Excellent endroit, bien situé. 5 étoiles seraient attribués si les chambres étaient un peu modernisées alors le rapport qualité prix est un peu plus compatible. Le restaurant, par contre, est un EXCELLENT rapport qualité prix. Tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré était fantastique et serviable.

The most important thing to me is cleanliness and it was a 10 star. I was also very satisfied with the friendly, courteous staff, everything was simple, easy. The hotel itself and property was extremely well kept. With 24 hour security camera's that are being monitored 24h, i felt extremely safe.

L'accueil dans le restaurant (côté droite ) un gros zéro! Mauvais accueil quand a même été en ville pour manger ! Les tables étions salle à 90% ! Je me suis assis a un coin de table raisonnablement propre et jamais la femme à la porte est venue me voir. Tres horrible service. Une plainte a aussi été déposée au Groupe Jean coutu Metro pour changer de place pour les prochaines formations, moncton serait 100% mieux ! Très décevant ! Je recommanderais jamais l'hôtel à cause dun manque de savoir faire au restaurant \"côté \" droit, pas le restaurant de la gauche.... et une serveuse possiblement écoeuré de sa job de soir. La chambre était \"ok\" tres vieux avec un chauffage qui fait beaucoup de bruit la nuit... juste pas une hotel pour moi. Première et dernière expérience à Bathurst.

I have never paid so much for a pet fee in the years that I have travelled with my pet. On top of this they put me in a non pet friendly room. I am extremely dissatisfied. I am not happy with this charge and on top of this I was charged TAX where I have never paid tax before. Only a flat rate! Please do BETTER! And be more PET EXCEPTED AND INVITING. If not, PLEASE remove your pet friendly invite for your guests. Taking advantage of your guests is unacceptable.

Room was aged, tiles in the bathroom were light yellow and brown, not the best choice spoke like 70’s, the sauna was not worming up and the hot tube was not working (jets) but the was told that the was still warm. The receptionist called me buddy all the time, I guess it’s local custom.

The staff was really helpful. The battery in the thermostat ran out - they came to change it in 10 minutes. I asked one chambermaid to empty my garbage cans even though my room was not part of the rooms she had to clean - she did it with a smile. The pool is great and is open until 11 pm, later than most hotels - I really appreciate that.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The breakfast was exceptional. We loved the pool. The hotel is centrally located. The rooms were clean. There were no bathtubs, but we didn't need them; besides, everything was clean, so that's what counts. Thank you to the hote staff for their incredible service.

The room at Atlantic Host in Bathurst was nice and clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.

The jacuzzi and the sauna were both out of service during our stay, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.

The restaurant was extremely noisy, and the service was very slow. We waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes for our appetizer and a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes to receive our meals (Valentine’s Day special). Sadly, the food quality did not meet expectations.

We also paid an extra $30 for breakfast when booking our room, but it was very limited (bread, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon and juice) with no flexibility to substitute items. This was not clearly explained at the time of booking.

Considering the price of $250 per night, we expected a much better overall experience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

The room was ok, I bought the room with breakfast, when we went to have breakfast, the waiter was abrupt, refused to take the breakfast order and insisted it had to be scrambled eggs with bacon, which we can have neither.
This is misleading- when I bought breakfast, if it had to be predetermined foods then this should have been clearly stated. I lost the extra money I paid for the breakfast and I feel I should be refunded the extra fees I paid.

Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre était propre. Les lits très confortables. J'ai apprécié les bornes de rechange pour véhicules électriques près dr l'hôtel. Nous aurions aimé avoir le menu du restaurant dans la chambre et de l'informations sur les environs. La piscine était très froide, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu nous baigner et le bain à remous était hors service.

The hallway leading to our room smelled of perm solution. The carpets were stained and pulled up in certain areas, they need to be replaced. We had requested an \"executive\" room and expected to be impressed but we were extremely underwhelmed. The TV was very small and didn't have a guide option to see what was playing. There was a telephone in the bathroom but it was non functional. We were on the ground floor and we had a sliding glass door in our room but it didn't lead to anything. There was no place to step out if we had wanted to. It just really felt dated and left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Atlantic [Hotel Name] in Moncton and left feeling disappointed. While the place is kept reasonably clean, it’s clear that the hotel has seen its better days. The décor, furniture, and overall setup are dated, giving the feeling of a much older property that’s being stretched to bring in every dollar it can without much reinvestment.

For the price they charge — comparable to a higher-end hotel — the experience falls short. It honestly feels more like a motel than a modern, full-service hotel.

The biggest surprise came at breakfast. Online, it was listed as a $47 breakfast option, so I expected at least a decent buffet. Instead, guests are limited to a single plate consisting of two scrambled eggs (no choice of style), a small portion of hash browns, three thin slices of bacon, and two pieces of toast (white or whole wheat). Definitely not worth the price or the expectation set online.

To make matters worse, the evening staff were quite rude and unhelpful. There was little effort to make guests feel welcome, and when I asked for directions, the response was dismissive and curt.

Overall, while the rooms are clean, the value simply isn’t there. Between the outdated amenities, limited breakfast, and poor service, I wouldn’t stay here again — especially at the price they’re asking.

I was disappointed with my recent stay. First, the vending machine for water was out of order, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. The gym equipment was broken and poorly maintained, making it difficult to get a proper workout. In addition, there were no clear signs or instructions in the room on how to request housekeeping, so our room was never serviced during the stay. The staff was friendly, but these issues really affected the overall experience. I hope management addresses these problems soon, as the hotel has potential but needs better upkeep and clearer communication for guests.

We really enjoyed the breakfast special at the restaurant The fact that the waitress just brought 2 coffees and a glass of water right away to our table, what we had ordered the previous two days was a great touch.
