.

Love this place! There was dinner ramen and breakfast buffet included. There was beer as a gift. Staff were friendly. There was no large bed so two beds were brought together which is ok. The location is also convenient. Recommend it and will stay agai.

This may not be a big hotel, but they rooms they provided were adequate, not too cramped. The front office staff were helpful and professional. What I liked most about this hotel was the breakfast buffet and the complimentary ramen (dinner time). I wouldn't mind paying 800¥ for the ramen because it is good. Overall, decent-good hotel. Would recommend.

The hotel is fine. The room was rather small but fair for the price. The front desk service was great: very professional and very helpful. We also much enjoyed the lavish breakfast. However, we didn't realize that Shinsaibashi is rather a party place, so it was quite dirty and a little noisy in the evenings.

The walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping street was further than expected. Towing the luggages was challenging.

There is an AEON supermarket around the corner. Convenient.

Overall a good budget option to stay in Osaka. Our room was clean but pretty tiny compared to our other accommodation in Japan. It didn’t have views. We stayed in the Annex building, which due to the lack of a restaurant smelled way better than the main building. The staff were helpful and kind in true Japanese hospitality spirit. Very conveniently located next to metro stops, lots of restaurants and good shopping.

This hotel was very conveniently situated, a short walk from two train stations and convenience stores, by many restaurants and bars, and close to the awesome Shinsaibashi strip for all your shopping desires. The area came to life at night and it was fun exploring! The hotel itself was good for the money, staff was helpful, rooms were a decent size and offered most necessities if needed. The on-site breakfast buffet was basic, but enough to feel full. I don't know what it is about their showerheads, but the pressure is always abundant and never an issue with hot water. I would stay here again, it's a great value.

Fantastic location for a reasonable price, just far enough away from Dotonbori that most of the hustle and bustle doesn’t reach your ears, but you’re still in a 15 minute walk of everything between Namba and Shinsaibashi. Extraordinary helpful staff from the kitchen workers to the front desk, pretty much anything and everything we came to them with was met with professionalism and swift resolution.

Small issues but worth it

Rooms weren't the cleanest and the Aircon sometimes smelt of smoke, but the bed was comfy and it was a quiet night with strong aircon in a great location. The price I paid outweighs the bad and I would definitely stay again.

A great hotel walking distance from Dotonbori, which has a nice buffet breakfast and a ramen shop on the grounds. Small room as per the standard in Japan, there is no closet and not a lot of room for suitcases so bring a small one! Shinsaibashi station is about a 10 minute walk away so very convenient to get around.

Super small room with no English speaking staffs kind of hard to talk to plus amenities you have to get at lobby that I didn’t know staff check me in didn’t say anything. Why people in japan doesn’t speak English would help a lot with tourist that doesn’t speak Japanese. Sometimes want to ask for help but no help asking they don’t understand me.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in their second building called the Annex which was just right across the street from the lobby and main tower. Our stay included a buffet style breakfast every morning which had a vast selection of delicious Japanese dishes and western staples such as fried eggs, breads, fruits etc. There’s free drinks available all day in the breakfast room such as sodas, teas and coffee. We also received a ticket each for ramen once during our stay which was available in the evening. They cleaned the room everyday. There was an eating area in our building lobby which offered hot water, coffees/teas, ice/vending machines and a microwave. They offered luggage delivery service to other hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was also laundry. This hotel made our stay very comfortable with all its amenities and facilities. It was located centrally in the midst of restaurants, shops, steps away from Dotonbori and the club areas, close to the metro station and Parco shopping mall.

Our bedroom floor … is dirty, we noted dirt and even nails on the other side of the bed (adjacent to the wall), perhaps it’s the corner so they couldn’t reach but that is still unacceptable for a hotel.

Hotel is walking distance to surrounding metro stations and Dotonbori which is great. The size of the room is also comparatively bigger than other hotels i’ve stayed at in Japan, which is nice because I could open up my luggage easily. I particularly like the lounge area for the complimentary refreshments! The only downside is that the room doesn’t smell good.

Although very conveniently located for Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, the hotel is a little hard to find down a side street. We subsequently discovered that an almost unmarked back corridor connects directly to the shopping mall, which would have made life easier. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby, including a branch of Tokyu Hands. Room was fine, good base for two nights.

Worth the money

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is three blocks away from the main shopping area, and really close to transportation. Room are small tho, but then again most of the hotel in japan is small. At least this one is good price.
