Our room for clean, location was 10mintes walk to shopping centre and Train/Coach station. RSL was 15 mintutes walk.

The motel was easy to find and check in and had on site parking. The room was clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed. The kitchen facilities were great. A basic breakfast was included. It is within a easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, parks and the train station. It was an easy drive to Mayfield Garden. I would defiantly stay again.

Excellent location across the road from Carrington Park and short walk to the Showground, Bathurst Train Station, main shopping plus restaurants and bars. Quick check-in. Romm and bathroom small, but comfortable and clean. Fridge, coffee and tea, iron and board, room safe, plus a lounge and desk. Bed was comfortable, very quiet and good sleep. Shower had good hot water and pressure though 2 of the 3 dispensers were empty (body wash and shampoo). They provided bar soap though. Will definitely stay again.

The room was great except an overhead light not working plus side table lamp also not working. Furthermore the bathroom exhaust extraction fan not working. However, apart from those minor inconveniences I found the room comfortable as was the bed. I also recommend the courtesy shown by the Manager, Max who was very friendly and professional in every way. I sincerely recommend the motel for any travelor wanting a good night’s sleepover. Barry.

Just a one night stay before visiting the Mayfield Gardens the next day. Property was very clean. Room was a little small, but comfortable enough for the one night. The room we staying in was on the 1st floor. Not sure if there was a lift, but we used the stairs. There was a continental breakfast provided, which we were unaware of, but I think it was closed for Sunday mornings. We didn't check it out as we had other plans. Parking was outside & next to the property. No uncover parking. Property was situated about an easy 10 minute walk to the main street & restaurants.

The young man in reception was excellent and quickly changed our room when we had a persistent, annoying unidentified noise. This is a pretty basic motel & the room was small. The TV did not work properly and a message about the internet connection kept coming up. Wifi to PC was slow. Bathroom items were limited to soap & a shower cap plus wall mounted soap (empty), shampoo & conditioner. No face washer. I would rate only 2 and half stars.

Arrived to accommodation very late, had a friend pick the keys up for us earlier so unable to comment on check in. Room was small, only cooling was a ceiling fan which would not be sufficient on a hot night. Mattress was very thin and extremely uncomfortable. Got little to no sleep at all.
