Stay here and enjoy!

This resort was well manicured and beautiful. We really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. The views are breathtaking! Food was amazing!

The entrance is right off the main road so you don’t need to maneuver into neighborhoods ! Beautiful resort and all staff wonderful especially dining staff Blair and the supervisor ! Get a massage while you are here !

Great place! Great service!

Everything was good but it would be better if the hotel can just give complimentary coffee for guests to have when they wake up in the morning. Sachets of coffee and cream are not that expensive. I understand if breakfast is not included because of the high cost of foods.

Anyway, everything’s great in general. Service is amazing!

Thanks to every staff who made our stay a memorable one!!

The people who assist us with our snorkelling which we didn’t plan were amazing too. They made our stay an enjoyable one!

The room I stayed in was nice. Which that what ya pay for. The room had a water heater,but no coffee, nor coffee cups. Just had beer and pop that was a cost. Both mornings I was there went to breakfast, the lady that was taking the order was very dismantle. Her attitude toward us was like you didnt feel welcome there. Couldn't wait get through eating and get out of there. And their kichten was supposed open up at 6am,which didn't happen. Had walk down to ask when they was going to open. Really not much to due at this place but swim in a pool. Really isnt worth the price!

I like the views and peacefulness of the property. Room was spacious. However, would not stay here again. There are a lot of rules including no outside food so be aware that if you don’t want to eat at their restaurant you will need to leave the resort (resort food was not good nor authentic.) Main reason i booked this place was their fitness center/gym but it was being renovated at time of stay. I wish this had been disclosed to me at booking or at least prior to arrival.

Immediate area around the hotel is good, beach is formed of rocks so sea swimming off the beach is a no go.
If checking in early evening be prepared for a rushed check-in and then the place to close down.
We decided to gave a massage before we left, not a bad price and a good massage, only problem is no massage table only beds, not bad for us but for the therapist I'm not so sure.
Overall I think they are overpriced for what's on offer.

Tranquil etting with nice pool side restaurant. Chef is excellent, food consistently delicious. Spacious rooms (overlooking grounds and pool(. Pool water filters must be turned on more often. Water is hazy and not crystal clear compared with similar upscale resorts in the area. Overall good experience. May return again.

Hotel experience in Sea Dream

The place is good, however the service is not like when we enter the room towel is not available and we need to ask the staff that we do not have towel in the room ready to use, also their was an electric kettle but no cup for coffee, no telephone/intercom in the room or in the area to call in front desk for any assistance, we need to go down and to ask for the assistance, the internet provided is not friendly and was not able to use for the entire stay, and when I check out even if it only me who check out it took some time to clear and I have to wait longer time than I usually experience with other hotels, and lastly the stairs going to second floor is made of metal and it bounce upon going up and down very cheap! So overall it is not worth of what I have paid of.

MY FAMILY STAYED IN THISPLACE FOR 2DAYSandwe enjoyed our stay . We love the ambience, so peaceful,one can hear the chirping of birds.Staff was friendly and helpful. We commend Micco,the resto/pool staff. who was friendly and would always extend help in taking photos and was readily giving us assistance whenever we needed one.Rooms are generally clean. Beds are comfy. WE highly recommend the resort to families who would ike to have arestful week.

Don't Pass This One Up!

This place is amazing! Fantastic, I can't say enough positive things about our experience at this resort. Friendly well mannered staff always ready to serve their guests. Accommodations are great, clean and well cared for. Way above average, top shelf all the way from start to finish. Restaurant was a bit pricey, but the food was very good. All in all this was a wonderful place I would definitely return again!

Took 16 family members to resort and apo inland resprt was nice and food was good but a little expensive compared to Philippines, was a drive to other restaurants in dumagette, there was no beach as you would expect to see in the Philippines, seen bette beaches in Florida, over all would not stay there again just because of the beach, but family freindly.

Excellent resort located at a picturesque location

The stay was amazing. The owner was kind to upgrade me to a sea facing room. Room was very comfortable...the pool overlooking the sea was very well maintained. The lndscape and gardens were excellent...a nice little bar by the sea and excellent food in their restaurant. A great experience overall

No Scuba Diving Center

I have mixed feelings about this place. I stayed for 5 nights in the more expensive Ocean view room. The room and amenities we're very nice. Great view, good wifi, AC, and satellite TV. No complaints.
However, I was disappointed that they have no on site scuba diving center as advertised. They offered me a Scuba Diver excursion for 3 times the normal price since there were no other divers. Therefore, I did all my Scuba Diving at an off site dive center about 5km away. To do this, I had to rent a scooter at an inflated price and they even charged me extra for the helmet. The prices in the restaurant were also relatively expensive and breakfast is not included. It felt odd that the hotel manager (owner?) had his desk set up in the middle of the dining room and never greeted or said a word to me during my entire stay. While the staff were always very nice and professional.The guests seemed to be predominantly Chinese.

Nice stay in Dumaguete (Dauin)

We had a nice stay at sea dreams resort. This hotel is 40 minutes to an hour from Dumaguete and the airport depending on traffic. Solid 3* property. Just outside of Dauin, which is a great dive spot! Finbar in Dauin is exceptional if you like craft beer and fabulous food. Alpo island is also nearby. They have vehicles on property you can arrange. Staff was great. Food was also good. Nice breakfast as well as lunch and dinner

Very nice Hotel

We had a very nice 10 night stay. One particular pool boy was very attentive to my 79 year old mother getting into and out of the pool. One waitress was very attentive and helpful when we were at the pool. When those two individuals were not working, we had to find a wait person.

The room was great, neat and clean. The only minor negative was the wall behind the bathroom bathroom sink faucet needed a little scrubbing. It looked like it had dried toothpaste. The chrome on the bathroom sink faucet also needed a little cleaning. ... we cleaned both. (we had two rooms and both we the same).

The negatives are minor. and I'd stay here again. My rating would be 4.8 out of 5.

Very nice hotel near the ocean

It is an excellent quiet modern hotel with a very good onsite restaurant, even though it’s menu is limited! It overlooks the ocean, but the beach is pebbles, but there is a good swimming pool there.
It’s main problem is it is a 45 minutes drive to the city of Dumaguete, but the car or van drive is reasonably cheap! It is well worth staying there and is good value!

lovely place to stay

This was a lovely place. The grounds and rooms were well kept. The Food at the restaurant was always really good. And the small area for snorkeling in front of the hotel was beautiful. I would highly recommend this place.
The only negative thing was of my own preference. The bed was very hard, and I woke up with a stiff back each morning. Others in my party had no problem with it.

Sea Dreams indeed!

Spent two nights at Sea Dreams and should have spent more time. Very quiet away from the center of Dumaguete, but fairly easy to get into town by taxi, tri-cyle or local bus. The resort itself is great - right on the beach (not much of a beach btw) with a protected marine park with good snorkeling right there. Nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The hotel offers a large selection of motorbikes and motorcycles for rent, including some large engine BMW's and Kawasaki's. Also can arrange for scuba diving and sightseeing trips. I also used their in-house service to pick me up and drop me off in Dumagete and the price was also very reasonable.
My room was quite large and very comfortable. The staff was great and friendly as usual in the Philippines, but just a little bit better here. Since, the property is in a quiet area I would have expected the restaurant to offer high priced mediocre food, but this is not the case. The food was very good, huge portions and reasonably priced. Big Plus!!
Only con is that they charge for use of the fitness room, which seems a little petty.
Also I didn't get woken up by a rooster either night, a rarity in the Philippines.

Can't swim on the beach, rocky and doesn't look clean.
Doesn't offer free breakfast considering the high cost of the hotel. Food is so pricey. Coffee doesn't taste good. No other restaurants near by you'll be forced to eat at their pricey restaurant.

We loved our stay!

Sea Dreams lived up to their name~ it truly was a dream to stay there. The ocean view was nice, and the pool area was very inviting. And the surprising bonus was how amazing their food was at the restaurant! I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in exploring Dumaguete.

very nice facility, looks brand new and in perfect condition. Restaurant on site is wonderful with a great menu and great chef. Staff is very friendly and more than helpful. This is probably one of the top ten resorts in the Phillipines and if you consider the price maybe it is the best. Met the owner of the resort while there very friendly and will make you feel at home.

A Wonderfully Peaceful Resort

This resort was wonderful, very quiet since most people were off diving which was great for me just wanting to relax. The service was exemplary, the staff were wonderful (both friendly and helpful). The food was wonderful and reasonably priced. I was very impressed with how extremely clean the entire place was. Will definitely return.

Fantastisk dejligt sted

Kan varmt anbefale Sea Dream Resort, det er et fantastisk sted, med fin service og betjening. Vi var en familie på 4 som havde bestilt et familieværelse, vi blev opgraderet og fik deres bedste værelse lige ned til vandet. Vi blev i 5 dage og nød hver dag. Restauranten var virkelig god, med med lækkert mad til en god pris. Vil bestemt vende tilbage hertil hvis vi kommer til Fillipinerne igen.

街から離れた居心地の良いホテル。

ビーチに面した居心地の良いホテルです、何よりも食事が美味しかった、2日間の滞在でしたが町まで15キロ車で20分から30分の所でホテルの周りには何も有りません、でも食事が美味しく値段も手ごろ（日本のファミレス）ぐらい、プールも快適でした、ただ部屋を選ぶとしたらビーチに面した部屋を頼んだほうが。

Fint och fräscht hotell

Otroligt trevligt och fräscht ställe. Vi hade dock lite problem med acn men det löste dom snabbt och ville uppgradera oss som plåster på såren. Maten är helt fantastiskt och personalen trevlig. Dock var serveringspersonalen ganska så nonchalanta och priserna är betydligt dyrare än resten av Filippinerna. Men skulle helt klart bo här igen :)

渡假村很美，游泳池可望向海洋和對面的APO島。渡假村內有潛店提供到APO島潛水/浮潛服務，只要事前向渡假村幫忙預約即可。很可惜只待了一下子就離開了，建議要留點時間在渡假村內享受和放鬆。
