I paid $453 for one night at this hotel, and after seeing the first room they assigned us, I honestly would not have let a stray animal stay there.

To begin with, I was told check-in was not until 4:30 p.m. Since we were attending a graduation, I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. to see whether our room might be ready early. Imagine my surprise when I saw a sign clearly stating that check-in time was actually 3:00 p.m. When I questioned the front desk clerk about the discrepancy, she claimed it was because they had a full hotel and were waiting on guests to check out. That explanation made absolutely no sense considering standard checkout times are much earlier in the day.

Things only got worse from there.

Our room key would not work. I had to go downstairs three separate times before the clerk finally came upstairs herself — and even then, she still could not get the door open with any of the keys she had programmed. She ultimately had to use her master key to let us in. Yet somehow, she acted as though I was the inconvenience.

Once inside the room, I was shocked. The carpet had large visible stains — one bright red and another dark brown. There were chips and debris on the floor, scuff marks all over the walls, and the overall condition of the room looked dirty and poorly maintained. I genuinely questioned whether the sheets had even been changed. To make matters worse, the toilet did not work.

It looks like an old hotel that was redone with functional decor. Bed was comfortable. The Expedia process of startting one room with a fair price and then double charging me for an extra night that I had to add! Theis was not a 700. for two nights place!!!!
I should have just gone straight to the hotel for pricing!!

We had a surprisingly great stay. The staff was especially friendly and accommodating. A lot of the hotel has been renovated and the lobby is lovely. I would say the only hiccup was some plumbing issues but they were attended to quickly. I would recommend this place to travelers.

Broken tiles in the restroom. Tub had spots that rust on them. The tv only gets one channel. We had to make sure the door would shut all the way because it would get stuck. The place needs a lot of repairs and improvements. $250 per night for all this issues!!!!!!?

Room was nice enough, toilet messed up the 2nd night and when we asked the night clerk he told us we’d have to wait until the following day and just use the restroom downstairs in the lobby in the meantime. We asked for a plunger to at least attempt to fix it ourselves and he said we’d have to wait for housekeeping to arrive the next morning. When it came to check out we had requested a late check out only to find out that the clerk when we checked in never put a late check out for us so we were hounded when it came

I stayed here for five days with my son during spring break, and unfortunately the experience was not very good. The number provided for room service was not helpful, and the person on the phone was rude. I was also sent a text link to place requests like room cleaning and other services, but it did not seem to work. When I asked the front desk if they received my requests, they said they never received anything from the link.

I requested room cleaning twice and never received it until I finally went downstairs to ask in person. The phone in my room also did not work. I also requested a late checkout through the link because my flight was at 6 p.m., but the front desk said they never received that request either. They told me if I checked out at 3 p.m. I would have to pay for another full day, even though the link made it seem like those requests could be made.

During my stay I had to go downstairs to get towels and washcloths myself, and I even had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies just to keep the restroom clean.

The only positive part of my stay was the housekeeping staff. When I spoke with one of them, she was very kind, helpful, and informative. Overall, sending a request link during check-in does not make sense if the front desk is not actually receiving those requests.

Room had some carpet stains, missing baseboards with mysterious black coloring (mold?). Requested new towels and was told they didn’t have any more. Lady at the front desk who checked me in was not very nice. When reserving before our stay, it told us that it would be $15/person for breakfast, and when we asked the front desk they said it was free- so i’m curious how many people actually paid that and got scammed.

When we arrived our room, deluxe king, had been overbooked, so we were “upgraded” at the hotel’s expense. When we arrived to our room it had such a bad odor, we had to return to the desk and request a different room. They weren’t able to make the change until the receptionist had to go “smell” it. We were eventually given another room. It still smelled stuffy, but doable. The room was clean.

I was told at check in my stay would cost me $445. They even ran my credit card at that amount plus a $50 incidental.
I was handed a bill at checkout showing I was charged $585. I sought a refund from the property and Hotels.com and got nowhere.
I recognize some of this was my mistake for not checking my email from Hotels.com more closely but I would have canceled on the spot at check in and went somewhere much less expensive if I hadn't been duped.
Turns out they jack up the rate $50 a night during the week because of all the construction workers who come to the city for all the building that is going on. I ended up paying almost $200 to stay at a hotel with no pool, bland breakfast and a closed fitness center. Really upset

WiFi was out and did not have a fix for days. This was. Ot disclosed at check in and then I could not get a refund due to booking through a third party. I felt it was intentional not sharing that prior to the transaction.

I had the do not disturb aigb on the door and I came back from a work day and there had been work done to the bathroom.

Needs improved coffee. The hotel was adequate as far as cleanliness and comfort. Having to work at local restaurants and coffee shops was a big dissatisfaction.

Our first room had an adjoining door to the next room that would not lock so you were not safe. When I went to the front desk, they informed me they knew about this, but still had booked someone in that room. The second room we were put in the toilet would not flush if you put any paper in it. They sent someone up to look at it and she flushed it and it worked. However, after she left, it continued if you put paper in it, it would not flush.Our door if you didn’t pull heart on, it would not shut & lock all the way. Also, the Internet was down. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up the Internet was down prior to arriving so we can make other arrangements if necessary.

We were just there for a night to watch grandchildren's activities. This is an older property, but it's recent remodeling was very well done! While conveniently located near the traffic loop, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Beds were comfortable and our stay was good, with the exception of breakfast. The breakfast offerings were VERY minimal and there was no breakfast tea, so my husband had to go foraging for something that we could eat and drink.

The staff was extremely kind. However, the room was sub-par. The room was overly humid due to poor ventilation which made the bedding and everything inside the room feel very damp. We also found some clover mites in the beds. Though the lobby area looks updated and modern, the rooms themselves could also benefit from being updated. Cracks in the bathroom tiles, rusted areas on the tub, stains on the carpet. Overall, it was a safe place to stay, but will not likely stay here again.

The exercise room was getting renovated so we couldn't use it.

The other thing I would like to mention is that the smoke alarm went off for the whole hotel over a piece of burnt toast. This was very inconvenient for me as I am elderly. Maybe the toaster should be moved to a different location?

The room was very nice, however, it needed some attention. The door jamb from the hallway to the bathroom was missing half of the floor jam. The bathroom door was screwed together because somebody had broken into it while somebody was in there. And the security device to keep the door to the room shut and protect the occupants was broken off. For an individual traveling by themselves I cannot imagine them feeling very safe in this room. Overall everything was absolutely beautiful, but I feel that attention to details needed especially in our room, 318, to make this stay an incredible one.

Laundry and ice machines didn’t work in the entire hotel. Wanted to check in 30 minutes early, figured I would ask but was told no because I would have to be charged extra. Ok cool, I understand. Checked in later and a worker told me that what the real deal was the previous lady just didn’t want to check us in because she was about to leave for her other job. The new lady said she would have done it but she wasn’t checked in and didn’t want to unless she was paid for it. I could have gone without knowing all of that.
When we were checking out, the same lady who actually checked is in was complaining about how her replacement hasn’t come in yet. Again, I understand, but do I really need to know that?
Found bugs in the tub/shower, loose tile on the bathroom floor.
Beds were comfy though, and so were the pillows

The room was clean and the AC was very cold! Loved that! Staff was helpful. Check in was easy because I did it on line so all i needed to do was pick up keys. The rate was cheaper than other hotels in the area. My one complaint was there was not a working ice machine. This was my second stay with them. I will stay there again.

The place is was way overpriced. The room door stuck so you would have to slam it to close it. I left for work at 4:45 in the morning so that was an issue. It also caused the housekeepers to leave my room open twice when I came home from work. Housekeeping was offered every other day, however, all they did was empty the trash and take the dirty towels on the occasions they didn’t even replace the towels with clean ones. It might be a decent place to stay for one or two nights, but I do not recommend it for a long stays. I was there for three weeks totally not worth it.

NO PRIVACY OR SECURITY IF YOU STAY HERE!

Your privacy and safety will be in jeopardy at this hotel. At 8am Saturday morning we got a knock on our door, mind you the privacy sign was up, this was our first morning there and we were tired from traveling the night before. Before I even had adequate time to open the door the door was opened from the outside by an older gentleman. He asked me if we needed anything which I thought was strange considering the time and the fact that our sign was up. I also was with my husband who is a veteran with rated combat PTSD so this was a triggering situation for him. I took my concerns to the man working the front desk and basically he told me it’s routine for them to knock on all doors regardless of the privacy signs on the doors, called it a “win-lose” situation. Well I’ll never again stay at a hotel where I, the guest, will be put in any “lose” situation. Ruined what should have been a relaxing trip visiting our Air Force son.
