I booked 1 week here and kept My plans open ended and ended up extending my stay twice the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to this as well as any requests I had all week. The young man and the young lady who speaks very good English at the front desk are genuinely very kind and friendly- the hotel is lucky to have them working there. Really made my stay enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel facilities are quite dated. The room was small but did have a balcony. Because there were only sheer curtains, it was not practical to open them during the day as there would be no privacy at all. The bathroom was also quite narrow, which may be uncomfortable for taller or larger guests.
The hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from the seaside, but the surrounding area is rather noisy and the location is not ideal.
Overall, considering the condition of the facilities and the location, the price feels slightly high for what is offered.

I chose the Journeyhub b/c I really enjoy a nice rooftop pool. And I liked this rooftop. I liked the beautiful green beach towels. The pool was plenty large. I loved the graffiti and art. There was plenty of sun to be had up here. The staff were very nice here. The location is also good b/c it's just enough away from the night life intensity, but also within walking distance should you want to head out on a Saturday night. I find the place very safe and all the other guests were civil.

I had a blast at Journeyhub! Awesome hotel from start to finish. The A/C works like a charm (a concern I have when traveling abroad from the US). The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff is awesome and very helpful and friendly as well as the woman that runs the laundry shop outside of the hotel. Shout out to the guys who work at the rooftop bar. Centrally located close to an entire shopping mall with an extensive food court and a short walk to Pattaya Beach Road and Pattaya Beach.

This is a good choice for a hotel. It's in easy walking distance to most places. The staff is friendly, helpful and spoke good English. For this size of hotel the breakfast was good. It had more Indian food options than western options, but there was enough to make it worthwhile. As an Expedia VIP booking I was allowed an early check-in and given a room upgrade. I have stayed at this hotel before and I would definitely stay here again.

Simply a great Hotel in Central Pattaya
As my first time in Pattaya I chose this hotel because it was close to the main attractions etc. The staff were friendly and professional and gave excellent advice about the area. My room was nice and the balcony was big with views of the city. The breakfast was interesting and the rooftop swimming pool wasn’t too deep, that’s good for a lot of people. Oh there’s a gym and a kids play area, both quite good. If you’re at Pattaya for the first time, I’d highly recommend you to stay at Journeyman Central Pattaya.

This property is away from main street so it’s quiet. Not far walk only 5 min if you walk to right and then into shopping center on your left. Tons of food options. Breakfast buffet we did not participate due to limited options of food items. Not worth money. Pool area was nice but inside pool is very slippery. We had the family room. 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. Very spacious. Nice bathroom. Pattaya is a very busy and loud town. This hotel is away from it.

One criticism is the \"king size bed\" is actually 2 single beds pushed together. The duvet was then placed in landscape mode to cover both beds but was too short in portrait.

I loved this hotel I had the pleasure of staying for two weeks until the middle of March. The staff was extremely professional and made me feel at home. Rose had a positive attitude very vibrant and friendly which makes a huge difference. Furthermore she was extremely informative. I also liked the environment with security making the hotel feel a lot safer. This hotel is walking distance from a lot of places and a great location in Pattaya. I will definitely stay at this place again soon. The premium bedding is great a nice soft bed in addition to a clean room.

Stayed here many times before when it was The Pattaya Bay so decided to book again what a mistake.Room was extremely dirty windows nailed shut bed so uncomfortable.

The reviews and videos of the property were encouraging and the price was attractive. The pictures on the booking site looked stretched but that's not unusual and I did not feel I would need more space.
Unfortunately, the design of the bathroom is not ideal, with the toilet crammed against the shower glass siding. I could barely fit and I'm not that tall. The shower itself is very spacious but I'd rather they gave more space to the toilet or the sink area. I have been told some of the rooms have a more spacious bathroom.
Another issue was that the weak water pressure and inconsistent temperature.
I did like the air conditioning which has a remore and the ability to direct the airflow upwards toward the ceiling.
The balcony is spacious and has a kitchen sink. Two chairs are provided but no table. There are blackout curtains but no privacy shades.
The pool was underwhelming. It has underwater sitting benches with water jets but the pressure is way too low to have any effect.

Journey hub was very helpful to us as we needed a place to stay That would accept late check-in as our flight did not arrive till almost midnight. In Bangkok.We walked around the Corner tge first night and played pool at a cool little spot and we had the best night.

I was denied access to the pool because i had a Pepsi in my hand. I was told i could not go to the pool, and a sign reading \"no outside food or drink\" was shown to me.

All the staff at the hotel were very professional. What stood out the most, was the kind nature and attentive nature of everyone who worked there. I would often visit the upstairs pool by the restaurant to cool off and have some drinks. Every interaction I had with the restaurant staff was welcoming. Laxmi, whom I interacted with the most was so kind to me and always had a beautiful smile. She absolutely cares for her guests and has a kind heart. I will certainly stay at JourneyHub again, as it is tucked away from the noisy main strip. Laxmi, you are a kind soul, and thank you for making my vacation so enjoyable.

This property is near the beach and takes pets! The check-in and check-out was super quick. There is a t fee and a fee if you want an extra room key. The room key is refundable. The bathroom is on the smaller size but you have a nice roomy shower. The rooms size were great and I had a little balcony. I love places that offer a microwave and a decent-sized fridge. I was only there for 2 days but would this would have been great for a longer term. I wish they had more breakfast options. I wouldn’t pay for the food, but the accommodations were great. There is also a little market nearby and lots of night spots if you’re into that. The mall is also within walking distance.

We bought some Lysol wipes at the store across the street and it all wiped off in about 10 minutes and the room looked good.
