Amy
Love this casino
Jean
Steakhouse restaurant was amazing!
James
All around great.
Adrienne
Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We never heard anyone else.
Pool was lovely and appreciated the adult swim hours. Hot tub being outside was great- I wish people weren’t smoking out there but that isn’t in the hotel.
With several restaurants it was a bit disappointing that they all closed relatively early 8/9pm on a week night especially with there being a pool and casino- later hours would be helpful and there aren’t any other options close by. Also no options in the dining options for anyone who is vegan. If you love meat- you are set!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to get up each morning.
The hotel's amenities exceeded my expectations, and every detail—from the cleanliness of the common areas to the quality of the breakfast—reflected a commitment to excellence. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Their hospitality made my trip even more memorable.
I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and first-class experience. I can't wait to return!

Very clean rooms staff was very nice.
Nancy
we really enjoyed everything about our stay
Lisa
We have stayed a bunch and love it. This time not so much, the room is the room we always pay for yet this one was more outdated, didnt have the set up as the rest of them. We got room service and everything was forgotten or wrong for 100 bucks for 2 people for date night you kind of expect them to get it right. Both forgot our sides and more. Everything was also closed or closing earlier than expected. Slighly sad that a place that my husband and I get away to every once in a while didnt give us the experience we expected.
Shannon
Buffet was closed was hard to maneuver around. Directions from staff were rude and unhelpful.
Derek
Nice room, very clean
Amy
We enjoyed our stay. My issue was the shower. The water never got hot and stayed hot. It would get hot then warm for a while then hot. It sucked. Other than that I love the casino.
James
Wonderful vacation, would recommend to anyone. Nice place to go get away from everything. Will go back.
Carla
Breakfast was expensive and was “OK”. Expected better.
Thomas
Room was clean and nice, hotel stuff very kind
William
Everything was very nice from the casino itself, to a nice clean room. Loved our stay.
Dean
Feels like a second home
Stephanie
we had a smoke alarm go off and many of the staff wasn't even aware of it and they couldn't help .. maybe a better plan for the staff to be more informative.
Thomas
food was always cold wait staff were cold water in room was a charge over 2.00 if you used
Elka
We stayed for one night. The property is beautiful and very clean. Rooms are spacious and the view was breathtaking. Great staff and good food options. The only negative for us was that our room had a cigarette smell coming from the air conditioning even though it was a non smoking floor. Other than that it was a great stay.
Brad
Very clean and well maintained.
Kim
We stayed 2 nights, it was beautiful! The rooms are comfy and clean, I would highly recommend this hotel!!!
Terri
The staff was very helpful…. Being I have a disability, they were more than accommodating! Exceptional!!
Betty
Not sure what staying at a casino Resort/hotel would be like, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, service, amenities, and dining options. We were in the area for a weekend event at St. Bonaventure University. We had thought that the gaming interest might override the atmosphere for those who were there for rest and respite, but the atmosphere, quality, friendly staff, food options and beautiful view were a most enjoyable experience! Would definitely stay again when in the area and to recommend to friends. Thank you!
Robert
An amazing wonderland of beautiful Native American art celebrating Seneca Nation guardians of the western door.
William
Modern rooms easy check in. Staff is very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

Very fast to check in. Beautiful setting and nice room.
Cindy
Beautiful facility. Stayed overnight while traveling through. No intention of gambling, but really needed to have dinner. There was a line to get into the cafe but lots of empty tables. Tried room service several times but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. None of the staff I spoke to knew of a problem or had a helpful solution. Finally spotted some prepackaged cut fruit and a sandwich at the Starbucks counter. These were delicious and averted a crisis for my elderly mother and me. Beautiful room but don’t go there hungry!
Gerald
Enjoyed stay at Salamanca. Parking ramp makes it very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Casino is very nice. Closeness of state parks makes it very easy to find things to do.
Mariann
Excellent room! They no longer permit smoking in the casino… we loved it. Get the pizza from the 2nd floor bar…. It was delicious!
chunlin
Very nice stop for one summer night. The air was super refreshing outside as hotel is next to a forest.
Karen L
The only thing was the food. It was awful. The hotel is so nice. They use to have great food but now it is not good. I will not eat there again. They took the ham sandwich off the bill but my daughter was sick after one bite. I do not recommend eating there.
Heather
Everything was great other than nothing open later at night to get something to eat...just one snack place would be great.
Jennifer
Clean room, very nice staff, and the arcade is a nice addition for kids!
Daniel
Clean place, focus is on gambling and spending your money. Nice pool, small hot tub. Very nice room and bathroom. On site eating good amount for what you pay. Not really for us.
Beth
The property is beautiful. The rooms are nice. My only problem is the room amenities. The coffee was terrible, and you can't even listen to music without it costing an arm & a leg. Not a place to go if you're on a budget.
Sean
Great spot for a great price!
Russell
Great service and great amenities. Room view was so nice. Rates are reasonable as well
donna
enjoyed100 percent!!
Laura
This was a girls trip with 7 of us. The rooms were adjoining. They were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The mattresses and bedding are wonderful - cushioned and soft. The hotel is fantastic and we will definitely stay again!
Crystal
I loved everything about the casino. The staff, the shows. Everything was clean and well kept. Only thing I didn't like was paying 7.50 for a cup of coffee. I think coffee and water should be free at all times.
Kelly
We booked a king deluxe room. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and questions we had were answered right away. Since we were only there for the night, we didn't use all the amenities available to us. We will definitely be going back to remedy that🙂.

This hotel casino is a winner!
Although the property is remote & starting to age, Seneca continues to renovate areas of the hotel & casino. The casino buffet was being renovated while we were there. The Bear Claw Cafe (for Starbucks products) and the Seneca Cafe (sit-down restaurant) were recently redone. Nicely themed & understated elegance of the indigenous decor throughout, plenty of meal/food options, super friendly, caring & efficient staff who go out of their way to ensure a nice stay! They took great care of my wheelchair-bound mother and me.
Fun large casino with plenty of slots, a center section of table games & a high stakes area with all games too. Nice big bar inside the casino offered live music on the weekend. Indoor pool area was great & had an outdoor space for sunning with a separate hot tub (or soaking pool?, I didn’t go in it) also.
Rooms are spacious, clean & well-appointed.
The walk-in shower was excellent!
We would definitely return to this pleasant surprise among rolling country hills! Gorgeous area!!!

If you don't want to valet your car for the hotel, it is very difficult to mauver from garage to hotel.

Facility and rooms are very clean, guest rooms are quiet as well. parking is easy and check in a breeze. Used the pool and hot tub this time and that was pleasant also, rusty railings around hot tub that should be addressed. Had dinner at the Tuscan and we thought the prices were reasonable food was ok and plentiful. breakfast buffet at the Seneca was pretty much a standard selection you would find at a free hotel breakfast, not impressed, will order off menu next time.
Caine
The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfy
Lynn
Room was clean
Russ
The walk from the garage to the front desk weaved thru the casino floor. The walk wasn’t too bad and it gave a path on the carpet to follow. The desk person was friendly and quick. Our room was clean , large, and the bed was perfect. If she’s happy, Im happy, and she was.
Deanna
So friendly and so sweet. Food was wonderful at the seneca
James
We stayed at a junior suite and we're quite satisfied with the cleanliness and the amenities. My wife enjoyed the spa.
And we had reservations at the Western steakhouse and had an excellent meal.

There was not any food available after 10pm on week nights. Had to door dash.

The casino is just wonderful and the hotel was very clean and a great location since it’s connected to the casino! We were able to check in early and that was excellent

Everything was very good
Meredith
The rooms were fantastic. The concert venue was perfect.
Sara
Great services!
Karin
The room was fantastic! Spacious, clean, loved the soaker shower head.
The actual casino was a tremendous disappointment. Only one craps table, 99% slots.
And the bars were severely understaffed and the food selection was lackluster for something quick at the bar. If you wanted some take out from the cafe, you had to wait to be seated (with the slowest moving hostess on the planet and slightly rude - everyone in line was complaining about her) then tell your server that you want your food to go. Very strange. The "Grab and Go" next to the cafe, was "Grab and Slow"...never seen as slow as service as this casino. The River bar, the bartender didn't even look at us. The other bar upstairs was ok. We got the white pizza - it was cold and didn't have any fresh basil on it like the menu said. The male bartender never asked how our food was and I didn't say anything. Later, before the concert (the reason we stayed), at the upstairs bar...the male bartender went to work the concert leaving the female bartender alone to serve that bar AND the steakhouse. Not either of theor faults but very poor planning in management's end.
All in all, we will never go back to this casino.

Very nice room. Unfortunately, most restaurants closed or limited menus. This was our first visit...better signage when you get off 86 would be helpful. Missed parking ramp all together when came in to property.
Doug
We arrived early and they had a room ready. Excellent customer service and very clean hotel and common areas. Free drinks and parking are a bonus.
Timothy
She loves the spa. I love the whole hotel, casino and staff. Just amazing people, and fantastic place to visit.
Jenni
Rooms were very clean!! Staff was pleasant. Security was TOP notch to not let people up into the hotel that were not hotel guests!! My friend doesn't like elevators so we had to take the steps and security walked with us each time. Beautiful place, casino was nice and clean. Just a great place. We were talking about our next trip here on the car ride home!
Chris
Awesome stay as always. This is our favourite property to stay.
TIM
Super pleased with cleanliness. Love the pride in first impressions. Gaming staff is a 50/50 chance on the friendliness. Could use some help in this department as people are spending a lot of money at tables and some of the staff is plain rude.
Tiffany
Restaurant buffet was closed for Reno’s and nowhere to get after hour food, but otherwise great time!
Barb
Everything was amazing! The hotel room, the food. The pool. The shop. I had a great time during my visit.
Thank you.
