When i got in the receptionist gave US a very bad welcome and was very rude. The room was dirty, the floor sticky, the towels dirty and the kettle God i have no idea what it was used for before. Will never go there again God save me

Stay bcos of early flight to avoid jam

noisy when people open and close doors from other rooms. Very limited food selection in this area. Other than location is near to airport and short stay due to flight, other will not be recommended to long stay.

It was not as near to the Airport as expected. It was around 12 km from KLIA2.
During checkin, there was no service personal to show the room, and I was handed over with AC remote, TV remote and room key and ask to self checkin myself.
Room was OK size for 1 person, but it was nasty.. Cockroaches running around the room, even 2 roaches entered my bag also when kept open for just 5 mins, There was just a soap pump available in bathroom, no separate soap or shampoo. You have to wash your hand and take bath with same, no additional toiletries. Linens and towel doesn’t look that clean n fresh, Generally hotels are cheap in KL but this didn’t have the service standard for the price.

No public transportation near by.
Grab also very less scare.

Plus points -
Air conditioner was fine.
There was hot water in shower.
Airport drop service was available (additional cost RM 10/15)
There was a may be 24 hour (it was open at 11pm and 5am) restaurant behind the Hotel.

Will I book it again - No, I may spend night at the airport instead.

And yes, there was a spider net near the phone.

The only good is the price.

It is very cheap and they has a shuttle from and to the airport. However, the hotel was like a budget accommodation. The services were limited, few flys in the toilets, and the location was not that good walkable to anything

Communication with guests was really bad. We got a tv remote control with no battery or cover. Internet didn’t work. It is vital for travelers to use the internet.
Our room was given to other guests at 1.30am. We were awaken by a banging and door bell ringing by other guests.
Also, When we asked about outlet adapter, front office staff said she has an extra one we can use but a transgender (LGBTQ+) sitting watching tv, told her to tell us to buy the adapter next door. When we went next door, it only accepted cash and does not credit card.
Hotel had no food vending machines. Neighboring restaurants do not accept credit cards either.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Disgusting roach infested, dirty motel

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOTEL! DO NOT STAY HERE! we had to move rooms 3 times due to cockroaches, ants, strange smells and gross stains everywhere. our first room had no windows and we felt claustrophobic because of how small the room was. After switching to 3 different rooms, we were in a \"upgraded room \". The only thing upgraded was the number of cockroaches that were in our room. Dead roaches smeared on the window, rat feces on the window sill, and a disgusting smell coming out of the drain that I assumed connected to all of the other drains in the hotel. So when someone pooped, you could smell it passing through your bathroom. I woke up with bites all over my body, (probably bed bugs). I found out this place is frequented by prostitutes who rent the room for an hour at a time. The towels were gross and dirty too. Dont walk barefoot unless you want to get a fungus infection from all of the dirty bugs and disgusting dirty floor. The Indians who own this place are dirty. And so is the area around it. Dont go to the 6th floor lounge and eat unless you want to get sick. The manager is all the cook, server, and cleaner. Be afraid. I've never been in this disgusting sleeping conditions and I never will

Dont stay here!!

Do not stay here... We stayed as somewere to get our head down before our flight the next morning. We was in this hotel for around 9hours in total. We got bit to bits in the room and couldnt stop itching on our flight home the next day and for a few days afterwards. We didnt even get any sleep as the hotel was that loud right through the night. Pick somewere else or better yet just sleep in the airport!!

Bilik bersih, channel tv ok tapi air shower slow. Minta tolong housekeeping tapi mcm xtahu je. Minta bantal lebih kena bayar. Hotel u tmpt org transit tunggu nak naik flight for sure ramai bw beg luggage beroda tapi u punya main door xde sliding. Lantai kayu da terkopak. Pintu bilik dan pintu bilik air kalau nak tutup n buka kena kuat2 sbb stuck. Dah tutup kuat, anak tgh tido pun boleh jaga lah.

Worth The Money & Good For Transit

We stayed in a family room with 2 queen-sized beds for one night transit. The room was spacious and quite clean but the brown color towel make me feels no clean and fresh and we also found cockroach in our room.

For the price we paid, we have nothing to complain and the room was confortable enough for me and my family.

The hotel provide 24 hours pick up/drop off service to and from KLIA with only RM5 per person which is cheap and convenient for travellers.

I will stay here again because this hotel is value for money and good for one night transit.

Room wall peeling from humidity from the bathroom. Small cockroaches everywhere.
Noisy, you can hear every person coming and going, doors slamming, cars in the parking lot,people's conversations, etc. Will not stay here again!

The overall stay was ok but a bit disappointed with the reception service when trying to book a shuttle service from KLIA2 to the hotel. Wanted to board the shuttle at 4.00 am and I called the hotel at about 3.00 am to inform about it. I was told to call again at 4.00 am in the morning as I was told that the call must be made near pick up time. I think it was useless as I have to make the phone call twice to notify the hotel the same thing

Hidden charges and poor communication

If you're looking for a hotel near the airport but you're landing before 2pm, look elsewhere.

We emailed the hotel in advance to ask for an airport pickup (which they advertise) but received no response. When we landed at KLIA we had to call them from my mobile. This is expensive without a local number, and the lady on the phone was surprised we didn't have one - we're foreigners visiting your country, no one gets a local number for a quick trip, make it cheap and easy for customers to contact you by reading your emails!

Once we arrived at the hotel, exhausted after our long overnight flight, we were told we could not check in before 2pm. I asked why and was told that this was not because our room wasn't ready, which I would completely understand, but rather that this was company policy and we need to wait several hours in the small hotel lobby.

Anywhere else this inconvenience might be allayed by a couple hours exploring the area around the hotel, but there is nothing in the area.

After watching us being forced to freshen up using the bathroom in the lobby a little conversation led to the fact that the hotel offers an \"early check-in fee\" of 10RM/hr!

Now this isn't ridiculously expensive, and we actually ended up paying it so we could get back to sleep, but the fact that we weren't told about this hidden charge until then was irritating.

This experience was a shame as the hotel was actually quite nice and the airport shuttle was quick and cheap!

A good overnight stay between flights

I needed something cheap and cheerful near the airport between flights and this fitted the bill. Not much to do in the surrounding area, however, that was no problem as all I wanted to do was get a nights sleep before my next flight Staff were friendly and helpful and the transfers worked well.

The truth is we never checked in to this hotel. We booked it as your web said there's a room available but when we contacted the hotel to pick us up (the option is incl return pick up from/to KLIA 2), the hotel said it's fully booked and we can't cancel anything on your website. Already mailing you but no solutions yet you still charged our bill. Please explain.

I stayed here for one night with my wife and my baby.we check in late at 12 a.m and check out at 6 a.m.the price is rm67.the room is small but the condition is ok.all basic necessities like towels,hot shower,soap,mineral water and kettle were given.but the thing is,u can here ur neighbour bathing and everything because the wall is just made of partition.nevertheless,it is most suitable for a very short stay,just in case u need to catch the morning flights.one more,they provide shuttle to the airport for rm5/per person.10-15 minutes journey only
