My housekeeper did a great job.The food and beverage staff also did a great job. I felt like this hotel provides a great value for its price. The location, the staff, the quality of the room, everything was great. Many of the newer hotels do not have ample hot water or water pressure. This hotel does not have that problem. The rooftop is one of the best in the city and the bulk of Central Pattaya is well within walking distance. The front-desk staff and the doormen were courteous and pleasant. I will stay here in the future.

Sea Me Spring Too is a solid choice in Pattaya, offering incredible value for money. Its location on Soi 10 is the star, putting you right next to the beach and major shopping/dining hubs like Central Pattaya Mall. The staff truly made the stay memorable; they were exceptionally friendly and always went the extra mile to assist. I also appreciated the room's outdoor space—the balcony/patio was a good size, easily accommodating me and another person to relax comfortably.
Areas for Improvement: The hotel is noticeably outdated. This is primarily reflected in the rooms—the TVs are older and do not allow for device connection, and while the A/C worked great, it was quite loud. The biggest letdown was the shower head; despite excellent water pressure in the large bathroom, the shower head itself was faulty and only partially functional. An update to the room fixtures would make this hotel an absolute winner. Still, the positives far outweigh the negatives!

Cons: the lighting in the room is inadequate, the lighting in the bathroom is NOT suitable for shaving, I really struggled!

If You Need to Work While Here It's Not The Place

Page 10 down the block was sold out when I was in town and I wanted to stay on Soi 10, and this place had rooms available. It was OK. Staff is great, however the rooms are just rooms and if you need to get work done on the trip, this is not the place. Page 10 provides an in-room cube/work-space with outlets and good internet and a chair. Sea Me has a table and a bench, not a chair and no outlets anywhere near the table, so impossible to plug in and work. Most people staying here that needed to get work done had to go downstairs to the restaurant area or to Starbucks.

Property is in a great location. 2 min walk from beach. 5 to 10 min walk from walking street entertainment area. Plenty of shopping and eating area all around. Hotel is avarage, its clean and old. The building is in a alley kinda of. Dont bother with getting a balcony cause there is nothing to see. If you get a rear unit balcony face a wall. If you get a front unit it faces the alley. Bed was extremely hard, felt like i was sleeping on the floor. So if you are there to party and hang out all night this might not be. A issue. One orher weird thing, there is never anyone at front desk. All business is conducted across the street in there other hotel. That bothers me, i didnt feel that safe anykne can walk in and come to your room, there is no security guard or key elevator. Plus room doors dont have a lock. Just a flap thing to keep people out. I saw you tube video with people removing them while you are sleeping. So that was on my mind as well. I ended up checking out a day earlier and going back to Bangkok. Other then that if these things dont bother you, go for it. The location is great and the staff across the street are pleasant. My friend stayed a couple doors down, his hotel was a bit more modern for same price. Next time im in pattaya i will try that one. One more thing ac work and was cold.

I booked my stay for Sea Me Spring Too....only to find it was Closed when I arrived. I was told that I was \"upgraded\" to Sea Me Tree. I DO NOT consider tat an upgrade. The rooms are smaller and have fewer amenities. The bait and switch was unethical. They should not list Sea Me Spring Too as available on Hotels.com if it is Closed. This type of business practice should not be tolerated.

The rudest staff iv cone across .

We went to the pool for a swim and were greeted by a 2 grumpy rude staff members.
Both were on their phones the hole time we were there and when we ask for a towel they were annoyed that we interrupted them on their phones and eating chips while working .
Not ones did we get a smile or felt welcomed across the whole property.

Don’t waste your money at this hotel .

So I really liked that it was close to the beach and second road. You literally could come out and go a few feet to beach road and if you chose to go in the opposite direction you could go to second road. The upkeep was pretty good as well. There's an outside sitting area where you can sit and drink and people watch as people go up and down the soi. Really liked that as well. The only issue I had was that the room I upgraded too did not feel like an upgraded room. I was on the 8th floor and it felt like a standard room instead. I remember staying there New Years of 16 and the room I had was really great. It overlooked the Soi just as the upgraded room I had this time and it was way different. Other than that, I'm a fan of Sea Me Spring hotels they have there. Can't wait until my next trip to stay at Sea Me Spring Tree!

Good enough but too noisy.

Bring with you the earcaps because you won't manage to sleep without: Noise from the air conditioning external units located in the balcony.
I had to enter the credentials for the WiFi infinite times.
The height of the shower jet cannot be regulated.
Noise during the early morning coming from near buildings under construction.
Noise from the speaker of the walkie talkie of the cleaner or room service walking outside the room.
The balcony is useless and having a phone conversation becomes a pain with the noise of the air conditioning external units.
English at the hotel reception is basic.

Rooms are good. Construction work going on, so lot of noise in the day. Near to beach and shopping, half Km to walking street. But you can get a shared taxi for 10 bhat towards walking street. Hope there are better hotels at better price nearby. Not optimal for a solo traveler. May be good for families.

Stayed there from 21 July 15 until 3 August 15. If you stay on the 8th floor the cleaning staff are extremely noisy because their office is right next to room 809. They yell across the hall talking to each other starting at 7:30 a.m. There is really loud construction going on across the road. That starts at 8 a.m. and goes on all day. Basically if your there to party at night and want to sleep in find a hotel further away from the Soi 10 road where this hotel is located. Other than that it was all good.

Awful. Avoid this hotel.

I had planned to stay for two nights, but I ended up leaving after one night because it was so bad. The location is close to the main road in Pattaya, so that is nice. Other than that, the hotel is outdated and dirty. The bathroom had mold all over and the room smelled quite bad. After the first night, I woke up to find my suitcase filled with bugs that were crawling around the room. The hotel staff did not care and could not be bothered to do anything about it. I ended up leaving the hotel because it was so bad and the staff was so unhelpful. I will definitely not stay here again.
