Arrived at 1245 after a very long drive only to be told we could not check in until 1400hrs - Strike 1

Bed very hard and pillow likewise - Strike 2

Hotel setup for group bookings mostly. Lacks the individusl traveller courtesy

Shower dirty with mouldy grout - Strike 3

When checking out and handing the key back no attempt was made to return the deposit. It was only later when i asked my wife where it was that I
L learned it had not been voluntarily returned. We returned to the hotel and after being made to sign a form, got ou r deposit back - Strike 4

No facility at hotel or anywhere nearby to have european dining.

Will never again use this hotel and strongly recommend that you do not either.

1. Thin ceiling and walls. Chair screeching noises from above heard.
2. Wall paint chipped and there are scratches, not maintained.
3. Lizards hiding. One fell from cupboard onto the fridge and hid behind it.
4. Quite a few insect larvae found in bathroom, moving about, on ceiling and around bathtub.
5. TV not smart. Can’t connect my phone to TV. Can only watch the channels in TV. So end up didn’t use TV at all.
6. Picture from website and reality is so different. In a bad way. Condition and cleanliness.
7. My charger did not fit the room’s switch. Never seen the shape before. Had to urgently buy adapter so I can charge my dying phone. Get a universal adapter just in case.
8. Hotel is beside a street. Early morning people shouting using megaphone.
9. No room service. Very little food options around and in Grab.
10. Breakfast was the same for all 4 mornings that I went to eat. Very small spread too.
11. Location quite far from city center.

7 night stay with purchased breakfast which same food every day, it was pretty boring. Bed was broken, toilet seems rarely clean also black mold on the tiles, need deep clean. Staff are helpful.

The hotel is located in such a good location. It is near the main road and surrounded by restaurants coffee shops and convenient stores. Everything is in a walking distance. The room is quite big. Comparing with the reasonable price, everything is good enuf.

Going downhill

The bed was comfortable and amenities ok. Breakfast had decent variety, although some things weren’t replaced when they ran out and the eggs were cold. Even though this building seems pretty new, it’s not kept up well. The zipper covers on our couch were broken, so the insides were coming out and the whole room badly needed repainted. The bathroom smelled like urine the whole time, like they never cleaned around the toilet or something. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

It’s not a 4* hotel. It’s a 3*.
Clean but pillows were terribly hard.
The hall was noisy with people talking loud in the middle of the night.

Property was very clean and accommodating, and the staff was friendly. They provided 2 water bottles daily for consumption which was quite helpful with the heat. It is very close to Huamum Night Market via taxi (~7 min) for a quick and cheap dinner.

I chose this place as it was within walking distance to Kasetsart University and the eating places. It's basic, but it's clean and convenient. The bathroom has a bit of a smell, but after letting the exhaust fan run all day, the smell is not as strong. The room has a sink and a fridge which is handy. The accommodation also includes a buffet breakfast, which is simple but nice.

Nice hotel near main road

Rooms are clean and tidy. From the reception to the ground staffs are very helpful. Only the location is the problem, it is located in the heavy traffic area all the time. The nearest subway (BTS - Mo Chit) is located only 5km away but it takes 40minits when in heavy traffic from the subway to the hotel by car.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room but all the necessary amenities. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay but very limited vegetarian choices which was an issue for me. There is nothing much to do in the neighbourhood so plan accordingly.

Urine stains on the sheets. Elevator makes a noise every time the doors open, this can be heard from the rooms - extremely annoying.Didn’t stay the night, checked out at 11pm. Below average hotel.

Stayed here a night only for a stopover. Condition in room somewhat old. Some things like shower head was not securely attached but still usable. Blanket and towels smells like not cleanly washed. In general for the price it's expected. But I have stayed in another hotel in Bangkok that is cheaper, in better condition, and better location.

This hotel does the job. The bed was fine and it comes with a kitchenette and a tv. The area is not ideal but it works for a night or two in the city if you're willing to take a taxi to activities.

Certainly one of the worse hotels I've stayed at. To start, reception staff are unfriendly and barely speak a word of English. I was woken up at 6.25am by shouting in the passageway, then a loudspeaker continued right outside the hotel for the remainder of the day, so loud I could barely hear myself think. room had mini kitchenette but no plates or knife and fork. bed was OK but very hard pillows. Me and my partner had to share a keycard, no 2nd keycard given, I don't recommend this place at all, unless you're looking for a unfriendly noisey place.

I usually don't write reviews unless my experience has been very good. In this case, for the first time in my life, I write just because my staying was one of the worst ever experienced while traveling.
The room was ok, furnitures a bit cheap but overall ok. The worst thing was the personnel of the hotel, especially the front desk. Their English is poor but that was not a problem for me. The problem was, their attitude, they never tried to really help, for anything literally. Once one of them even laughed at me because someone stolen my umbrella and I just asked what I could do since it was raining outside... seriously.
Then another time I simply asked how long would have taken for a taxi to get to the airport the day after, when I was leaving. The answer \"I don't know\" and that's it.
So if you want to have a nice staying do go to this hotel, especially if you don't speak Thai.
