Pros: Room cleanliness ok. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Some towel are torn and have funny smell. Parking are chargeable.
For the price range it met my expectations

Location good. Receptionist cud be more welcoming.

Toilet was not well cleaned. Especially the toilet roll holder,, one room water heater not functioning well… water little warm only when turned max hotness… another room with rusty hinges on glass shower glass door. male receptionist should be more welcoming and smiling face.

Location is convenient. Parking is easy cos right in front of the hotel. Bedding and toilets are acceptable clean. Check in is easy. This is my 2nd time stay.

Bitten by bugs

Rather old. My son was badly bitten by bugs on his bed. My hubby also noticed some kinds of insects but we did not see these insects. Sadly, my son has left this hotel room on the same nite and stay somewhere else....unbearable.

Clean, comfortable, well-priced

Quaint little hotel, and a bit nervous as I approached the building thinking it was more of a hostel than a hotel - but it was definitely a hotel and a nice one at that.
Everything was very pretty and the design and decor was well thought out. The rooms were comfortable, and had bottles of water replenished each day. The price was cost-effective as well.
One downpoint was the lobby had some drips during heavy rain that they put buckets our for, but the room itself was perfectly dry.
I would certainly stay here again with no hesitation if I was in the area.

There is NO cable tv channels which was described when I book the hotel via Hotels.com. I checked with the hotel staff and confirmed NO CABLE CHANNELS!!
Parking is a BIG PROBLEM. Hotel do not have parking spaces reserved for guests and this area is always full of people! Very difficult to get parking space.

Great hotel with nice scenery and rooms but...

This hotel is a very good boutique hotel and definitely one of the best I have ever visited. It has very nice room decor, rainshower and all the necessary bathroom amenities.

The area feels safe unlike other parts of Johor Bahru and have ample parking space for those who drive. There is a water theme park just beside the hotel which are great for families who enjoy fun water activities. Plenty of nice restaurants which serves great desserts and a korean fried chicken restaurant beside it.

The customer service staff are pretty efficient and friendly with requests, check in and out. Breakfast is inclusive if you choose the executive king room and there is are two choices, American style and local style. As we were late(breakfast is served between 8am to 11am)at their wonderful restaurant, they only had American breakfast left which was pretty decent served with toast, thinly sliced ham, sausages, scrambled eggs and baked beans.

It was a dream staycation for us and would have easily given 5 stars for the hotel. However upon returning discovered that i was badly bitten by bed bugs, there was a really big reddish itchy patch which i assumed was a mosquito bite while having lunch after checking into the hotel not along after.

To the hotel management, I really hope that you will look into this issue(stayed at room 209)and disinfect all the bed sheets and mattress before letting any other hotel guests reside.
