The actual casino was a tremendous disappointment. Only one craps table, 99% slots.
And the bars were severely understaffed and the food selection was lackluster for something quick at the bar. If you wanted some take out from the cafe, you had to wait to be seated (with the slowest moving hostess on the planet and slightly rude - everyone in line was complaining about her) then tell your server that you want your food to go. Very strange. The \"Grab and Go\" next to the cafe, was \"Grab and Slow\"...never seen as slow as service as this casino. The River bar, the bartender didn't even look at us. The other bar upstairs was ok. We got the white pizza - it was cold and didn't have any fresh basil on it like the menu said. The male bartender never asked how our food was and I didn't say anything. Later, before the concert (the reason we stayed), at the upstairs bar...the male bartender went to work the concert leaving the female bartender alone to serve that bar AND the steakhouse. Not either of theor faults but very poor planning in management's end.
All in all, we will never go back to this casino.

Very nice room. Unfortunately, most restaurants closed or limited menus. This was our first visit...better signage when you get off 86 would be helpful. Missed parking ramp all together when came in to property.

My friend doesn't like elevators so we had to take the steps and security walked with us each time. Beautiful place, casino was nice and clean. Just a great place. Left and canceled because if you're on the the ninth floor in a non-smoking room there is a vent that the upper and lower floor shares and when they smoke your non-smoking room turns into a smelling cigarette fest. So I left early due to my wife having asthma we just couldn't take the smell. Other than that the casinos are small and the area of the hotels and main entrance looks a bit like a modern elk Lodge no microwave in the room as well and eating places close by 10:00 pm

Staff support was definitely lacking. Yes, we were there during a storm, but within the entire resort and casino there were ZERO offerings of food after 10pm. They were even unable to provide snacks. Not even a candy bar. We were extremely disappointed with accomodations relating to food and dining and any communications regarding early closure - because there wasn't any.

First time staying here. The first room was dirty, so we had to get another room, rooms are nice, hotel is great. The issue and why three stars, only two towels in the room, should be 4 at least. Whoever picked the bed sheets should be fired, they are basically paper and make so much noise because of the paper like quality, one thing hotels should never get wrong and bedsheets, and this hotel got it very wrong.
