Wonderful Stay with Great Service!

I booked two rooms with a friend and requested that we be placed on the same floor. The hotel went above and beyond by upgrading one of the rooms free of charge just to accommodate our request! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if we needed anything else to make our stay more comfortable.

The hotel is clean, and the location is lively. If you're a traveler looking for nightlife and a vibrant city lifestyle, this is the place to be! I 100% recommend it — especially for #solotraveler.

Truly impressed by their hospitality — I would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay at the Rice Hotel very much! The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the breakfast menu was quite expansive and tasty! I would like especially thank Ms. Peony, who is a great Hotel Manager there, for accommodating me with a lovely room. My room was very clean and spacious. I have to say that my short stay in Vietnam and wonderful people there want me to go back there again soon. I’ll make sure to definitely book with the same hotel again next time I travel to Vietnam!

The room was ok but very basic looking. Not a big fan of the shower being very close to the toilet. They would only provide very small bottles of shower gel. When I asked for more they only gave one more. They tried to give a reason why only one but due to language barrier I couldn't understand. The breakfast was tasty but it only consisted of one meal and one drink (not good if you need lots of caffeine in the morning). Much prefer a buffet. No views of the city. The staff were nice and I paid a little extra to check out at 6pm which was very helpful. The main reason to stay here is the location. It has many bars, restaurants and shops very close by.

Honestly if you’re looking for something inexpensive and right in the action here you go. The rice hotel is has everything you need for a great price. The room is roomy, bed is comfy, bathroom has hot water, and also the air conditioning works fine. It doesn’t have an elevator, the room is kinda dated, there’s no full length mirror and bathroom doesn’t have much light. If you want to live a bit like the locals this is the hotel for you.

The Fo e whites was very efficient accomodating and affordable for a large family of adults. We had 2 rooms and they managed to accommodate putting us on the same floor and let us check out late for absolutely nothing. A bit outdated but very clean and housekeeping everyday. They don’t have a lift but they will take your luggage up with you and this was no inconvenience with 5 large suitcases so don’t let it put you of.
It’s right in the heart of everything and very convenient and safe for young adults to walk around at night. Also managed to get a piercing and a couple of small tattoos while visiting. Fantastic area to base yourself and Grab transport car/bikes are ridiculously cheap. I suggest while in Vietnam you also get yourself a local Esim(IPhone 12 and higher only) and for 10 days we laid 12 AUD which is so cheap and the reception in villages was amazing. We were originally data roaming internationally with service providers back home for ridiculous amount and swapped half way in as other kids got them and we had no reception and had to hotspot of their ESIM. The tour place basically next door to The Rice hotel will set up and supply them and also have fantastically priced tours. We had an amazing tour guide and a great time to Mekong Delta cruise. Enjoy your stay here as well worth it and would stay again.

Staff was really helpful and large clean room. People have commented on the lack of elevator already (there is one for luggage). It is adjacent to a very busy, touristy street, crowded until late in the night. So if you are looking to sleep early, go somewhere else or bring ear plugs. As an FYI, breakfast is 50 meters away (no big deal) and takes ~30 minutes between ordering and eating so factor that in if you have a tour scheduled.

Be aware... NO ELEVATOR. Also... there are maybe three locations for this \"hotel\". We originally arrived at the one Google sent us to. But then we were directed to another building about 2 blocks away. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant (I think also operated by the hotel)... but is not available inside the hotel building, even though they do have a restaurant in the hotel.

Decent crash spot. However we have booked room with queen bed & twin and were placed in full bed & twin (3 adults). I ended up paying for additional room and the additional room was had Queen & twin. If we were given the second room at first, we would have not gotten another room. I tried to talk to the staff, but they didn’t want to resolve it.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. ALL of the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Every time I would pass thru the lobby, the staff would ask me if there was anything I needed…every single time. It is a small older hotel that is similar to those around. The carpet on the stairs and hallways is a bit warn. But as soon as you enter your room, the bed sheets, comforter, pillows, and towels are extremely white and clean. You are 1/2 block away from Bui Vien Street, so of course you are going to hear music until late at night, that is just common sense. But that didn’t seem to bother me at all. The breakfast is served at an actual restaurant on the corner of a busy intersection about 1 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is ordered off a menu and it’s nice to sit and people watch as you’re eating. I had my laundry done at a place about a minutes walk from the hotel. Also took a bus to a beach and that was only about a 5 minute walk to where I was picked up. The location is perfect. I normally don’t spend much time at all in hotel rooms, so it was perfect for me. I would absolutely stay there again. You just can’t beat the price.

Staff were very kind, courteous, and helpful. No elevator. Steep stairs to go up & down. Not good for elderly. \"Open\" shower area; no curtains. Everything gets wet: bathroom floor and toilet. Lots of restaurants around the hotel area. Approx 1/2 mile walk to the market place.

部屋の清掃が完了していなかったということで、予定の時刻にチェックインが出来ませんでした。また、4階（日本での5階）なのにエレベーターがありませんでした。部屋の前まで着いたらカードキーが設定されておらず、何度も上り下りしなければなりまぜでした。

als je er een kamer boekt houd er dan rekening mee dat ze alleen een trap hebben (en een goederen lift) (op 19-4 ) en dat er 5 etages zijn , dit word niet op de boekingsite gemeld en das echt een gemis , ik heb hartproblemen en moest op de 4e etage wezen , ondanks dat het hotel tegen walkingstreet aanlicht was de kamer goed still , er was geen raam in mijn eerste kamer na wat rondvragen , en uitgelecht dat 4 trappen voor mij wat veel was hebben ze mij een hotelkamer in een ander the rice hotel gegeven (191 er zijn er 5 verspreid door de straat ) de kamer was wat kleiner had geen tv en een klein klapraampje ook hoorde je de dansmuziek van de bar om de hoek , MAAR de kamer zat op de 2e etage en das waar het om ging , ik heb er uiteindelijk best een leuke week gehad het personeel is vriendelijk hulpvaardig het ontbijt in het tegenover liggende restaurant is heerlijk en zit bij de prijs inbegrepen , je stapt uit het hotel meteen walkingstreet op , mijn favoriete plek was \"lost in saigon \" een stukje verderop in de straat waar vrijwel altijd goede rock / metal / pop bandjes speelde op een podium ter grootte van een postzegel , stads busstation zit er in de buurt , massages zijn er plenty en alles van restaurantjes tot de 7-11 is er bijna dag en nacht open
walking street is niet echt goedkoop daarvoor moet je wat verder weg er is op loopafstand genoeg te vinden

繁華街そばの最高の立地で、スタッフも親切でした。朝食も近くのレストランで早朝５時から美味しい食事が選べます！

難点をあげれば、エレベータがないこと、シャワーと便器に仕切りがないこと（サンダルはあります）、換気扇がかなりやかましいこと、くらいでしょうか。

足腰が健康なうちは、また利用したいと思います。

良かった点、ブイビエン通りに近く、主な観光スポットにアクセスはしやすいと思います。将来的にはメトロの駅も近いのでより便利になると思います。設備はほどほど綺麗で清潔感がありました。
不満な点、一番は部屋の掃除がされていなかったこと。他はTVなどの設備が調整されていない。エレベーターがないので部屋の行き来がちょっとと変なこと。

トータルで言えば、goodです
