Handicapped access is nearly nonexistent. No ramp to enter. Elevators too small for wheelchair without removing leg extensions. Staff is super nice and do all that they can for you though. I appreciated that.

I want to commend and thank the staff at Grand Hotel for a very enjoyable stay. The room was quite comfortable and adequate. And the housekeeping made sure I had everything I needed. The location, although noisy, is right by Walking Street where all the action and excitement is. There is even 2 laundry businesses less than 100 yards away. Also, thanks to the staff for having my phone that I forgot and had to return to get. Overall, a great hotel that really cares about their guests and one I truly recommend to those visiting Pattaya.

They accuse me staining there towels in which their towels already had stain on them. My had book the room in her name, everytime we enter the hotel they would asked if she's a working girl.

The mangers apologize for workers assumptions but with the towel incident and this we checkout early and refund back to the cc. The hotel isn't for couple, again the mangers did apologize

It’s a great location if you want to see walking Street and party, but if you want to visit Pattaya there’s better hotels in the area I would recommend staying if you wanna stay close to walking Street. This is not a bad choice. The staff is friendly and the housekeepers are good.

Great hotel right on Walking Street

The room I chose was the room with Seaview which was great. The air-conditioner in the room worked well as well as the refrigerator. They provided 2 free bottles of water every day. Bathroom was clean but shower was a tight fit, room for improvement in the lighting in the bathroom.

The Hotel is very close to Walking Street which is a good thing, The bad thing is that you will not be able to get a night sleep as the noise is unbearable also the photos of the room doesn’t represent what the rooms look like and I didn’t get a room with ocean view

1. Tricksters. You book a Seaview room (which should face the beach, but they'll put you into a cheaper room overlooking walking street with a partial Seaview. )
2. Except for a couple of them, the front desk staff all are scowling and unfriendly.
3. No concierge, bell boy - no one to help
4. If they change your room they want you to go down, give them the room key, housekeeping will check the room, then they'll give you the new room key - all without any help from them.
5. The music from the street below is so loud UNTIL 4 AM, the room walls reverberate from the sound, all the way to the top floor.

The staff is very well behaved, and supportive. They gave me 2 hour early check in without charge because I arrived early, and let me leave my bag there after while I was out shopping for a bit. Very reasonable and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!

I love the staff at the hotel, they are very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times this year. I am planning 2 more trips this year and plan on staying with them the next 2 trips.

Rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good view of the ocean. If you like the Pattaya nightlife this is a good place to stay
However, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not the place to be.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is located near Walking Street so it can occasionally get noisy. The hotel was clean. There were no problems with water and air conditioning. The WIFI had some slow periods but overall was great. I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hotel and would definitely go there again on my next visit.
