They accept early check-in but do not give you room on arrival, do not tell about deposit before making reservations but take 1000 thai bath as deposit and deduct on every little thing, AC not working, wifi do not connect, no Laundry service. Poor experience, do not give 2 keys, only one key for 2 people and cost 300 thai bath for additional key. Bad experience

The room they offered me at the first day of stay has got some problems. The service control panel including clean up, do not disturb and door bell was not working . Also the sink in toilet could not drain properly .water remaine in the sink.
I let them know and was supposed to come fix following day. They did not care about it . After several times of asking them . They changed my room and again in the new room kettle was not working . I let them know but they did not changed it until the 3rd day of my stay. The cleaner was not friendly at the beginning, very angry and rude but for the rest of day the cleaner change and we had very nice friendly cleaner staff.

The other services was good. I think the problem is with management which they don't check the room and facilities inside before offering to the guests . Thats why guests end up to changing room.

Did not realize when booking I’d be staying in a separate building where you have to leave and walk to a different building to enjoy the pool / restaurant / amenities.
Room was not ready had to wait 1 hour then found the room was dirty and not even in the same building.
Breakfast is severely limited and the cooks stop making you made to order omelette 20 minutes before breakfast ends. Was not a good surprise as the rest of the food is awful.
There are much better much cheaper options available I would not recommend this place

Everything about this property is just awesome.
The breakfast is made fresh with multiple options.
Has several food options near by.
Pretty walkable to all happening places like Pattaya Tree Town/ Night Market & famous walking street.

Staff are friendly. If i ever go back will definitely book with them

The smell from the restaurant permeates into your clothes. I booked 3 nights. I looked in the room and quickly turned around and checked into another hotel. I took a loss but i didnt get any bed bugs. Im never going to stay there, nor recomend.

In summary the hotel is ok, big room and good location near beach. Unfortunately we had a really bad experience, our room filled with toxic smelling fumes and the hallways were filled with the same fumes/smoke soo much so that we couldn’t even see to the end of the hallway. We found out they were doing pest control and fumigation whilst guest are inside the hotel!! They never informed us prior and we had to call the front desk and then physically ask them at the front desk as the staff had no idea it was happening, even when the pest control car was still out front of the hotel… I work in the hotel industry and know how dangerous this is to do with guests inside. We never received an apology or any compensation. This is extremely dangerous and a major health and safety risk. Really really bad experience.

Staff was great but sadly this was not my best experience.

There were some really loud and inconsiderate guests yelling at 3 AM.
The staff did a great job managing the situation, but the hotel in general was not very quiet.

Pool is great though and location also fantastic.

Also the TV remote gave me a finger cramp as it was not working well.

Desk Staff was EXCELLENT. Mo,... Supervisor,... was very confident, professional, and ki d. Very impressed on how Mo handled difficulty situation with Unruley guest yet handled very professionally!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Mo !
Actually all front desk staff was professional and Friendly and Courteous. Restaurant also great and professional. I was very impressed with entire staff.

The staff was great. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Being from America the food for breakfast was a bit off putting but most was good. Only complaint i have. Is you serving plates meed to be heated to keep food hot. Just an idea from a restaurant/bar owner. Other than that had a great stay. Keep up the good work.

Horrible hotel…..pictures online are when from new or newly renovated. Rooms are in poor shape. Hotel is overrun by people from India (80%+), loud in the hallways, knocking on doors and no respect for anyone else. Just a horrible place. I wish I could leave 0 star review

My room smelled a little like overused men’s cologne and I needed to sleep with the window open until the smell had gone. Another issue was the loud younger Indian men making noise in the corridors and their rooms at all hours of the night. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were helpful, the A/C was strong and the room was generally quite clean.

Hôtel de construction assez récente et bien entretenu. Belle piscine au 8ème étage et salle de fitness impeccable.
Hélas, pas proche du centre de Pattaya.
Lieu calme.
Petit déjeuner bien assorti: personnellement j'aurai aimé de trouver du bacon frit pour les oeufs au plat et des pancakes avec du miel.

Let me say that the rooms are ok , the beds are comfortable but the rooms are small , the poor cleaning ladies can not really clean since they are on there own , they need help , our floors in our room where never washed , the air conditioner is so dirty , it has never been cleaned , the pool has no shade , no umbrellas, the breakfast is not worth the money they don’t have whole wheat bread , only white bread , when we asked for whole wheat we told that’s not possible there are food for asians but North American not so much ,

Very clean and tidy, especially for the price. The pool on the rooftop was cool too! The only improvements I would suggest is for their to be more clearly visible access to bins outside of your room for once your in-room bin is full. Also, would be helpful if the cleaning staff left a new toilet roll and towel in a bag on your room door handle, instead of waiting to be asked for a new one daily.
Otherwise, I was very happy with my experience and will stay at this place again.

Nice stay!

My stay at Glow was certainly good value as the room is quite spacious and well equipped; the gym and swimming pool are good; breakfast is nice and staff are friendly and efficient. The only negatives are the location (little far from the beach, nightlife and main shopping malls), and noisy guests can be clearlly heard through thin walls!
