When we arrived, with luggage in tow, there was a sign to say push the “Ring” button at the back door to alert reception we were wanting to book in. No answer so I had to go in through the bar. The barman told the chap from reception that we had arrived. Upon checking in I asked if I could have 2 entry key cards, twice! Only received one. He seemed reluctant. Then he directed me where we were to go. Up 2 flights of stairs. The room - when we walked in we then had to step down two steps to the main room area. The room was on the small side for a double bed, but we managed. The ensuite was an ok size as well but it felt like we sat on the toilet on an odd angle. Perhaps due to the toilet roll holder so close to the toilet set. May be a bit difficult for a larger person. Again we managed. We stayed for 5 nights. They changed our bed and towels on the 2nd and 4th day which was a nice surprise.
