This is my second time visit to this propert and I recommended my friend but both of us had a terrible experience.

My friend booked a hotel with 1 breakfast one 10 Apr; and I book 11 Apr for 2 breakfast. We asking a favor to swap the 11 Apr 2 breakfast with 10 Apr, as there will be only 1 person eating on 12 Apr breakfast. However, the staff insisted that they couldn't do that for us and ask to contact expedia for the swap which wasn't a favorable for us.
I personally feel it is no difference and asking them for a favor but their customers service level were disappointed. I will never visit this hotel anymore and will not recommend to stay here!

KSL Hot Spring Resourt

Its best if you have your own car when staying at this hotel. There is not much amenities around the hotel. But its 5-10 mins drive to Austin area, where there are plenty of eateries. The room itself is quite ok, given its not too expensive. The breakfast buffet is quite limited, the nasi lemark is not too bad. Its a golf trip for us, out all day, so didn't really get to use the hot spring.

The spring facility is only limited to two days in a week and from 4pm to 10pm only which is the only worthy feature of this hotel. The room is not really clean as can feel the wet carpet. The bathtub tab not working well, and remote control of tv not in working condition or low battery but it was too late in the night so I don't bother troubling the staff to change it so I just switch off the tv

The hotel is getting run down with acceptable cleanliness. The hot spring has limited operating hours at the bad timing when you were be out of the hotel. Moreover, the hot spring is totally not hot all at the male side.Breakfast is below expectation. The sink has cracked lines. Will hunt for other hotels

Place a little run down on the outside but when you are inside it’s quite different. Clean but linens a little old. Due for a change. Breakfast was simple and quite good. Location is quite ok if you have a car.

The hot spring operation hour is 4pm-8pm which is too short. The aircon keep auto shut down itself few time during sleep time. The toilet ventilation fan is very noise. The breakfast area is near the swimming pool which is very noisy and not a very good experience.

Everything about the room was great! Spacious, clean and even has a clean mini fridge.

The amenities were subpar at best - gym, hot spring. Gym was limited in equipment and lighting was super dim - located within the Apartments/Condo instead of the Hotel itself. Hot Spring was a bit stinky to be honest.

Staff were alright, just that they were a bit shorthanded so when we called from the rooms a couple times (even during non-peak like 9pm) no one picked up. When we asked for directions to the gym the staff kept directing us to the hot spring (2 completely different things and places)...

Didn't try the food there.

Location is great - I like it because it's near enough to the malls (all 20 min and below by Grab) but sufficient private and quiet from the hustle and bustle.

Would stay here again. I feel that the room and ambience is better than the KSL hotel attached to KSL mall. Was better than Atel**r and Tr*ve as well.

Comfortable enough stay for one night

The towels and bedsheets were not properly washed. The rooms themselves were not cleaned properly and they seemed ill-maintained. Had to request for room slippers. No bathrobes and hand towels. The breakfast of nasi lemak was yummy. Overall, it was a comfortable enough stay for 1 night.

Hotel is good for 1 night stay. Relatively unsafe because security isnt tight. No carpark gantry operated and lift to rooms are free easy access. I was being charged for early check in when i only ASK. Lack of bathroom amentites but ok for really a 3 star hotel. Could be better if security system are in place

Room was fine. But service is bad. The safe box in the room was not working and I had called the staff 4 times but still nobody was sent to fix the safe box.
The water in the hot spring is just warm and not hot. There are 3 pools but only 1 is warm and the rest are just normal pools.
The hotel is understaffed.
The hotel location is quite isolated. Nothing near the hotel.

Nice hotel with big room & very comfortable bed. Would be nice to have a bath tub.
Hotel have a Hot Spring Spa, but only open for 2 hours from 8 - 10 pm. There are 3 pools but only 1 with hot spring (but not hot enough to truly enjoy it).
Breakfast spread is good but the fried mee is too soggy (lousy cook?)

We chose the hotel by mistake. I thought I booked the one at KSL City Mall but was informed that I booked another KSL hotel. The hotel is not located in the downtown area and is quieter. Since I was driving, it was not too far away to find the hotel. The hotel is located in a residential area. It is not a fancy hotel but it has the basics you need. Don't be fooled by the name, it is not really a resort. You share the facilities with residents in the condos. It is more like a business hotel for a short stay. It is pretty new and has the basic things you need. It is worth the money you pay.

Check in staff was friendly. But after going into the room found rubbish near the curtains, room was super hot as it seemed like there was nobody using the room for a long time and when I used the showers it flooded as they did not clear the drain properly and it clogged. Called the receiption line but staff wasn't as friendly and took about 30 mins before a maintenance staff came. But the maintenance staff was friendly and cleaned the clog and cleaned up the flood. They only provide breakfast so lunch and dinner have to either grabfood or go out to eat as there is no nearby places to eat..

Check-in process was smooth, Spacious room but cleanliness need to be improved, bed linen has smell, not sure if it's fresh set. Previous occupants brought durian and there is smell from the Fridge, although this is not the hotel's fault but this room should not be assigned until the smell is cleared. Hot spring open from 5pm during weekdays which means no hot spring available if staying over during weekdays and wish to visit in the morning. Requested for late check-out at 1pm and got rejected for the reason due to sch holiday but we saw plenty of vacant rooms.

I had booked 2 rooms for a night. 1 room had a leaking faucet. A replacement room was provided eventually but the replacement room was not cleaned properly as a used cotton bud was found in the bathtub.

A Pleasant and Restful Stay

We find the hotel very clean and the overall ambience of this hotel gives a restful feeling..However, the aircon sound in the bathroom is quite noisy.

We would very much like to visit your hotel again and had recommended your hotel to our friends.

The only big MINUS point I find is that the temperature of the hot pool is too hot. When I was there, I noticed no one could get into the pool after they had dip their feet into it.

Can I request that your hotel lower the temperature of the water in this pool by 3 to 4 degrees? If this can be done, it will definitely make this hot pool be usable by your hotel guests because right now everyone finds the temperature too hot and it is left un-used. I find this a great pity because the main selling point of your hotel is the hotspring bath.

Our family and our friends are planning to visit your hotel again in April this year and hopefully by then your hotel can lower the temperature of the water in the hot pool by 3 to 4 degree

Exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Rooms were modern and comfy with full amenities (shower doors can be improved with a bottom seal to stop the water from wetting the rest of the bathroom). Didn't have breakfast but think it's not your regular buffet spread as it's at the pool cafe that is shared with the adjoining condo. The low price is probably due to the location where there is nothing around, however it is a short drive to Austin Hills and the city centre so no issues really unless you're happy to pay more to stay in a central location. Staff was a little blur and not very professional as she did not seem to know what to do with our adjoining rooms request online and simply told us there weren't any. Upon insisting, she magically found us 2 adjoining rooms.

This time of staying is so much disappointing, sleep in the middle of night out of sudden power failure. Call the careline and they said they are repairing, took almost 2 hours. In the morning no heater after that become no water, we call again they said they will check. Then when we ask what time is the latest check out time. The customer care officer mentioned before 1pm, we was so surprised no water how to check out on time.

Lady wearing full clothing and infection on her feet used hot spring pool when the rules clearly stated that only swimming wear allowed,after reviewing to management they decide not to do anything about it. This has affected all customer who are using and will use the pool later, poor management and hotel located in rural place.
