The employees are all kind and helpful. The room is clean but very dated and lacking basic things like hot water in the bath faucet and no separation for the shower from the general bathroom floor. There was a lot of early morning noise.

I travel a lot for tourism, and I'm often deceived by hotel owners; there's a huge difference between what they advertise and what they offer. But at the Dream Pattaya Hotel, I found everything wonderful. The rooms are spacious, cleaning is continuous daily, the location is close to everything, transportation is readily available, and the hotel staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the walking daily, the property is just 2 blocks away from the beach and behind the famous Pattaya Walking Street, very safe and sounded with affordable restaurants

The room was not a deluxe room. The bed was broken. It smell like a toilet. When it rained, it rained in my room. The fridge sounds very load. Ready to exploded. No TV remote for the old TV. The girl at the front desk was so rude. The maid was great!

I have been a loyal customer for 25 years returning once or twice a year, usually for 14-21 each visit. The maid service and front desk service is excellent. Rooms are fine and AC is always cold enough. While the hotel is getting older, rooms have been upgraded over the years. Great hot water but sometimes faucets leak. Good class of clients to hotel. Hotel is a good value for a basic room. I always stay in a Deluxe room but a standard room is almost as good.

Charge for guests bugs are there

It has a good location near the beach and walking street but. Bed has some bugs and it charges extra for visitors i was felling good when intered and check in bad check out nurves with the employee specialy the one at night so agrasive

Aggressive staff.

I was annoyed when using the hotel computer. Clerk wanted to know if I was staying there and didn't understand my answer. Food is way too expensive.

Quick relaxing getaway

Ideal location. Shops food & amenities everywhere &.bars clubs nightlife 3 mins walk away. The beach 5 minutes walk. Local 10 bahts bus route outside to Jomtien beach 10-15 mins away. Quieter cleaner beach with beautiful clean sand

Avoid room B14 for the moment

No kettle to make hot water and restaurant only open 8pm Malaysian time.Next
time check if TV in the room works as handyman could not locate the fault and reception said whole hotel no tv reception which was not true

This hotel has best location for nightlife but best of all prices are extremely low with all amenities such as free wifi, 66 TV channels and new air conditioners.

This hotel is very disappointing and unsatisfying

Expected a lot but recieving from the hotel was very disappointing and hotel management argues a lot with customer and no proper response and repect towards tourists . Too many conditions and air conditioner doesn't work well and maintainance was not satisfying and for each n everything they go for an argument . It's really a upset for all of us on this trip about this hotel . U would sincerely request to make a compaint on their hospitality

This hotel is one of the Worst hotel in Pattaya. I never stayed a hotel like this. No separate area for bath, bath pipe is overhead of toilet. towels are dirty. Can't recommend this hotel for anybody

Great little hotel at a great location at a great price.

This is not the most luxurious hotel in Pattaya but it serves its basic purpose of having a clean big king size bed, clean bathroom and clean linens. The hotel is a little on the old side but the white towels are actually white, very soft, and smells clean! The shower is not sectioned off from the toilet like most local hotels in Pattaya. Great location in South Pattaya, a heartbeat away from the heart of Walking Street. Walking distance to food, shopping, and massages. The mattress is on the soft side but I was ok with it. They have a 24 hour front desk and an elevator considering this is a small hotel. I definitely would recommend this hotel for my friends and family members if they are looking for a bargain hotel to stay a couple of nights. However, I can't imagine myself staying here for more than 5 nights.

I didn’t like the check-in and the dealing with the people at the reception very rude not friendly always ready to assault you. I never felt so bad with the receptionist people whatever you ask you always receive a very rude answer. The only nice person at the reception it was the night Porter very friendly very negative experience this year the only trouble is that the hotel is in a very good position right in the centre you no need any transport to get to the nightlife you fancy.

予約が入ってる事を理解していなくてチェックインにかなり手間取った。指定の部屋は工事の掃除をしていなく変更してもらった。セーフティボックスも設置しているが作動していない。が、全てを凌駕してスタッフが一生懸命なので許せます。

周辺には夜遊びは勿論、CVS、レストランなど揃っていて滞在には便利。ウオーキングストリートに近いが特に騒々しい事もない。設備は古いが清潔感は保てているし何しろリーゾナブル。アメニティは石鹸以外何も無いがこの価格ならむしろ潔いかなと変に納得。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで周辺情報も丁寧に教えてくれた。また宿泊さしてもらいます。

コスパ良いホテル

ネコが飼われているホテル。物を買って帰るとおねだりされます。

部屋は毎日清掃され、清潔。ただしシャンプーは自身で用意が必要。それだけでも満足感が上がります。

立地は、ジョムティエンまでソンテウを使って移動するのが簡単かつウォーキングストリートまでほど近い。
そのため十九時辺りはバイクの音が部屋に入ってきますが、気になるほどではありません。

コストパフォーマンス高いホテル。

海岸、ウオーキングストリート近くの遊びには便利な場所。若干古いホテルだが部屋の広さ、清潔感、水回り等は価格と比較すれば問題ない。コストパフォーマンスは高い。スタッフもフレンドリーな対応で各種の質問には的確な返答が期待できる。セイフティーボックス未設置、各種のアニメティが貧弱なのも当然と割り切って使用すべき。次回も多分使用する予定です。
