Only stayed in Rome for a night, the next day take the train to Cruise port, so I decided to stay close to the Roma Termini. This place called itself a \"hotel\"?! It's terrible! Before my arrival, I got a Whatsapp message from an employee and asked my time of arrival because he said he only work until 4pm. I got off from the plane at 2:30pm and rush to hotel Farini before 4pm. I do not think this place consider as a hotel. It's located in a building with residential. I ring the bell from front gate door, he told me to go up to 2nd floor by an very old and dusty elevator. After checked in, he handed me a key and he guided me to take the elevator to ground floor and the room is actually located in ground floor next to the elevator. It's terrible! The room size ok, the bathroom size small, the shower tile with mold, disgusting! I felt like I want to leave immediately! I calmed myself and told myself that I only stay for a night, I can get over it. I stayed late out, and checked out before 10am. I did not sleep well, it's noisy when people use the elevator and feel danger, I placed the luggage to block the door, I did not even take shower. I am so sorry I have to share with review, I never been to a hotel like this, this is ridiculous!

Ok for 2 nights max

A serviceable room for a couple of days and no more. Check in time must be pre arranged as there is not someone at the desk all the time. Room was tiny, bathroom was a wet room and the water pressure was terrible. know sone rooms have proper tubs, sadly we didnt get that. Bed was comfortable enough. If you are just sightseeing a couple days its ok, I wouldn't stay longer. The owners were kind and helpful.

Location, Location, Location and basics

All about the great location nearest Termini Central Train Station, but check in horrible! No Desk or Staff on Site, have to call ahead couple days, did and then when on site told ON PHONE No Reservation. It took a call to Hotel.com who did call management who \"found\" the PAID reservation and finally able to get in. Room basics but clean otherwise good.

Bad hotel ever i stay - First of all, it is hard to find as it is on 2nd floor with no sign at front door on 52 Via Farini, secondly very small lift, no sign of hotel on any floor, lady will shout when lift approach to 2nd floor, i stayed in room # 4. AC was on the top pf bathroom door while beds are beside the bathroom so you will never get cool air. Electric kettle provided without any nearby electric connection, no one available in early morning or late afternoon, service bell doesn't work. Pay 20 Euro extra and stay at better place.

Great hotel for the price! Clean, close to the train, and safe. We were on the first floor and it was a bit noisy, though. Lots of door slamming and talking in the middle of the night. Otherwise, great for the price. One note: There is no \"office.\" You have to let them know when you are coming and someone will meet you at the door. We didn't realize this and we were a late arrival (after 8pm), but they were so nice about it!

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini. They will wait when you check in late, just let them know. They are ok. They changed towels which is pleasing. It’s an old hotel, and the toilet and bathroom have only shower curtain division. Means when you bath whole floor is wet. It’s a reasonable place to stay on a budget.

Cheap and cheerful

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 days in February. The location of the hotel is amazing as it is only a few minutes walk from the main strain station Termini. It is also next to a police station.

Hotel Termini is a converted apartment block. It's not easily seen from the street but find the police station and you're there. There is a lift as it is located on the second floor. It seemed pretty secure as you had to go through three locked doors before even getting to your hotel room. Check in was quick and easy, and the owner was incredible friendly and helpful.

Rooms are pretty basic. Just a bathroom, bed, TV and mini fridge. It's not the fanciest place but for the price and location you can't really complain!

Would definitely stay again.

It was very good. It is located very close to Rome Termini. The rooms were spacious and the price was right. House keeping was impecable. But, the wifi only worked in the lobby and the streetcar which passes in front of the hotel is quite noisy.

Very clean and spacious , comfy beds , fridge and a good bathroom , had no problems ( maybe the wifi is intermittent ) great hosts and reception , very helpful and always a smile on there face

Would stay again , thanks ... They should really cost more , about double what they charge , a bargain for Rome

More a hostel than hotel

Hotel is convenient for the railway & bus station, we had a very early start to get to the airport so was ok for a couple of hours sleep but would have been gutted if I'd booked more than one night.
Room more like a hostel than a hotel I don't think the photos online reflect what it was really like. Bedding was clean, toilet wasn't. I suppose it's true what they say you get what you pay for.

Hotel is rather old and ugly. It looks like one of those hotels from the 80's that never got renewed. Location is the only great thing about it. Very close to main train station & downtown. Acceptable for a 1 night stay in Rome.

um dos piores atendimentos da face da Terra, zero preparo por partes dos donos e funcionários. Não encontravam a reserva por nada em meio a vários papeis impressos, eu pedia para olharem no sistema online do computador e se recusavam a fazer isso, causando uma espera de horas em um check in que deveria ser simples. Ninguém fala o básico de inglês nesse local, somente mandarim, tornando a ajuda ao turista impossível. O quarto era muito sujo, não ficaria novamente nem de graça

Farini No es un hotel, es un engaño, súper insegura la calle y nadie de los vecinos o locatarios conocen de este “hotel” es un edificio de departamentos. No puedes llamar hotel a lo que no es. Simplemente No nos quedamos ahí. Espero la devolución de mi dinero. Gracias

Séjourner à l'hôtel Farini, c'est se rappeler que :
- l'eau courante est un privilège,
- l'électricité est un luxe,
- une porte qui ferme sans repartir avec l'encadrement est essentiel,
- les fourmis étaient là avant l'Homme, elle seront sans doute là après l'Homme.

Ho soggiornato in una \"stanzetta\" 3x2 a cui si accede da una porta finestra nel cortile interno del palazzo. Per fortuna sono arrivata la sera e ripartita all'alba, non oso immaginare come possa essere stare lì dentro di giorno.le uniche cose positive sono state la pulizia di stanza e bagno e la cordialità del gestore. A Roma hanno una strana concezione della parola hotel.

Just terrible. I sent a message to the hotel few days ago asking info about the time of the check-in. No answers. When I arrived there was nobody there, I had to call them and wait for them to arrive and open the doors (the hotel is actually one floor of a building, with no signs outside).
When the guy arrived he gave me the keys to the room: old, horrible, with a lot of things not working. Wi-fi was not working, it was almost impossible to make the tv work, the doors were so thin you could hear the noise from the corridors and all the other rooms. The only positive thing is the location (and probably the fact that it looked clean enough)

테르미니 역에서 3분 거리여서 위치는 매우 좋았어요! 찾기도 쉽고 주변에 음식점도 많았습니다. 안내해주시는 분들도 매우매우 친절했고, 내부는 낡긴 했는데 깨끗하게 정돈돼 있었고 침대도 더블에 방이 엄청 큰 편이었어요. 창문 열면 거리가 다 보여서 이탈리아 가정집에 머무는 느낌이라 또 좋았고요. 화장실이 좁은 게 단점이었어요. 위치나 청결, 친절도 대체적으로 좋은 편이었고 이탈리아 머무는 동안 다른 집들은 대체로 다 추운 편이었는데ㅠㅠ 여기는 따뜻했어요!! 그리고 방 안에 엄청 큰 거울이 있어서 옷 입을 때도 좋았고요ㅋㅋ

L'accueil a été parfait. La propriétaire a tout fait pour nous être agréable.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 3 minutes à pied de la gare Termini. Beaucoup de lignes de bus passent par ce quartier (+ 2 lignes de métro) ce qui facilite grandement les visites de toute la ville.

Hotel Farini liegt zentral am Termini zu Fuß sind es etwa 15-20 min zu Fuß zum Tiber. Hotel war für 2 Sterne gut, einzig die Rezeption müsste effizienter sein; manchmal ist die anwesend , manchmal nicht
