The hotel is very nice and in a good location with a beautiful view over the island. The room itself was clean, and out of all the amenities they all worked well, the only thing missing was a kettle, and as I understand it the hotel was getting them the day we left (so this is likely to be amongst the amenities now). The staff were helpful and the room itself was spacious and pleasantly decorated.

This is a nice enough little place for getting some authentic island feel. The room could have used some upkeep. There was mold along the baseboards, The door didn't lock but I didn't feel like anyone was going to steal anything either.
None of the staff spoke English so I had to communicate with the hotel via someone on WhatsApp. Not a bad workaround. They were very responsive.
Be advised you have to walk up a pretty good hill to get there. If you are not one to want to trudge up a hill take that into consideration.

Black mould visible on walls, ceiling and all over the bathroom. Staff were lovely but only one person on the property at any time and no way to draw their attention if they were occupied. The vacant block opposite allows a beautiful view. Away from the touristic area which was a deliberate choice but the poorly maintained paths made access with luggage difficult. Laundry was returned still damp in a plastic bag and no tea/coffee making facilities available before 9am. Would not pass health and safety regulations in any western country. Disappointing because from outside it looks perfect and has so much potential. The owner keeps her distance and communicates via WhatsApp messages..

Very old bed and all other stuff in the room including towels etc. Barely the place is taking care of and not updated shower, restroom and all the stuff that one needs in a room. Unless you have to, I suggest other places. We were in the room #1, main floor with separate entrance. Upstairs were making noise and moving chairs or furnitures around long after 12 midnight... we couldn't sleep. İ called the manager to let her know. The furniture explanations came from her.

Just outside of the town center at the beginning of the hillside and forest, the Elisa Butik Otel is a very peaceful place with a wonderful staff. I would highly recommend.

Açıkcası, rezervasyonu yaptığımız günden beri heyecanla girişi beklemiştik. Ancak maalesef beklediğimiz gibi bir konaklama geçiremedik. İlk etapta konum olarak bizi zorladı, merkeze ciddi bir uzaklığı ve yokuşu var. Elimizde çantalarla güneş tepedeyken oldukça zorlandık. Odaya giriş yaptığımız ilk an ise çok beğenmiştik. Manzarası, hijyeni ve eşyaları iyi görünüyordu. Ancak akşam döndüğümüzde odada karşılaştığımız manzarayla neye uğradığımızı şaşırdık. Odada birden fazla hamam böceği ve başka böcekler ile karşılaştık ve o dakikadan sonra hiçbir şey istediğimiz şekilde gitmedi. Neyse ki konaklayan diğer bir misafir o an daha iyi hissetmemizi sağladı. Yeni bir oda tahsis edildi ancak güvenle rahat ve huzurlu bir şekilde uyuyamadık. “Yolu merkeze uzak ama en azından otelin kendisi güzel” diye düşünürken bu durum bizi baya düşürdü ve bir an önce çıkış yapmak istedik.

Sadece kahvaltı servisi 11 de bitmesine rağmen 10:50’de servis acmadilar bir de aynı gün terasa yemek servisi istedik boş olmasına rağmen teras dolu denilip servisi yukarı açmadılar yine. Onun dışında her sey mukemmeldi, tekrar adaya gelsem kesinlikle tekrar gelirim.

Otelin konumu eşyalarınızı rahat taşıyabileceğiniz yada başka bir yere gitmek istediğinizde kolay ulaşılabileceğiniz bir yerde değil malesef temizlik açısından vasat ve yıpranmış vaziyette duşu kullanamadık bile otelde su için sebilleri mevcut gönül rahatlığıyla su içebilirsiniz. Deniz manzarası güzel evet ama üst katta değil girişte ve otelde durmak bile istemediğiniz için manzaranın da bir anlamı kalmıyor. Puanlara ve yorumlara bakarak biraz da mecburiyetten kaldım ama kötü bir deneyim oldu.

Büyükada’da Elisa Butik Otel’de 1 gece konakladık. Vapurdan indikten sonra otele yürüyerek yaklaşık 18 dakikada ulaştık. Yolun bir kısmı yokuş olsa da yürümeyi tercih ettik; bu sayede adayı keşfetme fırsatımız oldu ve araç kullanmaya gerek duymadık.
Otelin internet sitesindeki görsellere bakarak odamızın üst katta olduğunu düşünmüştük. Ancak otele vardığımızda odanın giriş katında olduğunu gördük ve bu durum açıkçası hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Otel açıklamalarında oda kat bilgisi yer almıyordu; sadece “deniz manzaralı” ifadesi vardı. Bu nedenle fotoğraflar biraz yanıltıcı olabilir. Yine de manzara görsellerdeki gibiydi.

Konaklamamız güzel geçti. Isıtma, manzara, temizlik, yemekler gibi aklınıza gelebilecek her şey oldukça iyidi. Oldukça memnun kaldım. Manzaranın keyfini iyice çıkarmak için dışardaki masada oturmanız lazım bu yüzden yazın gitmenizi daha çok tavsiye ederim. Sadece tuvalet temiz olmasına rağmen kötü bi koku geliyodu. Ulaşım taksiyle oldukça cüzi bi ücretle sağlanıyo. Yokuş yukarı çıkmak zor, inerken güzel :)

Güler yüzlü işletmecilerin olduğu temiz, çok hoş manzarası olan tatlı bir otel. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Otel içi fiyatlar da çok makul cana yakın arkadaşlar çalışıyor, biz ufak bi sakatlık sebebi otelden pek çıkamadık ama otel adanın en güzel yerinde olduğundan pek etkilenmedik.

Kaldığımız odayı gayet beğendik temizlik konusunda bir sıkıntı görmedik. Ulaşım konusunda yorumlardan dolayı biraz gözümüz korkmuştu ama hiç sorun yaşamadık. Otobüs ile zaten çok yakınına gidiliyor, meydandan yüründüğü zaman da okadar dik yokuşlar yok. Çevrenin sakinliği ve teras manzarasına bayıldık. Restoranını da tecrübe ettik yemekler taze ve lezzetliydi. Kullanıma açık kutu oyunu tavla vb. Olması bizi sevindirdi. Jakuzili oda tuttuk ve herhangi bi sorun yaşamadık güzeldi. Otelin tek ve en büyük kusuru ev konseptli olduğu için yalıtım çok kötüydü. Yan odadakinin öksürme sesi dahi duyuluyordu. Odaların kapıları yanyana oldugu için koridordaki en ufak tıkırtı odaya gidiyor aynı şekilde odadaki en ufak ses de dışarı. Bir diğer sorun ise ortak kullanım alanı olan terasın 2 yanında odalar var ve odanın bi duvarı full cam şeklinde terasa açılıyor. Perde ile kapatılmış ancak tam yeterli değildi terasa çıktığımız bir anda odadakiler ile pek de hoş olmayan bi karşılaşma yaşadık farkında olmadan. Aile ile tercih edilmesi pek uygun olmasa da biz genel olarak memnun kaldık bir daha gitsek tercih ederiz. Çalışanlar da çok güler yüzlü ve kibardı.

2 gece 3 gün konakladık. Odalar temiz ancak lavabo ilk geldiğimizden beri çok kötü kokuyordu ve bu koku hiç gitmedi. Romantik odada kaldık, jakuzi boyutu iki kişi için uygundu ancak su bazen soğuduğu için sıcak şekilde doldurmakta problem yaşadık biraz. Otelin en kötü yanı ses yalıtımının neredeyse hiç olmaması ve maalesef odalar çok yakın. Kaldığımız iki günde de insanların öksürüğü gibi ya da adım sesi gibi basit sesler ile uyandık. İnsanların konuşmaları bile çok net duyuluyordu maalesef bu da empati yapınca bizi çok rahatsız etti ve rahat sohbet bile edemedik. Oda sadece klima ile ısınıyor ama o da sesli çalıştığı için rahatsız ettiği zamanlar oldu ama bence iyi ısıtıyordu. İlk akşam istediğimiz çay yarım saatte gelmeyince iptal ettik ve başka da ekstra hizmet talebinde bulunmadık ve sadece barınma amacıyla kullandık. Otel bayağı bir yokuşta ve minibüs, taksi vs. çok pahalı bunu da belirteyim.

Mevsim dolasıyla ada biraz soğuktu, ısıtma olarak sadece klima olması bazen üşümeye sebebiyet verdi, personel çok iyi niyetli hem konaklama hem mutfak fiyatları çok iyiydi, otobüslerin faaliyete geçmesiyle adanın biraz tepelerinde yer almasına karşın ulaşımı da fena değildi tabi iskeledeki oteller daha kolay, mobilyalar yenilenebilir, priz ve kıyafet için depolama alanı azdı. Genelde günübirlik gelen müşteriler için yeterli olacaktır ama 3 ve üzeri konaklamalarda eşyalarınızı sağa sola koymak zorundasınız

Good stay, great view and clean apartment. We stayed in winter (mid January) and it was pretty cold at night, AC was working but still I think it's much nicer when it's warmer outside. One \"minus\" is that check-out is at 9 am, which is too early. And also its on top of the hill so its pretty steep if you walking there.

Oda güzeldi öncelikle bir buzdolabı veya kettle olmalıydı. Tuvalette çöp kovası koku bir şey yoktu banyo kısmı çok temiz kokmuyordu. Oda soğuktu klimayı çok denedik çok sonradan ısıttı. Oda tatlıydı bahçe kısmında çıkıp oturmalık yerler olması güzel samimi o kısmı çok sevdik. Hizmet açısından orada çalışan arkadaş güler yüzlüydü, yemekleri kendisi yaptı lezzetli olmuştu.
