Room was lovely and clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok in the hotel opposite and plenty of choice. Pool was freezing and 4 sunbeds, they was strong smells of cannibis in the corridors which just didn’t leave the time we was there which was really off putting. Was close to 7/11.

Little disappointed, checkin receptionist less than helpful, we were just told “not in main building go outside over there” and had to figure the rest out for ourselves.
Toilet wouldn’t flush and no water pressure in washlet, ended up fixing it myself. Bathroom had limited light, making showers kinda difficult.
Location of hotel was fine and given the New Year period price was reasonable, but still 3000bht a night you’d expect better. Despite the price guest service and basic room standards should not lowered.

The hotel has seen better days. Needs to be modernized. Old furniture, cracks in the walls, and the beds need more comfortable mattresses. The staff is excellant other than the check-in desk staff. Not friendly and almost looked put out to be bothered by the check-in.

Nice location, good value for money

Overall it is great value for money. It is in great central location close to everywhere, it is pretty clean, but on downside it could use some renewal for its rooms interior, the furniture and the bathroom are very old. Though still in working condition, either the shower may leak or the toilet flush may get stuck or closet doors get creaky. Otherwise, it would be perfect.
I would also to point out that the breakfast there is definitely the best I had in Thailand.

Hotel is around 15 mins walk from beach road. Area around the hotel is not very active. Rooms are very clean, big and beautiful and so is the hotel itself. Staff is nice. But breakfast was usually just warm or cold and some rooms had no hot water.

Worth to stay if you like quiet environment

The location is great that can easily find several family mart and 7eleven, there is also 24hr restaurant in the main road, walking from hotel only 2mins and the taste of Thai food is good. Price is also reasonable. Emjoy😃

Overall an amazing experience with this hotel. Staff is courteous. Breakfast was delicious & had lot of variety, although predominantly for non vegetarians. Prime location in the heart of pattaya & very near to walking street & Bali hai pier. Gym & swimming pool was a big plus in my stay.

I had a great relaxing holiday at the Miracle, 20 days to be exact. Close to CBD with a 5 to 10 min walk depending on energy & intoxication levels! :)
Staff were friendly & room was nice & clean. I would recommend for the Gym, a little maintenance on Lat pull-down (leg adjustment broken) & maybe an addition of Smith machine as I had to train every day to work off the great breakfast & multiple coffee's I consumed each morning.

Huge hotel, huge rooms fit for a king

Very big hotel with nice big comfortable rooms. Not very close to walking street if that's your thing but walk-able. Excesses of big wooden furniture everywhere which probably took a whole rain forest to supply. Pool OK if you can get a space away from the smokers. The hotel is in a middle eastern / arab quarter so lots of that style of restaurant around. Very good buffet breakfast for Thailand standards.

Well priced with great facilities

I was very surprised with the outstanding service at such a reasonably priced hotel. Good location, a great pool and the room was outstanding. The staff were excellent. And extremely friendly.
The only thing I was not happy with was the restaurant down stairs. The food was average. (This is not the same restaurant as the buffet breakfast. Breakfast was also good)

Lovely stay at LK

I really enjoyed my stay at LK Miracle Suite. The hotel and room are great and the staff very friendly and helpful! The two swimming pools are very good and there is a well equipped gym and sauna to use. the breakfast is very nice too, the only downside is that it is a little off the beaten track but still walkable to Walking Street and the main bus baht routes. I recommend this Hotel!

Far from beach and walking street, this hotel is non-suggestible under any condition. Even those 500 baht guest house rooms were better than this hotel. Cockroaches in the washroom, unhealthy breakfast, worst room cleaning service all seem to be at its worst level. Never staying in this hotel nor recommending it to anyone

We lost our camera near the pool side and the management denied to show the video footage without a police complaint...what a shame on such policies...Taking an advantage of tourist's situation..Manager tried to help just with some printouts from video clips but dint share the recording with us

The hotel was great and the rooms were big and clean. The hotel staff was also good and helpful. The breakfast was great even though the menu was same for all days. The only demerit was that the hotel was not close to the beach, had to take bike or taxi to go to the beach or Walking Street. Overall a great hotel with modern amenities and for a decent price.

Quiet Oasis in a City of Cacaphony

At first I was disappointed because I thought the hotel was too far from the beach and the nightlife, but that turned into a plus quickly. It's a first-class hotel, close to but not in the midst of Pattaya's crazy night-life. You can walk or take a moto-taxi to wherever you want to go yet the hotel is a quiet sanctuary. Two giant pools and an excellent buffet breakfast round out the mix. The rooms are huge with well-appointed bathrooms. My only complaint is that noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms can be annoying. If you like Lebanese food, the hotel restaurant serves up excellent meals and the neighborhood is filled with good Thai and middle-Eastern restaurants as well as the ubiquitous 7-11s.

Solo 4-day Pattaya explore

Well presented hotel (marble and glass) in the south Pattaya not to far from the Jomtien Beach. My Studio room on the 6th floor was spacey, newly furnished and clean, with a view of the city. Great breakfast, 2 x sparkly clean pools, spacey and well equipped gym, friendly staff speaking fluent English. No problems with visitors as the reception is in the adjoining building. Not very close to the beach and Walking Street but there is motorbike taxi on the corner or hire the scooter on the other corner like I did. Beware - hotels.com map location is wrong - showing the hotel on the Soi 3 or 4, close to the beach, which is incorrect. Regardless, my stay was so pleasant and great value for the money that I'll come back again.

Overall OK - but scammed by taxi concierge

The room was good as were the staff when we arrived. They helped us to move our bags up to the room when we arrived and seemed genuinely surprised when we offered them a tip.

The only negative about the room was that the hot water was very inconsistent. 1 minute it would be nice and hot, the next it would be lukewarm to cold.

The pool also looked very nice although unfortunately I did not use it.

The real negative of our stay was when we asked the taxi concierge to book us a taxi from Pattaya to Bangkok. He insisted that the taxi would cost us 2000baht because of the ongoing political unrest in Bangkok. We got the impression that taxi drivers were less inclined to go there for safety reasons. We accepted this and paid the concierge 2000baht.

10 minutes into our taxi journey, the taxi driver asked us how much we paid the concierge. We told him 2000baht. He threw his hands up in despair! He was only paid 700baht! The concierge scammed us 1300baht. I don't mind if the concierge takes a bit of a cut (maybe up to 300baht) for their services, but this was obviously an inappropriate amount.

To be fair, we should have been more street smart and just hailed any 1 of the dozens of taxis on the main road. My gf was unwell, so we decided to book a taxi through the hotel.

This left a very bitter taste in our mouths after what was a pretty good hotel experience.

Great facilities at reasonable price

The room and buildings are gorgeous. I wish there were more pull out drawers for clothing. The bathroom design poor with too small bathtub installed on a platform that floods the floor when taking showers. The air conditioner is little loud. Outside noise was never annoying. Location is a bit far from shopping, but just 15 minute hike to walking street. These comments may sound negative, but there are so many positives about this place that I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Staff are friendly..... The place look big, maybe that's the reason why I can see plate left at stair area for 3 days before they are clear. Room is rather new, but location is quite far away from shopping area. Apart from this, no room service available and house keeping phone never once pick up during my 3 days stay. Asking for extra towel took them 30 min or more before I have to approached front desk. By the way I have to call front desk to request from towel instead of house keeping. No doubt that the breakfast is good and you have a choice of 02 pools. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is the hotel you can consider.

Much more than a disappointment

The hotel from pictures and first glance upon arrival would lead you to believe something that this hotel is not. There are 2 hotels with 2 different names 1 of them being Miracle suite you could get a room at when you book this hotel, I assume they acquired the hotel across from them. I was given a room at the hotel across the street. This hotel was very overdue for serious renovations. The facility was clean but run down. My first room the toilet did not work and had to be moved to another room. The second room I believed everything was fine until I was woken up at 1 in the morning by hotel staff telling me that the room next to me complained that my A/C unit was to loud, they basically barged into my room to turn the temperature up in my room until the A/C unit turned off. They were very rude & this was completely unacceptable! I said something to the manager who seemed shocked that is how his staff handled the situation but it seemed much more like their protocol for how to handle a angry guest instead of actually addressing the issue. That being the first night and having booked this hotel for multiple days I was not willing to stay at a hotel that conducted itself this way, I booked another hotel and had a much better stay.

Everyone at the Miracle Suite was so friendly and helpful. I forgot my sweater at breakfast and they remembered me and returned it to me later on. The breakfast was amazing. Good variety and choice. The pools were both nice but too cold. The location was excellent. The hotel was beautiful.

Nice hotel. Very spacious rooms and friendly housekeepers. The front desk were not the nicest people but maybe they are just overly professional. The surrounding area is not the greatest. It is smack in the middle of the Arabic/Indian part of town which isn't very accommodating to western people. They didn't like me too much in this neighborhood which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Other than the area...the hotel is quite nice for the price. It is also part of tge LK hotel chain so it is pretty reputable in pattaya. Check it out for a few nights...you might like it :-)

Outstanding!

This is my third time of staying at the Miracle Suite hotel and I must say it is always a fantastic experience. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the washrooms are outstanding with a seperate bathtub and glass shower. This time, we were two males and we booked a two bedroom suite. Unbelievable!! A huge living room and dinette area with a powder room. The two seperate bedrooms each had their own master ensuite which included the glass shower and seperate tub. The whole suite must have been at least 1200 sq. ft. We also had a huge private balcony. This type of room would have been 8 times more expensive in North America, Europe, or other major centers. I would definately recommend this hotel as it is also close to all activities such as walking street, retaurants, bars, or shops, but is in a quiet area. The free buffet breakfast is also one of the best I have had. Enjoy your stay if you choose this hotel.

Awesome Stay at Miracle Suites

My stay was awesome, staff was very courteous, feel was of a five star. B'fast was too good, I believe one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Was a lil far away from the beach

Luxury in Pattaya

A lovely hotel that everyone should visit once. High quality even though a little bit far from action.I enjoyed my stay and sure i could come back.Highly recommended!

The Hotel is only nine months old, However the reception staff need a lot of training. Some of the facilities offered on the web site are not operating, The restaurant was not open in the evening, The steam room was out of service not a big deal unless you booked the hotel because of these facilities. The location is good about 5-10 minutes from the rat race which was a good retreat. The rooms are large and well maintained and clean. The breakfast was adverage with a set menu and was at the end a bit same same

The main problem with the hotel was the service. With the exception of one very helpful and competent female employee at the front desk the staff were pretty bad. Here are a couple of examples: A male customer service rep. called \"Num\" tried for no good reason to move me into another building when I extended my stay and got into an argument with my brother-in-law about the online commission rate for booking services, an issue which was not my concern as a customer. Then there were cleaning staff who ignored the \"Do not Disturb\" sign on my door, just to make their jobs easier and referred to me in Thai as \"sharp\" or \"unpleasant\" because I wasn't pleased. On the positive side, the dining room staff improved remarkably in a short time and went from chattering noisily and ignoring guests to clearing tables promptly and making attempts to protect food on the buffet from flys. They just need to vary the menu a bit and reintroduce some adult cereals like muesli to their menu.
The airconditioning in the fitness room had not been connected, which made it fairly useless.
No comlpaints about the room. It was large, bright, and comfortable.
Also, the GM is very nice and customer-service oriented. She just has a really difficult task finding and training good staff

Location is not bad

The rooms are very big and clean, the only problem is that you can hear people talking next door if you are given one of those connected rooms.
That is a nightmare if you have to wake up early in the morning.

They could do better

They should improve in the area of cleaning. The hotel is very nice, but the maids do not do a good job cleaning or resupplying soap, towels, toilet paper.

Beyond my my greatest expectation

The front end receptionist were 'all' great folks. Helpful in all aspects and a great source for help. I played golf a couple of times and they arranged the transportation on the spot without any issues.
Excellent facility with everything and I mean everything unscaled and first class.

Don't trust the map from [...]site!!!

It will be great hotel maybe sometime next year; however, they are not ready yet!!! While I was staying they were still working on the hotel, so it was very loud and most of amenities were not ready, such as swiming pool. Also the location is bad, not as shown the map.

Nice hotel and kind staff

The Hotel met up to my expectations. It was a nice Superior room I booked, it could use some refurbishment tho.
Hotel staff was very kind, and also the reception was smiling.

The fitness room was very nice. I workout alot and have been lifting weights for many years and this room met my demands.

There is one minus tho, and its a big minus.
The swimming pools are blocked from the sun, because they are sorrounded by tall buildings.
You are lucky if you can get the few sunbeds, at the one corner wheres there some sunlight. But they are taken fast.
