Our third stay at this resort and obviously for good reason! The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Multiple pool areas with different depths were perfect for our small grandkids to play in. Shallow enough in one pool for them to splash and walk in and the other was deeper for swimming etc.
The beach has super fun snorkeling especially at night,....grap a dive light and go see all kinds of critters on the nearby reef within a short swimming distance. We saw 4 octopus one evening and several squid etc. Great shore diving!!! Very nice rooms with full kitchens and super nice balconies. Some of the rooms do need some
improvements however as one had a missing TV and blinds that needed repair. The included buffet breakfast is really nice and has made to order eggs, omelets etc. Hotel food is very good but we usually do not get the all inclusive as there are several super nice restuarants along the beach that we like to take turns eating at and they are all reasonably priced!
We come here as a family to go diving and the dive shop \"Infinity Divers\" is an awesome outfit to work with! Everyone who works there is top notch! Our 12 year old grandson finished his certification with Tanya as his dive instructor and she is absolutely awesome!!! Tanya was very professional and went above and beyond in teaching him things that even us as seasoned divers were never taught! Highly recommend her! We rented a private boat and were taken to dive sites we picked!

Great place to stay. I would stay again. I rate the cleanliness 10/10 and thats due to fresh smelling sheets and towels and I observed them mopping our room. I had no issues with cleanliness as a germaphobe. As a somewhat picky eater, I would say the food was pretty good (ate breakfast at the buffet and ordered from their pool menu). It is easy to get around and the hotel has its own pier for water taxis (10 minutes water taxi to West End). Walking distance to the shopping mall. Beach is nice. Beach/excursions vendors are a little annoying tho. Hotel staff is very friendly. No complaints except for seeing a spider, bee, and couple mosquitos in our room but doesnt affect my rating. highly recommend. Value for price for the trip and hotel itself I say 4/5.

We really enjoyed our stay at Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort in Roatán. The resort grounds are beautiful, with gorgeous pools and one of the nicest beach areas in West Bay. The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing, and we even saw a nurse shark near the dock!

The proximity to the water was perfect, but the beach vendors were relentless. There were times we would tell them no and they would just stand there and stare at us for several minutes anyway. This occurred directly in front of the guard booth. The condo was large and nice, but there was black mold all along the ceiling. The housekeeper came daily. The day bartender Daniella was fantastic. The night bartenders ignored my existence every night, to the point that other patrons would summon them for me. We would have spent several hundred dollars more if I could have ordered drinks. Instead, we walked down to Bananarama and had cheaper drinks and food each night. We tip so well that it’s unfortunate the evening bartenders at Infinity Bay didn’t want my money. Overall, it was a nice resort. I wish the pool was open later though, with drinks available. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others, but warn them about the problem with getting drinks from the two night bartenders. Breakfast was so good, definitely a huge perk.

We really liked our first stay at infinity bay. The staff was accommodating most of the time. We requested a different room than they had reserved for us and were able to move the evening we checked in to a higher floor for better privacy. The hotel is well maintained, clean and amenities were all wonderful. I did want to note that we requested a 1 hour later check out on a Wednesday morning but was turned down. We had to sit in the lobby for 1.5 hours before our ride came. Apparently a lot of other guests had to do the very same thing. They must not allow anything past an 11 am checkout. It was a hot day and we didn’t want to be outside in our dress clothes for the airport. The lobby became very crowded while people had to wait on their rides to the airport. Overall, a great place to stay on West Bay Beach.

The pool is spectacular, heated, and runs the entire length of the rooms, right up to the beach. Good daily room service, and you could change the beach towels whenever you needed. This was a truly wonderful vacation. We stayed 6 days in a 1-bedroom condo that was comfortably furnished, perfectly air-conditioned, and convenient to the dive shop. The housekeeping service was on-point and the condo's kitchen was furnished with the minimum needed to cook a few meals there. I would suggest adding some baking sheets to the kitchen furnishings for use with the oven. We enjoyed going to the pool and socializing in the afternoons. We highly recommend Infinity Bay!!

One of the nicer resorts on the island, however most of the staff did not seem super happy to be there. We consistently tipped, on top of the required tip that was included in each bill, however even that did not yield extra enthusiasm or a desire to provide top tier service. They like to do loud lawn work between 5:30-6:20 am so if sleep is on the agenda, you should choose another resort.

The resort and rooms were clean, modern, and well kept. The outdoor pool was gorgeous and the staff was wonderful. Transportation to and from the resort was included with the rate. The buffet was very tasty and excellent. The beach was a one minute walk from the room. The resort was clean and safe even for a nighttime stroll on the beach. We got a chance to be around the locals and feel relatively safe. There was also some significant issues.
It took the front desk 2 hours to get our room which was booked 2 months in advance. I arrived on the resort’s transportation with several other guests with young babies who also had to wait 2 hours for a room. After a long day of traveling, I was extremely tired and disappointed. I found the AC unit to be very loud, as if we had a truck in the room. But, it worked. We also had a issue with mosquitos and had to report twice to the front desk before any resolution. There was a black female clerk working the front desk who seemed to have all the service professionalism needed to finally get me a room and also have the foyer sprayed for mosquitoes. If not for her help, I would rate the experience poor. I spoke to the manager the following day about the 2 hour wait and any restitution. His response was the wait time was normal.

The All Inclusive is not a true All Inclusive since you do not get to eat pool side and select from the regular menu and since the drinks are limited to the least expensive beers wines and well drinks with alcohol so rough it will make you gag.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is ideally located and the room & staff were excellent. The pool side was never too busy (even during Spring Break) and the grounds are kept immaculate. We made use of the well equipped gym every morning & the breakfasts were great, with lots of choice. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, with GREAT snorkeling, for a price, right off the beach, close to restaurants, and a nice beach walk. The front desk staff was not the friendliest, but the rest made up for that.

First of all I would like to start by saying that I’m giving a one star because there’s no option of a cero and the one star is only for the omelette guy at the breakfast buffet who was the only person that deserves a 5 star review. My experience at Infinity Bay Resort in the past was a complete different story. Our stay this time was a horrible experience, the staff is not welcoming and let’s not even talk about the rooms and the cleaning service. Our room was poorly cleaned and I had to call twice to ask for towels because they were not replaced when cleaning. The staff at the bar was something else, me and my friends were completely ignored until a nice lady decided to asked us if we were being helped ? I guess there’s some kind of guest preference, the staff prefers the American guest than the Honduran guest because we experience that feeling multiple times by different staff at the resort. Long story short, are not staying at the Infinity Bay Resort ever again! I’m pretty sure there’s better options than that resort in Roatan. Good luck if you decide to stay there!!!!

5 night stay with the family. Great location with amazing snorkeling right off the beach. Nice pools. Decor is a little dated but still a great place to stay with friendly staff.

Pool was empty almost daily it was really nice to not have to fight for space. Most people are snorkeling or diving. We still claimed chairs in the morning because some days chairs get claimed quickly. The rooms were great with full kitchens and options for roll away beds for kids that were really comfortable! Even for an adult. The breakfast was yummy daily and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant a few times but it’s pricey and the bar is pricey. Walking on the beach to other restaurants was perfect tho!

And compared to other places, it was quieter and more relaxing than most any other resort we went to. Loved being able to go from the pool to the ocean in less than two minutes! Extremely beautiful property with wonderful staff. The location is on the beach in front of some of the most amazing snorkelling areas, especially at night. The daily breakfast was delicious and fresh with many options. The pools were clean. The restaurant was also good with quite a large menu, though food service was a little slow in the busier evening times. Housekeeping and desk staff were kind and quite efficient. We were unable to watch tv as the streaming connections weren’t available- this did not matter to us in the long run as we found out we didn’t have time to watch it anyway. Our room was spacious, truly comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was showing some signs of age and could use a few repairs as the vertical blinds would fall out as you walked by or barely touched them. We didn’t open and close them daily as putting them back together was not to be part of our vacation itinerary. We needed to run the water in the shower a while before it was warm enough to get in. It would be nice if there were some kind of policy in place regarding saving chairs and tables around the pool. Many days we saw several things reserved by placing personal items or resort towels on them, yet the chairs and/or tables were not used all day - like they were reserved just in case they felt like they may want to sit by the pool at some point during the day or evening- meanwhile denying use of it to anyone else all day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.
