Two separate rooms were booked for our employees travelling to Malaysia. They checked out within the hour and we had to find alternate accommodation due to:
- Rooms having bodily hair from previous guest in the beds
- Rooms were locked but had someone enter them, breaking the lock - highly unsafe
- Hotel advertised restaurant but employees were told there wasn't a restaurant upon arrival

We have emailed a complaint and asked for a refund but haven't received any response.

It was only a quick 3-hour nap on a layover so I didn't really test everything, but for that it was good. Check in was easy, room was clean, good a/c, & comfy bed. Loved the cute airplane themes. No complaints (about the hotel—didn't have a bit of a fiasco with the taxi getting there but that's not the hotel's fault 😅)

The rooms on Expedia were looking good and spacious but in reality, room was so small.

Hotel did not offer free drop off initially and advised that they will charge, breakfast was finished early and we were not communicated about breakfast timing.

They advised that they will refund our breakfast and transport charges but we have not received any confirmation of refund so far.

Overall, it was an unpleasant experience booking for this hotel via Expedia.

A friendly chef but nothing else good

The breakfast chef was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy but everything else was well below expectations even for a lower priced hotel. Despite pre booking and multiple phone calls and emails on the day our prebooked shuttle never arrived requiring an expensive taxi. The room, bathroom and elevator was dirty (even the room coffee mug), bathroom had half of the shower screen missing, the advertised restaurant and room service were not available.

For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again.

Old, Dirty and Falling apart. Room was boiling hot on arrival, aircon didn't work properly, noisy aircon and fridge. Tiny bar fridge was dirty and empty, no bottled water. Toilet didnt flush properly. Most staff were rude and unhelpfull, but not all. Our room was clearly including buffet breakfast, showed them my booking email but they said it was booked by Expedia, not Wotif and no breakfast was noted. Possibly in future i will book directly with expedia if thats what wotif do.

Don't waste your money

No windows in room, dirty all round, very sticky and dusty, bad reception attitude, AC not working so I was boiling all night with no window to open, shower area very small so can't have shower easily. A horrible and bad experience. Won't stay there again.

I have travelled the world and NEVER being so disappointed in my accommodation, thing love child of bate hotel and faulty towers.

The hotel is half an hour from the airport but there is a lot of traffic to get there. There is practically nothing around the hotel and it is difficult to walk to decent restaurants. The reception staff is friendly but the same cannot be said for the restaurant and bar staff where there is a rude woman. The breakfast is terrible with cold food and little choice. The rooms have an unpleasant smell and when I entered the bathroom there was still a dirty toilet without having flushed.

I found lots of \"tiny black long grain shape\" - animal feces along the windowsill. I reported the issue to the hotel staffs.
As for the sound proof - not working as expected.
I had been awakened multiples times from the street noises in the middle of the night and the early morning.
When I first walked up to the hotel room after checked in, I smelled second hand smoke along the hall way too.
I would rate it as 2 stars instead of 3 stars hotel. I am really quite disappointed as the price is not cheap in Ringgit Malaysia.

when we first check in , a lady serve us . the hotel appear under staff at that time . second day a guy on reception did not keep mask on and he seems to have covid . hotel design is ok , but rooms are w/o windows they seems to have problem of house keeping . bed sheets are dirty , pillow are damped .no daily housekeeping . the lobby convenience store sell toiletries basic stuff but not many stuff , gd enuf for late night snacking n drink.

Room smeels cigarette once stepped in. Called to sorting out/ change the room. ( Rang for 4 times). I can clearly hear someone giving instruction behind mentioned there was NO room. Finally after more than 30min got room changed. Asked for iron the next morning. Called 2 times. ( No staff). About to plugged in the iron to the power socket . The whole room blackout. Iron looked terribly unsafe for used. Ended NOT using the iron and have to wear different clothes.

It’s ok, good place for a quiet sleep, while waiting for your flight. About 15 mins drive from airport and no other tourist attractions nearby. Only a couple of street shops and small convenience stores. The restaurant attached to the hotel does a nice satay stick. If u can’t get accommodation at the actual airport, I’d recommend this.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was good! The bed was not as comfortable as we were hoping for, but it was fine for a night. The room was ok. Everything looked fine on the surface, but closer inspection showed aging decour and things in need of repair -the shelf / desk was coming off the wall as though someone sat on it and there were burn marks on the floor from an iron. The shower was excellent and exactly what we needed after 22 hours of travel. Overall, this is a good stop if you're passing through kul because it's very close and airport transfers run hourly. I wouldn't recommend for longer stays.

Reserved queen bed but they just put two small beds together.

No fitness center just two tredmills and on bike.

Ordered bbq platter at hotel restaurant. Should have come with 6 different meats came with two and tasted very poorly yet paid full price for it. I would recommend maybe trying the restaurant just outside the hotel restaurant instead.

This is a very dated, somewhat clean hotel close to the KL airport. We missed our connecting flight and needed a place to stay the night before flying out early the next day. This was one hotel that didn’t break the bank. Very friendly staff but mediocre rooms at best.

This was the second time I stayed here and I have to say I wasn’t as impressed as I was the first time. The staff weren’t very welcoming when I checked in. The room had many things that needed to be fixed within the room. We paid for a queen bed but the bed was actually 2 twin beds put together so there was a big crease in the center of the bed that was uncomfortable to sleep or sit on. The restaurant was great ! I loved the food at the restaurant last time and I was looking forward to it again, and they did not let me down! Delicious food and good service in the restaurant! I will most likely stay here again as it is super convenient since it’s so near the airport however I hope the hotel will make some improvements before next time. Things such as holes in the wall in our room and paint peeling away.

The hallways smell of old-humid-hotel smell (well, you are in Kuala Lumpur afterall), but it serves its purpose- layover sleep before you catch your next plane. Room itself is clean.

It is a airport hotel. To and fro the airport costs RM $6.40 on Bus Number T57. You could go to the airport everyday where there is lots of many other varieties of food with sushi restaurants, burger king, marybrown chicken,macdonalds, starbuks, kfc, paparich coffeehouse which serves coffee and eggs and mee rombus, laksa for breakfasts, lots of branded high end boutiques like tissot, tumi, michael kors, lower end are watsons, bodyshop, carlo rino, H&M(Nice Tees cost 3 for RM50), you will be spoilt for choice for food, and with 3 inbuilt good hotels in the premises for stopover rest and baths, with a transport lrt line that leads to the petronas twin towers klcc and there are more 20 restaurants and 20 boutiques there which are similar. It is a neverending walking boutiques lane which is 3 times the size of orchard road singapore.There is a far 5 minute brisk walk to the opposite bus stop that leads to the airport which cost only a cheap $3.70 RM. Compared to the extreme costly $50 per trip for cab book. The actual appearance of the hotel is non shiny and lower in height about 4 storey high though the picture looks 20 storey high. The restaurant at level 1 serves ok food and is a good restaurant eatable in and seatable, serves nice vegetable guay tiao, white rice, nice braised ginger chicken with potato, nice tomato macoroni with potato wedges, cappicino coffee, barley, orange, water, bread with butter,peanut butter and jam.

Hotel location is convenient for outstation folk like me to staying overnight and to catch a flight next morning. The economy queen and twin rooms are without windows, but it is designed to look like airplane cabin. Driving from hotel to KLIA terminal is convenient, its about15 to 20 minutes, if no traffic congestion. During peak hours the traffic at the exit road from hotel to the main road heading to KLIA terminal will be congested due to heavy traffic and long waiting time at the traffic light junction.

* Have to say I was dissapointed staying
there.
* Room was clean, but very tied looking and
did not match what I had booked on line.
* Really no service offered exception for

* Might be close to Airport but the local area
surrounding the hotel is not the safest
judging by what I saw. Would not walk

Checking in but was told booking was cancelled.

Checking in the reception told me my booking was cancelled and I cannot check in. Asked receptionist to dial Hotels.com customer service but he said number was invalid. It was 3 am and We were mentally preparing to sleep in our cars !!! Lucky another receptionist came and help out and found our booking. Nightmare !!

Poor Transportation Arrangement & Worst Frontdesk

Request transportation pick up at 2am, but did not arrive on time. Try to call the frontdesk and despatch, but No Even One answer the call. Only able to contact the driver after one hour. Driver was mentioned heavy check in at hotel, doesnt have enough frontdesk to response the call. When we reached the hotel, there are 4 persons from the frontdesk were busy sleeping, there were someother phone calling in, but no even one pick up the phone at all. 4 hours rate was charged, at we only manage to take one hour rest. 2 hours was wasting during waiting the transport and check in process.

Terrible choice. Looks ok in pics, but it's a very run down hotel, dirty, and noisy. Room had a bad smell to it, soap was empty in bathroom, mattress was worn out, SCREAMING BABIES on both sides of room all night and morning, and disorganized staff that tried to double charge me.
