When we arrived, the room absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. We were excited to see a shower cubicle and then discovered only two of the three doors existed.
We had no idea that we were staying in the middle of “beer Street” so we got a great surprise our first evening to see lots and lots of nightclubs and girls dancing on podium’s out the front.
We stayed three nights – it was fine and we became very blasé to the noise outside, luckily we had a room facing the back.

Not informed that it’s right opposite Walking Streets Biggest and loudest club! Room wasn’t quite at all and felt like you were inside the club. Booked 3 nights and cancelled on night 1. Don’t stay here if you want sleep!

it was great! not the best sound proofing but it was very good consideing it being directly on bui vien street. you can definitely sleep well here you just need to not have a balcony room. overall it was great! ac worked and thats all you can really ask for. prices were great and staff was friendly and helpful. this is not a hotel you want to really have an extended stay at tho, unless you want to party for most of your stay. shops and restaurants were very close by and extremely walkable. i would say as a first time visitor to vietnam it waa pretty much perfect. during the day time it waa business as usually and you can just enjoy the city. lots of community and very close to all the tourist spots. night time its more difficult to get into the hotel as you have to walk because they shut down the street for the nightlife partying but if you like or can deal with that its a great place to stay. it was clean and not dirty and they clean daily and or at your request. dry cleaning and washing is right next door as well. i wouldnt have any worries staying here

Disgusting - impossible to sleep
This hotel was disgusting. The front of the building was dirty. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty and outdated. The hotel in on the party strip so sleep was impossible. When the music stopped at 4/5am the hotel started doing work constantly banging so couldn’t sleep even then. I would never recommend or return.

This is a great location if you want to be in the middle of long night revelrie. It is also in the centre of thongs during the day. There is a lot of inescapable noise at night but if you are a party person that won't becan issue. My room was not clean. The bed was immaculate but the floors and walls need a clean. For instance, I dropped some drops of water on the ground when transferring water from one bottle to another and wiped the drops with s tissue - the floor boards had obviously not been cleaned for a while. The place is old and battered. The shower is cold which you don''t mind in the extreme heat. On the other hand, it is cheap for a good location.

I read the reviews yet booked a yway thinking \"these guys should have read abour the walking street first. I thought i knew what i was getting into. I booked the panoramic sound proof room with a king sized bed. The bed was a queen and the room was NOT soundproof, but there was a panoramic view. Music on the walking street doesn't stop until 5am at the earliest, and it is loud. So if your in your partying years, you may enjoy this place. We checked out after the 2nd night.

got there late around 11 pm after a long flight only to find out they had sold our room to someone else. they tried to tell me that orbitz booked a new room for us at one of there sister hotels down the street that was a complete dump and told us we had to stay there. i refused to go there and had to argue with the manager for 30 minutes to give me my money back. finally was able to get all my money back in cash and walked out.. just beware if your going to book this hotel they may not have a room for you when you get there.. i would recommend walking 3 minutes down the street and stay at alien garden hotel brand new renovation to all the rooms extremely friendly staff and was the same exact price

This was not a good stay, I would not recommend it at all. It´s on walking street so there is loud music all night and until 7am and the rooms are not soundproof at all.. The room was also very worn down and not clean.
